The Poop Deck

Option A

Mortimer stepped onto the poop deck, grimacing as his sodden sandal touched one of the many droppings that littered the ships floor. Herbert, however, didn't have a care in the world, and ran around him in circles gleefully.

Grimacing, the elderly male looked up at one of the wingulls that started heading towards his way. God, they were annoying. And he really didn't want one of their sticky droppings to land on his head. Thus, he did what most of the other trainers decided to do:

"Herbert, use bite!"

Call upon his pokemon to take one of the suckers out.

Option A

"Gosh darn it!" Mortimer grumbled, prodding the now unconscious body. "Herbert, you used to much power, you ruffian!"

The growlithe yipped in response, his tail wagging to and fro.

Mumbling to himself, Mortimer looked to the skies once more. While they were at it, they could always take out a few more. Gave Herbert practice, at least.

"Herbert, try take down! And this time, don't knock it completely unconscious!" he called, dragging a wrinkly hand over his fine white and grey hair.

Option A

"Alright!" Mortimer cheered as Herbert successfully made one of the wingulls down, just enough to make it dizzy. That showed it!

The growlithe picked up the gold coin carefully in his mouth and was about to eat it. Luckily, the elderly man hobbled over to the pokemon quick enough and snagged it from the male's jaws, pocketing it for himself.

Giving Herbert a quick pat on the head, his light blue eyes surveyed the area once more. There seemed to be a ton of the winged scoundrels around in the sky. Might as well knock out another one...or two. Wouldn't want one of them pooping on one of his grandchildren. No siree bob.

"Now, Herbie! Use bite again to take one of them down!"

Unfortunately, the attack didn't do too much to the wingull and it came chasing back at them. Herbert, in his intelligence, decided that it was best to hide behind his owner, and pray to god that it wouldn't hurt him.

Mortimer cursed at this and fled the scene, Herbert running a bit ahead of him and into the Medical Bay.

Doyle walked to the poop deck and looked around. He wasn't sure he was up to trying to beat any wingulls, his mood was too good. It was then that a wingull took a crap and it landed right next to him. "Hey!" He glared at the offending wingull and grabbed the nearest item: a life preserver ring. He then threw it at the wingull hoping to hit it.

Doyle watched as the ring sent the bird plummeting. The body landed on the deck and he suddenly knew how all of the other wingull bodies got there earlier. He quickly walked over to the ring and picked it up. Apparently it was a far better weapon than he would had guessed. So he targeted another wingull and threw the ring.

The ring missed completely but the wingull had noticed the attack. It flew over Doyle and let down a bomb. Doyle groaned in disgust and quickly left for the showers.

Doyle reached the poop deck and had to slow down so he didn't slip and fall in all of the poop. He looked around for a weapon to use as he didn't think to grab something from the dining room to use. He soon spotted a lost shuffleboard stick and grabbed that. Maybe using this would increase his chances of victory.... seeing how he was so good at shuffleboard.

He was quite surprised when he hut a wingull and hurt it a bit. His surprise grew when a revive hit his head in revenge. He picked it up and put it in his pocket.

Deciding to keep at it he swung the stick around some more. The wingulls cawed at him and tried to keep their distance..... but Doyle just kept coming after them. He ended up making another wingull drop like a fly as he solidly connected with one.

Keeping it up he swung the shuffleboard stick around. It was apparently a good weapon for him. Maybe he should so about investing in one to take on missions. Apparently it wasn't that good as one of the wingulls used an attack to cut it in half. Doyle was left with no other option than to drop the other half and run for it. He ended up down the hall leading to the Medical Bay.

Well now this looked interesting. Xander eyed one of the Wingulls before smirking and calling out Semadar. "Time to get some training in little guy." he said and pointed to the Wingull that had his attention.

Within moments though Xander was leaving the deck for the showers with a grossed out look and an apologetic looking Zubat following him. "Next time don't use Leech Life in the beginning."

[B: Yes, but I don't have a Pokemon...]

Kohl grabs a DECKCHAIR and prepares to beat down some Wingulls!

Kohl wields a broken deckchair she found leaning near the exit like a massive fly swatter. Finally, a socially acceptable bloodsport! Never-mind that you haven't been told not to -kill- these pests, no one will care of one or two go missing permanently. Kohl wonders how many your cabin's minifridge can hold.

Unfortunately, this one flutters away, leaving behind a coin. You pocket it and return to the shufflboard deck.

Kohl grabs a DECKCHAIR and prepares to beat down some Wingulls!

Kohl wields the trusty deckchair again and swings at a unsuspecting wingull. Though the bird seems squashed, it manages to fall over the edge of the deck, rising drunkenly into view several feet off the bow. She pockets another coin the dazed bird left behind.

"Wingulls drop coins too?" Natalie picked up the coin and places it into her satchel. After that, she continued to swing her satchel around.
