oh man, all my characters are like 20 years old and too old to be Genin and I really like play more than one character, well I will have to force my friend to draw me a Genin ninja to day twisted

Also, You are right about the RPC limit. We don't have enough people to allow more than 1 RPC for now... Maybe in a few months...

QUESTION! I've seen people with elements that are kekke genkai relative. Example:Are they allowed to have water and wind without having hyouton?
Also

Are you referencing a new style of jutsu, Au3? Because from what I saw, there was a "Storm" category jutsu in the Naruto Wikia.
