My friend sitting next to me's favorite word is iro iro, meaning various. I like kirameki, which means sparkle; chaiiro, which means brown, or more precisely translated from kanji as "tea color." Just like I like Haiiro, Grey. The kanji is "ash color." Nihongo wa totemo tanoshiku hanasu ne?

mine is hikari, which means light. At least I'm pretty sure it means light. To me it sounds kinda cool, why, i do not know

My most adored word in the japanese vernacular is...hanabi. When I hear or say it, my heart is instantly filled with a nostalgic passion. I can't explain it really. It's such a beautiful word. Fireworks explode.

Atashi no daisuki no wa Byakkotai (the White tiger brigade, from Aizuwakamatsu in Fukushima-Ken) mata wa Aizu-ben no kotoba Sauskenee. It's basically like saying it's cool, it's all good, everything alright,-you get the picture...

It might be weird but my favorite word is "Nani" There are so many ways to say it. I also like "Nya" and "Chu" that are actully sounds but are so cute!

I don't know why, I remember when watching Final Fantasy 7 AC I heard it quite a few times and it just stuck to me...though I don't use it. *shruggs*
