Lance Fulgurant (Couldn't really find a good image) Name of Weapon: Woe Who Owns the Weapon: Atsureki Hyuuga This actually looks rather interesting and the 10% roll chance to increase the rank of attacks used is intriguing. Now, while I think it's a good idea, I think saying ALL the attacks versus that opponent are increased by +1 rank is a little much. But that's easily balanced by saying that an enhanced attack has a cooldown of one post... So you could do:
Post 1: Woe's +1 to rank bonus [for the rolled opponent]
Post 2: All attacks are normal, (Cooldown post)
Post 3: Woe's +1 to rank bonus [for the rolled opponent]

Kagetsukiko Name of Weapon: Loki (separately, they're Luki and Noki) Who Owns the Weapon: Setsuna Watanuki Another interesting concept, but a few notes:
1. The cost for the chakrams is okay, but how long does it last in the chakra form... and how thick is the chakra blade from the center (the yo-yo).
2. The costs for Kamaitachi and Dance are too low.
3. With Kamaitachi, I don't have a problem elongating the blades, but making them invisible doesn't make any sense.
4. I would also argue that Dance and Kamaitachi cannot be used if they are in chakram form...
Also, Kamaitachi can't be used while it's in Dance form... (unless it's used prior to Dance form and maintained.

-o-Havik-o- big swords, little swords, chakra reinforced walls, chakra reinforced blades, almost every type of armor, and if someone his wearing a steel chest plate, not only would you break it, but also send a sand barreling into there chest. Where do you get the idea that it works on metal? I just explained that it infact doesn't work on metal, so everything made of metal is safe, everything not made of dirt or minerals is safe. in essence, the only thing this breaks is walls. Seriously, you do NOT understand what I am saying, expecially if you didn't notice that I said it doesn't affect metal, you OBVIOUSLY don't read my posts thoroughly.

I've read your posts thoroughly, and what they are saying does make sense. The only thing in the world of Naruto ever capable of causing damage at an atomic or molecular level, was the fence sitters unique, forbidden, S-Ranked jutsu. So essentially, you are asking to be able to perform an S ranked unique jutsu, with no chakra cost, little stamina cost, and be able to do it instantly, and multiple times in one post. =/ Edit: I may have been unclear by exactly what jutsu it was. If you are interested in looking it up for whatever reason, it was used by Onoki, the Fence sitter, and it is his dust release.

You don't seem to understand your self, I read through everything you posted, and even though what you did describe was poorly done I understood your base concept, and that is being denied.
I have already suggested more than once that you take another route on breaking defenses, it can be done a vast number of ways, just not this one. The weapon concept is denied, and no further discussion on the topic will be allowed.
Please submit a new weapon concept, or do not post in this thread any more.

TvIaMsOqTuHeYz Name of Weapon: Sand Breakthrough Who Owns the Weapon: Dogou Teikiatsu Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? It was found deep in Sunagakure and given to Dogou as a tool to aid in his path to see his world. Tv, you have to understand that Havik/Deil and others are not misconstruing what you mean. We understand what your weapon does, it completely destroys physical barriers at will, but that's the problem... it does so without a true cost. (And yes I'm aware the cost is that it drains all your chakra, but is it something you can only do once in a day?... or multiple times)
Also, the other aspect of this is the poor description. Everything has minerals in it... all metals are in fact MINERALS."A mineral is a naturally occurring solid chemical substance formed through biogeochemical processes, having characteristic chemical composition, highly ordered atomic structure, and specific physical properties.Minerals range in composition from pure elements and simple salts to very complex silicates with thousands of known forms.[1]
"To be classified as a true mineral, a substance must be a solid and have a crystalline structure. It must also be a naturally occurring, homogeneous substance with a defined chemical composition."...so that's Earth, Stone, Diamond, Titanium, Steel, Iron... everything.
It's weakness is bogus, only an SS-rank Taijutsu strike can break it? Yeah, I understand that once it's broken, it's broken... but that's not a real weakness since it's just far too uncommon to be debilitating. A weakness is a cost that you pay for utilizing the technique, or something you constantly suffer afterward. Also, the description here doesn't make any sense:The gloves also appear to be completely resistant to scratches, and through rigerous testing appear to be unable to be broken by anything up to a B rank technique, Which is as high as the discoverer's wanted to go, so as not to actually break the artifacts. They did learn however that these gauntlets are unable to be broken by the force of a SS rank punch while they are being worn. How did they learn that?... it seems impossible since they didn't even want to go beyond a B-rank in testing it. the story doesn't make sense.
Where it was found/who made it: Is ridiculously non-descript, " It was found deep in Sunagakure and given to Dogou as a tool to aid in his path to see his world. "...it was just handed to him? An incredibly ANCIENT and POWERFUL artifact form before when ninja ruled was just handed to you? You can do better then that.
...all of this needs to be resolved and corrected before we can even begin to discuss balancing the weapon. If you were able to destroy Doton Barriers one rank higher then yourself... yeah, that sounds more reasonable... but destroying anything mineral based by turning it into sand is just too powerful.

j3susfr3ak1991 Might I get you to look over Laram's weapon again? I made all of the adjustments you asked me to. Here1: What parts of the taijutsu strike does it negate? Just damage, or damage and whatever movement it would cause as well? 2. Is this an omni-directional barrier created by the arm, or do you have to physically block with it to get the effect? (If the latter, what keeps the arm from slamming into your body when hit by a powerful blow?) 3: Do you intend for chakta control and trained endurance to be able to reduce those costs?

Name of Weapon: Sand Breakthrough Who Owns the Weapon: Dogou Teikiatsu Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? While searching for water outside of Sunagakure due to the deterioration of their water supply, The gauntlets were found in an underground cavern that flooded, and when someone was sent down to survey the cavern below, they found remnants of a lost tribe that had used that cavern as a meeting place. Notably, the only artifact that was untouched by the water, and preserved almost perfectly, they were taken out and given to the man who discovered the artifacts, Reihatsu Teikiatsu. Wishing that his nephew could reach a place between the world they lived in, and one in which Dogou could find peace, Reihatsu gave them to him as a going away present. Not because Dogou was going away, but because Reihatsu was leaving to go search the world for more artifacts like those ones. He wanted to find all of the world's secrets, even if he died in the process, he would learn all of the world's history.
Range: Fist range
Weakness: Unable to affect anything not earthy, such as water, fire, metal, or anything besides dirt, stone, and wood. Unable to directly affect the human body. Absorbs the user's chakra except for one point when worn, and if slept in, causes chakra and stamina to not regenerate due to the constant drain it places on the body. Any trauma to the gaunltels, not caused by the wearer harms the gauntlets, if they are damaged 20 times without using the Sand reform technique, then they will break, and will be unable to use the sand reform technique to repair themselves. They are unable to tell their owner from anyone else, and can be used against their owner if taken from him. Drains all but one point of chakra from the user, this process takes 5 stamina from the user, and goes up by five every rank. ( I.e. genin takes 5, chunnin takes 10, and so forth. )
Weapon Description: The gauntlets consist of a metal peice, about two inches thick that covers the back of the hand, going lightly over the knuckles. The part on the knuckles is only an inch thick, but the excess is placed ontop of the knuckles themselves, and form spikes for greater damage when they contact a body. The back of the gauntlet is covered with etchings and marking, apparetly made by the nomadic tribe that archeologists have found remnants of scattered around the land of Wind. The etchings are incomprehensible, but symbols still used today are found. One is a symbol for chakra, although very very different. it is a combination of the symbol for chakra, and the symbol for magic. The gauntlet is held on by three leather straps, one over the fingers, just below the knuckels to make sure the gloves don't bend away from the fingers, and two cross hatching on the hand, making the gloes resistant to slipping off of the hand. The straps are made of a stretchable fiber, that once on the hand hardens to a leather type consistency, and tightens to the shape of the hand, causing it to be nearly unremovable. The straps are also adorned with an array of symbols, and metal studs connecting to the skin with small needle p***k spikes that attach somehow to the tenketsu of the palm. this is how the gauntlets take the chakra from the body, and use it for their technique. Special Properties/Abilites: Sand Blast Conversion - The chakra within the Gauntlet surges into an inanimate object and breaks it down into small peices, much like sand. The force of the punch then forces the grains of the newly destroyed object at the speed of a sand blaster directly in a straight line for three feet, and in a declining line that reaches about one foot after that, finishing in a line of sand. The force of this blast is enough to rip small amounts of flesh from the body at point blank range ( One foot behind the barrier, but who after making the barrier stands there? ), capable of popping eyes and giving the equivalent of bad road rash at medium range ( two feet ), and capable of giving a painful rash equal to that of placing a sander on your skin for two seconds with a pressure of about one kilogram. Any distance beyond that you get rug burn, which is painful, but not beyond ignoring. This ability is only obtainable by the gauntlets making contact with the object.
Sand Reform - By using Satetsu, the gloves can repair themselves, but at the cost of 50 chakra, and 50 stamina. The gloves can not be worn to enact this effect. This property only furthers the thought that the Tribe that used this item thought chakra as nothing more than magic. The satetsu must be natural, and can not have ever once been manipulated, nor infused with chakra. The etchings on the back of the gauntlet will have to be redone by someone who can scribe seals, and can veiw the original seal that was on the gauntlet. If for any reason the seal isn't perfectly recreated, then the gauntlets will themselves turn to sand and force themselves in a spread formation at the wearer, likely causing the loss of a limb, possibly even death.
Rp Sample: Dogou stood there, breathing heavily as his opponent shook vigerously, obviously afraid of the power he was facing. Dogou had taken a severe beating of doton jutsu, which should have left him a bloody mess. " It isn't kind to attempt to harm someone else's village without a proper reason. " Dogou said, standing to his full height of 3 meters, He was a full grown adult, and as such he wasn't going to let someone just attack his village. Dogou began running at his opponent, his long strides closing the gap quickly between him and his opponent. He stood above his opponent faster than the chunnin could think. The chunnin thinking quickly crouched down and made some handsigns, covering his head and yelling the name of a jutsu, the earth around him created a dome of rock. Dogou's gauntlet clad fist hit the appex of the dome, directly above the chunnin's head. Suddenly the dome dispersed into tiny granulets that hung suspended in the air for a second, then shot downwards with tremendous speed, rending the flesh from the first foot of the boy's body, and horribly scratching the rest of it. Dogou stood up to his full height and attempted to turn, stumbling and cursing as he looked at his foot that had been ontop of the dome when his fist had connected. The shoe was destroyed, and the foot had terrible road rash, and was bleeding quite well. dogou cursed his stupidity, he should have remembered to not place any part of his body on the barrier he had attempted to destroy. Dogou laid on the sand, elevating his injured foot that he had wrapped in his shirt after using a fourth of his canteen's water to clean. He sighed and shook his head thinking to himself until help arrived.

1. I wasn't considering giving the chakram mode a set time limit. I figured that with the chakra solidified, more chakra wouldn't need to be channeled through the blade until I want it to return back to yo-yo mode. Is it possible to not have a set time limit? As for size, can it change as Setsuna grows? Rather than putting down 1 foot or something, is it okay if I just say the length of Setsuna's fore-arm? 2. Will fix, but as usual I'm bad with chakra costs. Is 3 enough or should I raise it? 3. Well, I got the idea from the fact that to see chakra, one has to be a sensor. Since it wasn't all that strong of a technique, I thought it would be alright to make it so that the chakra isn't noticeable. If it can't be invisible, then I'll just change it. Just makes it a bit less interesting. 4. For Kamaitachi, can it be used when Setsuna is directly holding the weapon? Or would even that be unacceptable? I could understand if any way would be unacceptable for Kamaitachi seeing how it'd be weird to build a layer of chakra on top of chakra. However, Dance I don't see too big of a problem with it. I mean, it's reasonable considering there's a jutsu that lets shinobi control the movements of roof tiles and I thought I gave it a good enough reason. In essence, I'm using the chakra surrounding the yo-yos to direct their movement. Will edit that in 3nodding . Oh, and just in case you decide to look back at my weapon, I have yet to edit the post itself so don't expect anything to be changed there sweatdrop . All I did was edit the version I have stored in my computer as a document.

Name of Weapon: Reluctant Marigold Who Owns the Weapon: Mileena Mayu Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? The Reluctant Marigold was crafted by one anonymous man, who showed to have psychic powers unlike Mileena's. He could feel her power, and through some whim of fate, he decided to make this special weapon for her use. He imbued it with psychic energy, which allows easy control by anyone with Mileena's abilities. (No need to worry about the lack of detail. I didn't want to put too much of it here as this particular incidence will occur in Mileena's story in Life of a Shinobi.)
Range: Melee/50 yards
Weakness: § There is a cost to controlling this thrown weapon and controlling it as it goes. The Mental Stamina accumulates by +1 for each 10 yards the weapon is sent flying through the air. If it is to go all 50 yards, the user has to pay 5 Mental Stamina. While the weapon is being controlled via the mind, the user has to maintain that focus, and in that case, is unable to use any form of jutsu aside from their mental abilities excluding the push/pull or the enhancement. § The cost for this weapon's repair should the paper be cut is irrevocable. The weapon feeds upon the user's mental stamina each time the paper, which is the source of the weapon's abilities, is damaged. The cost is 2 mental stamina for each time it is damaged, regardless of the nature of the damage sustained or the size and severity. Should all the user's mental stamina be spent, and the fan sustains damage, the properties and usefulness of the fan as a weapon would be lost forever. § Though the high-pitched sound may not affect the user, a person which understands the Mayu bloodline and their mental prowess can easily block the sound from reaching their mind. This works in the exact same way as a mental block, which forbids any form of mental penetration. A target with a 'hacked' mind however, cannot drown out the weapon's effects. § The weapon can only be moved in any direction by the user three times before it has to return to them. In essence, the user may throw the weapon in any direction, which does not count as them controlling it. Then they can move it to the left once, then to the right, then move it upwards. After these three motions have been made through the user's ministrations, the weapon will automatically disobey any further commands and return to the user's hand. Each movement of the weapon with the mind can only occur once for three indefinite posts, meaning the posts don't have to be back to back, simply leaving the weapon flying around without doing anything until the user decides to continue using it, thus continuing from their last use. On the third post, if the weapon were deflected or knocked away, it would not return to the user, because the user is unable to use their mental powers to control it. It would then have to be manually retrieved before further use is possible. § The user isn't immune to the weapon, and can be cut or killed by it just as anyone else if he/she gets careless with it or lacks the mental discipline to properly control it. If the user had hacked a person's mind at any given time while using the weapon, this counts as a decline in focus, and so the weapon loses a post turn, which means instead of three posts, it can only be controlled for two. § If one were to use the wind element against this weapon, it would inevitably be knocked aside and unable to be used until the user retrieves it manually. If hit by the fire element, this weapon can be destroyed. Should the flames persist for more than one of the weapon wielder's posts, the damage dealt to the fan will be irreparable. § The weapon is all about mental focus by the user, and the link causes one mutual effect. If the weapon should be hit with Raiton techniques, it would be useless for a duration of five posts, and the user would feel the Raiton technique on themselves too, which would muddle their own abilities, because it is a mental weapon that is linked to the users mind. The weapon is useless for those five posts even if it is retrieved, as mental focus has dropped significantly.
Weapon Description: The Reluctant Marigold is a traditional black fan that weighs nothing more than a feather when held due to special properties. When closed, it takes on the appearance of a black senbon that reaches 0.5 centimetres in width, and 7 inches in length. This makes it quite difficult to see regardless of the position that it is being held in. When held this way, it can be thrown like a normal senbon, having very much the same effect. It can also be used in the same manner as a Kunai. When open, the fan itself is black with flower motifs all around. The edges of the fan are extremely sharp, and can cut a person even if they only barely touch the edge. If used in the right manner, it can sever even the thickest tree's trunk in one go and still persist. It is built in a way that allows easy opening without hindrance, and can be thrown and used as a projectile, reaching about 50 yards from its origin before it returns to its owner's hand. Blood never stains this weapon, no matter how many times it cuts through a person, the blood seems to simply slide off of it.
Special Properties/Abilites: Psychic Manipulation § This weapon has special properties which allow use by members of the Mayu bloodline only. This is so for the main reason that they are the only ones who can utilize the weapon's natural properties and control it with their minds. It moves freely in any direction that the user gestures, and can never be lost or used by another, as a special connection is formed between the user and this weapon. § No matter how much one may try to destroy this weapon, it proves futile. The Reluctant Marigold was crafted to withstand wearing or tearing, and it has been built to challenge even the most powerful of blades or raw strength. Try as you might, this weapon will never break unless the user is at a loss for mental stamina. The paper will repair itself immediately using the user's mental stamina as a catalyst should it sustain damage, so it is virtually indestructible as long as the user's mental stamina is available. The edges rival that of any blade, just as sharp and deadly in every way. If the weapon were struck in between the blade and the fan, as unlikely as it may seem due to the speed at which it moves, the blade would dislodge from the paper, rendering the weapon altogether useless for the remainder of that fight. § As it moves through the air, a kind of high-pitched sonic is transmitted to the mind of the person it comes close to. So if it is to fly close to a person and pass them, that person will hear a 'tolling' sound in their head that causes them to lose focus for a very short time. The sound changes delicately in pitch each time it passes, so a person cannot adjust their hearing to accept any single sound. § As hinted before, this weapon can be controlled at will by any of the Mayu bloodline, regardless of their rank or original power. It can be moved in any direction the user pleases, and once all movements have been issued, the weapon will return to the user in a slow manner, teetering in the air in several directions as if it does not want to return to its owner. This is the reason it was given the name Reluctant Marigold. § Due to the link between wielder and this weapon, the user is able to place a telekinetic barrier around the weapon if/when it is attacked. The barrier cannot last for more than a single post with the barrier around it, and the same cool off time is required before the shield can be used again. If the shield were used on the weapon, then the user would be at a loss of the shield for the same duration of time. The shield would only be as powerful as the users current rank, and it does much the same thing that it would should the user had used it on themself. The cost for using the shield is half of what it would originally cost to use to protect the user. So in this case, where it would naturally cost Mileena 2 mental stamina and 2 chakra points or 4 mental stamina, it would instead cost 1 mental stamina and 1 chakra point or 2 mental stamina.
Rp Sample: Halfway through the mission, Mileena felt relieved that she had managed to come this far on her own. Her job was clear. Assassinate the Boss of the Hajime institution, a powerful connection to the Black Market. She ran down several corridors, dodging the gazes of several guards just as they were about to spot her. She felt with her mind around each corner, learning the position and total amount of guards around. After double checking to make sure, she drew her faithful weapon, the Reluctant Marigold, who has never failed her in a situation such as this. Mileena slid it open with ease and threw it straight ahead, which seemed like a foolish move considering that her back was to a wall away from where the guards were. A smile. Mileena's hand reached forward as if she were trying to drag Marigold back to her, and as she did this, the weapon spun around in mid air and wheeled back, flying pass Mileena and going into the different corridors under her ministrations. The sound of tearing flesh and silent screams caught Mileena's ears, and she knew that her weapon had done its job.
It flew back around the corner to her, and she darted from her position and ran through the remainder of the building, until she was standing at the door of the Boss. Mileena formed a few handsigns and mouthed 'Anrokku no Jutsu'. The door unlocked itself for her and she stepped through, surprised at what she was seeing, or better yet, what she was not seeing. The Boss was nowhere in sight, and Mileena quickly ran to the open window behind his desk, only to see him running for his pitiful life, tearing through the grass in hopes of making it to the forest where he could hide. The little Mayu jumped through the window in hot pursuit of him, and just before he could reach the edge of the forest, there went Marigold right pass him, causing him to wince and falter in his steps at the sound that assaulted his mind as it zipped pass him. Mileena shifted her hand, sending the weapon through the tree from the far left, all the way to the tree on the far right, cutting them all down and blocking the path that led into the forest before it came back to her.
The Boss drew his blade, a dirty looking thing that was too good for him. Mileena faced him, several yards away and standing in a calm manner, waiting for him to make his move. As if reading her mind, the man ran forward in a mad dash, making his way to her. She threw Marigold once more, straight at the man this time, but his sword came up automatically to block it. The fan spun against the blade, causing many sparks to rise that half blinded the man, before the sword managed to push through and the man was after her again. The fan flew away in the opposite direction that the man was coming, but Mileena simply motioned forward with her hand and the weapon changed course, coming at the man from the rear. It moved faster than him, and just as he lifted his sword and was about to bring it down on Mileena's head, the fan sliced cleanly through his neck, sending sprays of blood in her direction, which splattered on an invisible force before her. The fan passed over her head easily since she was so much shorter than the man. "Mission Accomplished" The little girl grabbed her weapon as it came back to her and walked away.
