They actually had the whole house pitch black while they did it, but my other brother is a party pooper and started turning lights back on.

l-Kathulu-l I am halfway tempted to do that to my room now... I wonder if my mom would notice You'd have to get glow-in-the-dark paint for it to actually stay like that. If you just use glow-sticks, like they did, it'll fade after a while and end up just being greasy.
