Hearing someone enter, Bastian glanced up from his palm pilot and out of the office door. He'd taken a seat behind the desk to kick back and make out some figures for beautifying the yard of the complex. He snapped the handheld shut smoothly and slipped out of the office, trying his best to smile as charmingly as his sister.
"Hullo, how areyou today? My name is Bastian, is there anythign I can do for you?"

((She doesn't care. Boys, girls, as long as someone is paying attention to her. xd ))
Bianca winked at the girl and giggled.
"I'm sure a pretty thing like you should have no trouble with that."
She smiled and set the suitcase down at the foot of the bed, yawning plaintively, looking perplexed by the question of finance.
"I'll tell you what, lovely. Why don't you stay the night no charge, an we'll work out the nasty little financial details tomorow?"

"Well Bastian, assuming that you're the landlord... I'm looking to rent an apartment.." Daire said, as he walked toward Bastian.

The 'I' as opposed to 'we' made him raise an eyebrow, curiously, but he didn't say anythign. It was none of his buissness, go with the flow, let it roll.
"That, I am."
He dipped his head, bowing politely and swept an arm back to indicate the office,
"If you would please come in and have a seat, I'm sure we can work something out."

(( Sorta Crappy Description All four apartments are the same, basically, and fairly good-sized, at that. Each apartment consists of a living room/kitchen (no walls dividing the two, just walking space), bedroom, bathroom and extra room for another bed, storage, whatever. They are already furished, but things can be changed out according to the habitant's wishes. All apartments also have a small balcony off the living room. There's plenty of closet space, adn the bathrooms include a bathtub and shower stall. ))

As Daire moved toward the office, he looked back to see Katharina still standing over by the door. He let out a sigh and called over to her "Kat, are you coming, or are you just gonna stay there..?" "I'll just stay out here..." she said quietly. "Alright then.." Daire nodded, before entering the office.

Bastian fel his right eye tic but hid it in a yawn as he slipped into the office behind Daire and sat at the desk, removing some papers adn uncovering a pen in the messy desk, sliding them across on a clipboard.
"Information for your lease. Let me just check on what's available right now."
He drew out another binder adn buried his nose in it, seeming to have momentarily forgotten Daire and the girl outside.

Daire nodded as he took the clipboard. "How many rooms do each appartment have..? well, if they're all the same, that is..." he asked as he began to fill out the forms.

PockyFille Yoshiko smiles softly. "I suppose it does, Tris-kun." Absentmindedly hums a few bars from "The king and I". "Hmm.. you already know i'm a fashion designer. I know you and lucius are a lovely couple and you like art. What else do people generally talk about when 'getting to know' eachother, do you think?" She gives him a friendly wink.(woooo! yoshi-chan is aliiiiive! et: toussaint! elle est francaise! elle est tres mignon!) ((Homigod finalleh! xd )) Tristian blushed and shrugged a shoulder, tilting his head as he looked to Yoshiko thoughtfully. Well...we could talk about how we decided to come here? He suggested, not sure what to really talk about other than that. He was curious about strange things, things that people don't typically like to share.

He flipped through andother stack of ppers, murmuring,
"Would you like having neighbors, or would you prefer an apartment a little set off from the others?"

He nodded, scanning over the smalish list of tenants, and nodding.
"22 is open just next door to a girl on her own. She'd probably be good company, and not make too much noise to disturb you."
He made a single note on the paper, and went back to making notes in his palm pilot, mutering distractedly,
"Are the terms of the rent contract acceptable? If everthing is in order, jsut sign at the bottom and I can show you up."
