well I was thinking....as the elctions are not getting any resolution what about choosing a president from the candidate we have??...some kind of Governor to comand the GG...the council may be formed by the leaders of each force by default

Maybe we should have a Partisan system? Like groups that have certain views on Gaian Law. Of course, to do that requires a Law in the first place. And that means a Constitution needs to be written up. sweatdrop

Although its very old, its 'something'. Like I mentioned before, we might not come close to ten candidates so let the first five be nominated, approved by the majority, and let that be done with.

Well we need to get the word out and get some of the Military or more organized guilds to send some of their leaders over. When that transfer happens, the Gaian Government will inherently gain legitimacy.

And maybe an 'Official' (do not touch) thread for ppl to look at all the rules, decisions made/failed, representative list, group status, etc... or maybe just sticky the 'Code of Conduct' thread. Agree....so we need to chck on the treads and ask their leaders to come... as far as I remember the more organized guilds are... GA ASDF MRSF GPD and I belive there was a marine group....but I don remember name I bleive it was Gaian Navy....logical isnt?? xd we pay ask a mod to post an sticky on the Guild forum to gather all the leaders of the militray treads adn see who want to ally...we may ask Eyleen about that

My, my. That would take time and effort to keep up with the new military guilds. I say if you are to go ahead with that you have to have a certain amount of activity such as: Over 100 pages 10+ ACTIVE members And with the 10+ members comes along with the actual posting frquency. I've come across a pretty good site that appears in the ads on Gaia's side. http://www.guilduniverse.comThere they could create a little page for their guild in which they have updates, summary, etc. I do agree that the candidates be able to take the positions and as more people sign up for it, we take a vote, be it on the member or on electing. Last one for this post, promise Come on people, all I can see are V.H., Ken and rarely Bolt talking about stuff. While I do realise that you do have a life outside Gaia, we have to take things seriously here as well.

Yes...we have problems with people... altough believe we do have at least 10 active members, and over 100 pages on the guild, (Im counting Indrid and his people).... altough not everybody post in this tread, Thrie and Lindy post on ASDF and GG bar treads, The_Wizard also post in there, Eileen has problems with conection but she is normaly around, also Tanasha is quite active always We may use that site you mention....it may help with recruiting But I agree with the last thing...we must this seriously if we want to get anywhere

Does anyone here also think that we should update the guild's home page?
All it says right now is:
An RP government with various branches.
and that doesn't really tell people a whole lot of what we do here...
I'm thinking maybe a main GG logo, and a... more... fuller description of what the GG is and why we're here and everything, with a small description on the various branches of the GG.

I believe he means to do the logo but I wasnt aware I was in the running for such a thing.
As for being a canidate I dont believe Im eligable as Im going to be restarting the GN.
