Checking up on Flamethrower, Jericho moved back over towards West to take a look at Master. The little guy wasn't looking so hot at all. Seeing how their enemy was gone now, he was just about to get started with flying again, this time trying to make sure he wouldn't end up leaving the other demon far behind. However, he let out a loud cry as some tentacles grabbed a hold of him.. only to fling him across the pit.

West was barely able to react as he was grabbed and flung forward. He tightened his grip on the scareon in his arms and let out a surprised shout. Luckily, it was still fairly manly. Minipet and owner flew through the air until West accidentally extended his wings ever so slightly and slowed to a less harrowing speed. The feeling of control was welcome for a moment, until West realized that he might have gone even farther on the tentacle's hospitality if he hadn't moved at all.

Barth remembered the last time he'd gotten lost in fog. It hadn't been that long ago, and had involved some pretty awful bouts of hallucinating. Of course, he hadn't been lost with anyone he was attracted to, either.
He just hoped this wasn't the madness-inducing variety of fog, and instead the friendly atmospheric sort. Either way, it was thick.
"Careful," he warned Lilith, taking her free hand.
The downside was that with Lilith's hand in his, he was having a lot of difficulty concentrating on what they had to be careful of.

Nauticals. Dasher made a mental note to avoid those and anything with that name. "That's for sure," he said sarcastically in reply to Quill. The Reindeer had experienced the make-you-tired part for himself and sure didn't need any explanation. "Why would your master even want those?" he asked. "They're awful." If Dasher had a choice to have a minipet around, it definitely wouldn't be that thing. Maybe an Ohdeer instead. He could appreciate a lovely Ohdeer that didn't consequentially suck the life from you.

He didn't want to open his eyes. He caught the smell of the treat, and he did want to consume it. But could he chew it? Could he even open his mouth? His eyes opened just barely to see his owner peering down at him, almost tearing up. He mentally rolled his eyes, and let out a small sigh. He began to eat the candy very slowly, feeling better and better with each bite. Whisper smiled and rubbed her face on Curse's, overjoyed to see him eat. She was terrified that she had been to late. "I know you'll feel better soon, but we have to keep moving...we don't want to fail after all this do we?" She stood and began to walk, hoping that soon he'd be fully recovered. Lilith really didn't want to go fast, even if she had been catering to the sloth demon. She wanted to find every. single. minipet. that so much as looked towards them and give them a piece of her boot. Unfortunately, then the fog rolled in and she found herself with a little less sight than preferred. She felt a hand grab her, and the voice that followed assured her who it was. Acceptable. She had no reason to draw her hand back from him.
"I will," she replied. Although, what could happen? She could walk into a Nautical and kick it? Bring it. She looked forward to that happening.

"Poor thing," the plague doctor murmured, feeling a bit of sympathy for her. Just a little. It cradled the scrags in one arm, then looked at Riley. "Shall we hurry on?" it muttered. Still, as it tried to move forward Parassiti's leash tangled around its hooves, and it swore and kicked at the damn thing ineffectually. Ugh!

Yes, let's just get out of here quickly. What this class is supposed to teach us, or the pets, is beyond me.. all I can tell is that all these pets are now going to fear purple tentacles.
