kefkadragon Lawrence looked up from his book. "welcome back, what'd Eric do now? Damn fool can't watch his mouth." he said. he looked sympathetically towards namine. "it was bad wasn't it? Just saying, I'm here for you. I'm much more level headed than he is." he closed his book and dedicated his attention to namine. Must have been some crazy event. Gah! Why does that dumbass keep getting himself in trouble? Bloody cleanup committee all over again. he thought. "I come back to surprise him by hijacking a gummi ship, and he orders me to stay back there!" Namine said and picked up Peppermint's things. "He's such an a*****e!" She screamed and threw a fit on the floor.

"it was bad wasn't it? Just saying, I'm here for you. I'm much more level headed than he is." he closed his book and dedicated his attention to namine. Must have been some crazy event. Gah! She screamed and threw a fit on the floor. Lawrence looked surprised then relaxed. "He's been missing you. He just was overcome with emotion at your surpise arrival i guess. i for one am glad you're back. Yes, Eric is a complete dumbass sometimes, but he really regrets leaving you back there. When he first came back, he talked for hours about how much he would miss you. I think he's just under a lot of emotional stress as of late. The last few months were hell on all of us. what with Eric and cyan being injured severley. Nami's usual antics, the thing with you and his mother. He doesn't know how to properly respond now. Don't hold it against him. Eric was never a man to show to much emotion." he walked toward namine. "it's ok. just let it all out."

lawrence put a hand on Namine's shoulder. "It's in no way your fault. He left you for whatever reason. I'm not saying i'm on either side, i just want both of you to be happy. i don't want to end up having to hurt or heal either of you because of something the other did." Lawrence sighed. "Our hearts are heavy with sorrow and regret. Yet we choose to progress forward through turmoil. What is wrong with humanity? Whoa! sorry got philosophical for a second." Lawrence said as he rubbed the back of his head. He put on an awkward smile. The kind a shy nerd would give if he were stuck in a room with a noblewoman he did not know.

Lawrence chuckled at the memory. "Eric was about to do some crazy crap and you jumped him for attacking me. or was it before that?" he thought back. "It was you, Rina, eric, and I in the sparring room. I think you were sparring with someone. Wait, you attacked me!" he laughed. "I forgot why but you tried to kill me! Or maybe i'm still not rembering right." he chuckled. "Sometimes i wonder what would happen if you chose me instead of Eric. Not that it's necessary to find out. hell, Eric would either razz me about it or try some crazed prank to break us up." he looked away. Why the hell did i say that? She is going to chew me out now! Damn damn damn damn! he thought.

Her lips felt soft and pleasant. Namine kissed a bit deeper. At this point, she felt something new in her relationship with Lawrence. Love. She wondered how he handled himself with all these days when her and Eric were off. "Lawrence, I don't know what to say...." She said and hugged him tightly. "But I don't ever want this feeling to stop."
