Man Christmas was great.
Maybe she would get more of this year-round awesomeness if she applied for permanent residency in Christmas Town. Mind controlled Edel was definitely on their side.

Amphi looked around at the students before covering her eyes, something cold and white and in her face blinding her.
"Wh...What?" She looked at the ghoul who threw the cold stuff in her face before narrowing her eyes, she had a red string attached her and....what the Jack.
"Hey...Hey are you alright?" She touched the red string attached to Edel, wondering why the jack the girl was throwing the white stuff in her face.

WITHIN THE FOG
136 HP
The sight of it's strings being cut, it's toys being freed, magical girls being set loose causes the creatures to roar with a hundred angry voices, "MY PUPPETSSSSSSS! I WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME .... HOOOOOOME ..... JUST .... WANT ....HOOOOOOOME!"
The massive hands bat at those in the air, and then come crashing down on the student gathered below and...the pumpkin patch, destroying all but the six rescued pumpkins.
Damage to those in the air: 11
Damage to those on the ground: 5
Infirmary respawn: students can still respawn with 1hp
The OOC One the ground: Your student can now attack it's hands! In the air: Those who can fly/get a ride waywaywayway up high like whoa that s**t is high, can enter the Fog. Their accuracy for reg attacks will go down (subtract -8 instead of -6) but the resulting damage will use -6 and be doubled. (example: Emily rolls a 2 and a 9 equaling 11. 11- 8 = 3 = HIT. The damage however, will be 11- 6 = 5 ---> x2 = 10 damage!) But if your character happened to have received a red BOSS KEY... ...then they're now fighting for the Boss. Their motions are not their own, it's as if the boss is now controlling them. If you post a Boss controlled character during this round, they will have to attack another nearby student. Freeing: the strings can be destroyed, and a controlled student freed if an attack successfully lands on them! You may attack ONCE this round, unless otherwise buffed ~ this includes those who are controlled, but extra reaction and regular rp posts are a-ok!

“ABSOLUTELY, why would you think I'm not?” she exclaimed, a disturbingly cheerful grin spreading across her face and she spread out her hands wide, gesturing wildly.
“Oh Oh, let me show you something!” Edel babbled excitedly. Ice crystals began to form all over her body such that she began to look like a tall, spiky .... something.
“AMAZING RIGHT?” she yelled, leaning in to stare Amphi in the eye. Then she gave the mermaid a warm, hearty and tight hug. Which would just hurt, of course.

The boss seemed very angry about their new power. That bode well for them, even if it's wrath posed a painful new threat.
Riley practically purred as she heard Malodore's voice, and drifted down to watch it tumble into a snowbank. She landed gently on the ground, and reached down to gather it up in her arms, pulling the plague doctor out and holding it in her arms. She was so happy to see it, that she completely forgot just how magical she truly looked.
Mia cara. She whispered, nuzzling it's beak gently with the flat plane of her face. Are you all right? You poor thing..
Her eyes closed, and she purred as she nuzzled into it, but she pulled back suddenly when a little bird flew into her tentacles, trying it's best to pull the tiara off of her head. It was.. ah.. rather stuck on there, not that she even realized she had a tiara - but she reached in and pulled Israfel out of her tentacles, staring at his glowing red form, before noticing the thin, almost invisible threads that held him captive by the boss. Unaware that she was in a similar situation, she attempted to slice the threads away with her claws. They tore through the thread, freeing Israfel.
It has been, ah, an interesting day so far. And so cold. My legs are freezing..
Riley hated short skirts. My HP: 29 My Status: SAILOR MOOOOONRILEY My Target: Israfel (to free him! SUCCESS)) Damage Dealt: 4 Collective Damage to Boss: N/A Anything attacked/attackers should note: Riley has a Jove-balloon.

The magical transformation that suddenly overtook Christof prolonged his fall- as did Aymet's attempt to catch him before the dragon was swept up in his own magical problem. By the time the light had ebbed, he twisted around in a panic, madly trying to stop the wind from blowing his skirt up and flashing the entire battlefield below with his patchwork panties. This was. Not what he had wished for, Jackdammit!! Enraged, he twisted around, massive clawed hand swinging his shovel-like wand into the air with a mighty, "HURRRRRRRRRRRR!" Unfortunately, the ground came up very quickly. Very quickly indeed. The parts scattered sadly, and it would take him a little while to pull himself back together... but he was fine, he swore.  HP: 20 <- just edited for Sky damage. Damage: MISS GDI Status: Magical Igor. Now grounded.

He really should stop spacing out like that. honestly, next time he would get killed! Still, apparently Mort had ignored Alex's orders to stay back, and this "Mitzi" character . . . was at least no longer poking ready to slice their heads off? "Mrrrr . . . N-Not jealous. Fight t-t-too many today," he mumbled, trying to get a good target on one of the hands that had solidified in the fog. Unfortunately, no matter how hard he concentrated, the electricity in his brain refused to come out.
Probably a self-defensive thing to avoid getting his brain wet by . . . something. Like rainbows. Or glitter. Because you could get soaked in that apparently.
"Feel better, y-yes?" he asked the reaper, trying to look tough as he attempted a crack at his knuckles. One finger bone became displaced as a result, and Mort had to quickly snap it back in with a "sldfkjlskflsdkfs" face. "Say should g-go together, focus n' one hand. Bring down defense?" "Your legs are exquisite," Malodore mumbled into Riley's shoulder, then slumped. It could hardly bear to look up at the swirling fog; it was awfully hard to make a plague doctor motion-sick or whatever, but the moving technicolor fog had managed it.
Still, it pushed itself free of Riley just enough. In the moment that it was upright under its own power, it flared its wings upwards and launched a volley of scalpel-sharp feathers up at the shadowy digits it could barely make out in the... uggghblergh.
As soon as the wingsweep was done, Malodore keeled over into the snow again. Snow didn't move. Nope. Not even a little bit.

My Status: THE ONE FREE PLAGUE DOCTOR idk

Amphi hitched a breath as the ghoul seemed...Chippy! It was almost contagious.
"Oh something cool?" She watched in fascination as the ghoul covered herself in spiky ice before nodding, "Wow that is...very dangerous and wait...why are you coming closer...um..." The ice stabbed into her painfully, right through where Ede hugged her.
Small tears formed as she took the attack head on before pushing her away. She really needed to stop whatever was making this ghoul attack her.

...straight into chaos.
Even as she flew through the glass her FEAR would flare to life, her left arm burning brighter then it had earlier fighting the Santa scout, the rainbow staining her flesh was in much smaller patches almost gone, shockingly most of all.
Her eyes glowed a burning purple.
Twisting through the air her fist lashed out cutting through a ribbon of red bound to Edel before she landed with a heavy thump sending snow flying up into the air.
"You're rat took my show, went insane and nearly killed me. Your robot blinded me, got my eyes eaten out and replaced." FEAR bursted again from her left arm, her eyes dancing with purple light.
"And now your taking over my friends? No. I'm going to kill you so Jack damn hard for this."
My HP: 40/40

THERE WAS NO TIME TO WASTE.
Jack-o-lanternlight Knight Guardian Lieutenant Soldier Aymet could feel it in his HEART. Or maybe he was just feeling it in his KEY. That was probably close enough, judging by the other magical students nearby. He'd managed to slow his fall with his wings, but he still came in for a heavy landing. Just in time to smashed by a huge hand.
Regardless, he knew exactly what bone to pull off his body and toss, how to twirl his chain in the air like he just didn't care, what words to say, and exactly who to say them to. The fog monster. It was intuition.
... Nah, just the key again."Necro Rot Romantic Desire Finder!!"
It was a pretty magical sight.
Especially all the sparkly lights and the slow motion transformation and the...

Tybalt felt the hands slam into him moments before he made contact with the ground. Thankfully, despite the great height he had fallen from, he was mostly unharmed ( sometimes it really paid to be a ghost ). Hell, if it hadn't been for the mist creature's attack, he probably would have been just fine. But he wasn't. His injuries were bad and he needed healing. Only problem was, thanks to a certain critter, things got a little more... troublesome.
Swallowing, the black dog braced himself as he prepared himself to shout.
"CHARGE---yeah, that's all I'm gonna' say."
The electricity this time, rather than strike out at something else, it surged through his own body. Which to some might have looked like a suicide attempt, but really it was just like recharging a battery--or something.

After glancing to Riley briefly, Jericho's attention was grabbed by the large puppeteer in the sky. It had to be stopped! "VOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIII!! YOU! YOU SHALT NOT HARM MY FRIENDS. MY PEERS. BY TIAMAT'S FIVE HEADS I WILL SMITE THEE!DICE METEEEOOOOOOOOOOORR!" he shouted before spinning the rose about, forming a large d20 out of flame and FEAR. He poured a crapton of his FEAR into it. Probably more than he should have. Then, with a loud yell, he launched directly at the puppeteer. And you know what? HE HIT IT. My HP: 27-20= 7 My Status: FREED My Target: Boss head Damage Dealt: 18 Collective Damage to Boss: NOPE 35 Anything attacked/attackers should note: This is a really bad idea. BUT IT WORKED

Riley fell silent as Malodore mumbled into her shoulder, and then pulled away to attack the boss. The attack was admirable, and Riley would have complimented it on the effort, but she was struck dumb for a brief moment. Normally, a compliment of the physical nature would simply be met with agreement - Riley's body had been chosen for the fitness of the species it had come from, after all. Malodore had often mentioned that it admired the strength the body displayed, but it knew, just as well as she, that true compliments always ran towards the intellectual.
Still, just this once, with the adrenaline of the fight still running through her veins, and certain other factors, Riley felt the hot flush color her cheeks a dark, blackish purple, and she ducked her head slightly.
Perhaps it was the outfit. Or the effects of this new magical persona that the creature had bestowed upon them. Perhaps it was just the heat of the moment. But Riley very visibly enjoyed Malodore's assessment of her currently bare legs. It made her feel..
..funny.
Odd, the thought made no sense, as she dissected it. There was no humor in her current emotional display, nor did she feel like laughing. If anything, she felt like-
Her thought process cut off as she watched Malodore drop back into the snow bank. She sighed, her expression lightening in amusement, as she let Jove go, so he was free to attack the monster. She, however, turned, and dropped down into the snowbank with Malodore instead of helping it up this time around. The cold penetrated her body quickly, but as she curled up with her plague doctor, she didn't mind so much.
