  Zane was pulled on to the boat by the older genin Al . He smiled at him and said "thanks man kinda zone out their for a min " He held his arm something had just changed with his weapon a seal had now formed on his arm.

"If your not comming, then go home." With all the others on the boat, they team set sail, with three boats, Bast's taking a early and drastic lead with her speed boost. It seemed her boost would be giving them a small, but steady gain on the enemy boats, which were almost dots on the horizon of the setting sun. It seemed it would be a attack at night...and the team better get ready.
A cook appeared with food, and passed rations out to all the ninja. It seemed like it would be a hard night. The captain called out to all the seamen, telling them to make final battle preperations and stay on high alert.
The small three ship armada was chasing a dream, a dream for freedom and security for these good people of the port. Whatever these things were wanted an easy target. It seemed the ninjas job was to fight...for the safety and security....of their great neighbors.

Akane smiled as a cook came along with food, he bowed to him in thanks then began to eat. After eating he knew what would happen, tonight would be a vast night. Akane looked at his partner, Akane would stay, if Manny was afraid of water, he'd better get well acquainted with it quickly, or he'd be left behind.
Akane found a quiet place to sit and crossed his legs, waiting for the inevitable yell of the captain or Bast to attack. He closed his eyes and placed his hands on his legs knee's and began to meditate. His chakra began to release from him, seeping from his stitches and releasing into the air, at first the chakra just seemed to swirl and reach out. After time the chakra began to get more and more dense, the golden threads of chakra began to swirl around Akane, making a beautiful gleaming light for the boats deck. Akane's meditating was a sight to see, although he was quiet, he was still seeming to be lively. In his mind he began to to think about his times when he was young and still in the Academy, he grandmother telling him crazy stories of Legendary Beasts, Treasures, Objects, and People. How Akane would think of them as lies, crap, and fake, until one day his grandmother showed him a living one, the legend of the Secret Red Army. In his meditative state, he smiled happily, thinking of all those puppets his grandmother had gathered, it was a marvelous thing to see. Akane opened his eyes and looked forwards. The chakra dispersing and he walked over to the side of the boat looking out at the small ships running from them as they spoke of there attack strategy.

Akane looked out at the boats as they ran away from them. He couldn't help but smile. He chuckled, looking back at Bast and the Captain "Let's massacre those bastards for what they have all done..."

Howaido watched Basts actions as the boat took off, they were gaining and that was good. He checked is things once more and strapped his weapons back in, his left hand grabbing the rations with an,"Arigatou Gozaimasu." He lifted his mask to eat it for a moment and saving the rest for later,"Should we plan on leading an assault to board one of their ships sensei? If we do I could commandeer another ship with the Gennin right in the armadas range. It would give us a decent advantage over them to have a ship in the middle of their ranks."

Manfread watched as the boats started out from the dock. Waving happily as everyone everyone boarded. I've had enough adventure for one day, and...... Ah who am I kidding, did that b***h really just say that TO ME?!? He thought as the captain swords drifted over to his ears. Annoyed out of his mind Manfread charged out on to the dock. Jumping he sailed through the air and towards the ship, grabbing the railing he flipped onto the deck.
“No one tells me what to go home from a fight..... except Aniki.... and maybe some jonin...But not you or some-” he trailed off as he realized no one was listening to him. The ship suddenly rocked back and forth, and Manfread found himself conveniently glued to the mast.
“Oh, what did I ever do to deserve this?” Manfread whinned as he held himself back from barfing. Going green, he dashed over to the rail and emptied his stomach, then upon seeing the ocean raced back to the mast. There was a distinct trail of blood that marked his route. The cook was nice enough to bring him bandages when the food was served, and Manfread bandaged himself as he ate. Looking a lot like a mummy about to be entombed Manfread slipped back into his jacket, which had it not been red in colour would have been dyed a nice shade from all the blood.
After his fiftieth (50th) trip to the rail and back, Manfread clawed his was up to the crows nest which was a lot nicer then the mast. Looking over the edge he could see small blips off in the distance, as he tried to eat more food. Activating his Byakugan, he used his doujutsu to try and spy on the fleeing enemy ships.
“I'm gonna...... take these crab...... rejects apart.... piece by.....piece,” he said trying to hold back any more barfing, and trying to ignore the 'bottomless' water below him.

Bast took the food and gladly devoured it, uttering her thanks only after her meal. The day had been tiring, and it seemed that it was almost at an end. She ignored Akane, but it was because she was pondering Howaido's question.
"We'll be taking all of their ships, if we can. Every single ship that we capture is one more that we can commandeer for the sake of the Country," the woman responded. "We should have Manfread's group stay here, since he has the Byakugan and can detect attacks all around the ship while Akane protects the crew. You, Alvard, and Zane can then go off and raid one of the enemy ships while I either take another ship. My golems should be along shortly to assist. What are your thoughts on the matter?"

Howaido thought a moment and nodded,"If its three ships, we should go for the outer ships first. It will break their formation, these automatons like order, so lets create some inorganization. When we get ready Ill go for the ship on the left and you can go for the far right, Princess and Mononoke will be attacking the other ship yes? It will give them a wide opening, the ships will be boxed in easily. But, we cant get cocky either." Howaido sipped some of the water he had been given and nodded,"Lets do this."

Manny was having an up and down day it seemed, and his timing of activating his Byakugan couldnt have been any better. The ships off in the distance, a good few miles or so, seemingly were having an extreme energy use. In a moment, the green lights would appear from the ship as their long range cannons were getting launched (green light visible to others, but manny knows what they are specifically). Armageddon was seemingly comming as several flights of the gliders were taking off, going to what appeared to be a high alritude climb while several other flights were making a B line for the oncomming armada de 3.

Manfread blinked once at the approaching enemies and incoming cannon fire.
“INCOMING!!! CANNON FIRE!! AND FLIERS!” Manfread shouted down to the rest of the crew. He pointed out the trajectory of the fliers and incoming barrage, then he prepared to deflect any cannon shells that would get too close with his Rotation. He should be able to jump into their line of fire and deflect a few of the shots. He leaned his sword against the railing and secured it with his harness. It would only weigh him down in the air battle about to take place.

Howaido nodded with a smirk beneath his mask,"You heard the man, look alive boys!" Drawing two of his blades and placing his tanto between his teeth Howaido channeled white chakra through the blades of his weapons. On cue he would launch a flurry of chakra waves easily able to cleave through the automatons like butter to knock the flyers out of flight.

"That's sort of what I was thinking," Bast responded to Howaido.
Immediately following the short conversation, though, was the alert that Manfread gave. Feeling like doing something purely defensive for the moment, Bast summoned a Rashoumon Gate on the water in order to block the majority of the projectiles while setting up a strategic position for the battle. She noted the flying automatons and figured they would try to dive toward the ship at high speeds. She remained wary of the machines, figuring that the Rashoumon would block most of the projectiles and that the others would handle the rest.

Lucas would see the automatons and figured that launching himself into the air above the automatons using his propelling winds and then he would launch three fireballs one after the other directed at the automatons. on his way down he would grab a hold of some rigging and swing into the main sail using it as a net so he slowed his decent.
"hey guys. i've been wondering. if they are metal. wouldn't intense heat melt them? as in the more fire we pump at them the more we can weaken their physical structure?"
he asked about this partially as a potential plan but also as a way to catch up on anything he'd missed when dealing with other matters.

Akane looked up at the sky as the fliers seemed to take off and turn, planning to take out the ships. This was a moment that Akane wished he had a giant cigar in his mouth and a bandana on his head wrapping his hair back. He put his hands together and summoned The Salamander Puppet, He then connected his strings to the puppet and made it ready it's weapons. He pointed them high in the sky, the puppets arms bent back, revealing senbon launchers, then the mouth opened, revealing even more! Akane grinned widely "Get the hell outa here" He said as all of the sudden, a barrage of senbon shot out, firing into the sky at the automatons in bullet like speeds. He kept using Replenish to make the shots continuous, he didn't shoot high in the sky, he followed orders firing at only the ones getting close to the boat and possibly endangering the crew.

The flyiers scrambld and immeadietly broke their major formations. The fliers formed 10 smaller delta formations, but was quickly cut down by Lucas and Akane's combined attack. Yet Akane needed to be more careful, as lucas was almost in the cross fire.
High above, the upper altitude formations began to drop large looking cylinders for the ships. One of these cylinders landed on the boat princess was on, and opened up to start launching kunai horizontally like a trap. With a small raining of these trap like contraptions, it would give the ninja something to worry about.
Manny would notice, if he wasnt too preoccupied with dodging or fighting, that something seemed to be appearing around the boats, like it was finally comming into range of his byakugan. After a repeated bombardment, Basts gate finally broke, but the ships were close enough to engage. Now it seemed as if all the fliers were about, aiming for a combative straifing run on the boats. with this much in the sky, things were begginning to look bad.
The ships then began firing their cannons at the ships, shooting about once ever few minutes (1 post cooldown) with at least 2 headed directly for our ninja's ship, and 3 for princess, and 2 for the other one. With this much fire power, what could our ninja do?
