Shin Iyoku (True Will):

I need a post count as to how many posts does Shin Iyoku lasts before the immense chakra output wears off. Not only that, I think a cooldown period should be required before it can be done again.

Joukeimae (Blinding): This is a simple Gentle Fist Technique. By striking the related Chakra Points to each eye, a Hyuga will cause their opponent to temporarily lose their site, during this time the victim will be completely blinded in the eye related to the Chakra Point struck. Even Doujutsu wielders will find their eye techniques unusable. Attempting to activate a Doujutsu during this time will result in little more than a head ache and failure. This can last an entire day until the victim's chakra network re regulates itself in the affected area or until undone by a Hyuga . The strikes used for this technique are delivered with lightning speed, and require minimal actual contact.

I don't like that it lasts for entire day. Three posts that the user is blind should it strike. I think its reasonable considering how powerful the rest of the style is.

Kanashibari (Limb Paralysis): This is a simple Gentle Fist Technique. By striking one of the key Chakra Points at the base of a limb (at a joint such as the shoulder for an arm, at the hip or pelvis or at the top of a thigh for a leg) one can cause a shock to the local nerves and muscles of that limb thus causing it to temporarily become paralyzed. The Chakra Point in question is not actually closed or dilated in this case, but rather simply caused a trauma which affects the surrounding area. This paralysis can last hours but will eventually heal, till then however the limb will be useless.

I need an actual post count as to how long the limb is paralyzed.

Kaisoku (Celerity): A technique developed by Kiyoshi Hyuga taking advantage of his advanced chakra control and his control over both his Chakra Points and Chakra flow. This move involves releasing chakra though dilated Chakra points as well as controlling the flow and focusing it around the user. The results are the user’s muscles receive a major boost, and thus increasing the user’s speeds to incredible levels. Obviously this kind of speed has many applications, from dodging with inhuman speeds, to attacking with strikes so fast they at best appear as little more than a blur even to the Sharingan, to closing in on an opponent from a distance so as to enter striking range before they can react and retreat, the uses and advantages are innumerable. Aside from the above, this jutsu involves a second effect, using chakra to enhance the efficiency of the users nervous system, speeding up the neural synapses, amplifying the users reflexes to extraordinary levels, thus allowing him to react near instantly. These two aspects combined grant the user speed on par with the 4th Raikage, making it one of the most advanced speed boosting jutsus in the ninja world, thus truly earning this technique its name. In practical terms this jutsu is similar to the 4th Raikage’s lightning armor in the level of boost it grants to speed, however unlike his armor which also boosted his strength, this technique focuses entirely on speed, even so much that it surpasses the lightning armor in terms of speed.

How much faster in terms of speed is the boost? Also how long does it last?

Also, one more thing that I wanted to ask...would each and everyone of the skills and special skills require chakra to perform them?

Also, one more thing that I wanted to ask...would each and everyone of the skills and special skills require chakra to perform them?

Yes they do, which is why I made stuff like the blinding and limb paralysis last the entire fight. Because even if I don't hit them it going to cost me chakra to use that jutsu. So even if they dodge only 4 out of 5 times. I pretty much wasted 5 chunin jutsu to blind them for only 3 posts? That is just terrible and if your going to make me do that I rather juts scrap this whole thing because they can easily run for 3 posts to regain sight, and a lot of people find ways to fight without sight. People use earth sensing, wind sensing, hearing, it not hard to fight without sight it just difficult and 3 posts wont do me anything.

Also True Will is/was meant to be a passive skill because of the high level chakra control of the Hyuga. While it says increase speed, strength, and all that by a combat system it doesn't do anything. It was mainly put their as a benchmark for chakra control as well as showing that my training did yield something that can be measured.

For Celerity I just did what we did for the Raikage Lightning Armor. A one time activation chakra cost and it just lasts the entire fight. I usually just do a constant drain but since your only allowed like 5 S rank jutsu in this guild that wasn't going to work to well. As for the increase it was pretty much just a rank I guess, honestly it didn't matter because I already had the speed ninja perk so it wouldn't stack. It was more a psychological thing to show that I was moving faster then what I normally could. People seems to understand better that you are faster when you have a glowing aura. If anything I manly like it for increased reaction and flexibility. But mainly it was for show and to help people understand that I was moving faster then average.

Shin Iyoku (True Will):The Hyuga clan is blessed with a number of abilities and gifts as part of their bloodline, the Byakugan of course is the most visible gift, but they are just as renowned for their remarkable chakra control. This ability is an expression of said chakra control, specifically this is the Hyuga art of controlling one’s Chakra flow, it encompasses everything from controlling how one’s chakra flows to how intensely it does, it involves the ability to manipulate one’s Chakra Points to either dilate them at will or closing them off completely, even forcing closed Chakra Points opened once more. By manipulating one’s Chakra Points, one can control chakra flow through one’s system completely. Simply said, this is the art of controlling how one’s chakra flows through control of one’s Chakra Points. In practical terms, this ability has several benefits, the ability to control one’s Chakra flow, including the ability to dilate one’s Chakra Points means a Hyuga can manipulate their Chakra flow to increase said flow when desired. In this case, the Hyuga, by concentrating for a moment rushes the flow of chakra through his system, forcing his Chakra Points to dilate open for a period of time, increasing their Chakra flow, granting them greater speed, strength, and endurance, heightened reflexes and reaction time, as well as increases both the defensive and offensive capabilities of Jyuuken techniques by increasing the amount of Chakra the Hyuga can use at once. The benefits are obvious. (This technique can also be focused, as in used regionally, increasing flow to one body part only but this isn't as effective, unless used for specific purposes - For example increased flow to the ears to improve sound perception, etc.)

The Drawback of this application is also obvious, increased Chakra flow also means increased rate of use, meaning the Hyuga will run out of Chakra more quickly then he usually would. It also more quickly exhausts the body as the body isn't used to such a strain, though this effect lessens the higher the Rank. If the Hyuga is not careful he'll run out of chakra and exhaust himself before a match is won. A second application of this skill is the ability to force his Chakra flow into a specific fixed and ordered pattern for a time, this has the benefit of possibly masking or disguising one’s Chakra signature to those that might be able to sense it, as well as using said rigid control to keep his Chakra flow from being altered such as by a genjutsu. This can render one immune to Genjutsu as long as said rigid control is being applied as the Hyuga’s Chakra is being forced into a particular pattern of flow despite any outside attempts to alter it. He has to actively be doing this to resist said Genjutsu, if not then said resistance will not apply. This same principle of forceful Control allows the Hyuga to force his Chakra flow back to normal if he does fall into a Genjutsu thus allowing his to break free. Needless to say however, he needs to know he is in a Genjutsu in the first place, which fortunately, with Byakugan, if often far more easily accomplished than for others.

A more recent development on this technique is the ability to reverse one’s chakra flow. Normally Chakra flows out from one’s core out throughout the Chakra network. In this case one can reverse the flow for periods drawing their chakra in towards their core instead. This has 2 separate benefits, Doing so means one is not emitting chakra and thus can make their chakra signature disappear completely (thought it would remain visible to Byakugan) allowing them to go undetected by even the most sensitive chakra sensor. The second benefit is that they can resist any attempts to force their chakra out of their body, even pulling exited chakra back into their body to some degree. The drawback of this effect is obvious, while chakra is being pulled in, it cannot be released, meaning one cannot perform any jutsu at the same time as this. Also eventually one will run out of chakra in their body until they allow it to flow back out, meaning that one could fatigue their body greatly until their chakra re-saturates their body (which can happen in seconds) one can reverse their chakra flow near reflexively, meaning it can be done or put back to normal swiftly and with ease.

Unfortunately though BB, I am not seeing this as a style that you alone will have. I am seeing this as if a new member was learning the style. The way True Will is written does not make it sound passive. It says that the dilation of the chakra is activated upon will increasing a ton of stats at once. Not only that, but it states that there's an increase rate of use of chakra meaning that a Hyuuga would be running through chakra fairly quickly due to the chakra output. That's my understanding of it when I'm reading the skill.

As for the blinding and limb paralysis, I'll give you that ONLY because you just informed me that it does take chakra to use each technique.

As stated above, for Celerity, even if its just for aesthetics and to prove a point in behalf of your character I have to put something there in case another member learns the style. And even if the chances of someone learning the style is like .5 percent...there's still a possibility

Alright Six...there's going to be a lot of stuff to go over but believe me when I say that by the time we're done wer'e going to make this incredibly epic.

First of all, is this style only available to people from your bl/clan? Or should I say, could you teach say Luo this style? (Just throwing a random name from a different clan here)

Kay, ever seen Daredevil? Crappy movie I know...but what was cool about Daredevil's ability was that he would tap his stick against something and use the soundwaves to actually be able to see despite his blindness. Well, wouldn't it be awesome if you added a stage that the user has to train blind for several amount of posts and then have an actual skill that uses chakra to be able to see even when you're blind?

Why isn't this clan posted in the actual clan list? Or am I not seeing this somewhere.

And the reason I was talking about adding this stage is that in the background you were talking about the whole vibration thing...but this isn't an Otosan style its a style that anyone can learn. So if its supposed to help with the vibrations and stuff, shouldn't it be there? Or if you want to make it just a custom style for the bloodline, that's cool too

Kagetsukiko
Alright, well then, if I remember correctly, this style has actually been in the guild for quite some time. The thing is, I couldn't find it anywhere so I figured I should probably resubmit it in case it was taken away for a reason other than the fact that no one using it. To do that, I had to ask the creator (iHarkyDaAngel-Kun) if he could find me a copy of it. He gave it to me and also gave me permission to use it in case anyone thinks I stole it. Now… yeah. I looked through the style myself and there were a lot of moves in it that didn't seem like taijutsu moves but I figured that I should try at the very least sweatdrop ….

On another note, in the off-chance that this does get accepted, I know that since I'm not a taijutsu/weapon specialist I can't claim it as my own, but can it at least be restricted to only Kumo and not made completely universal? Considering that the style is based on magnetic stuff, it kind of makes sense....

Magnetic Touch
Earth, Magnetism, Lightning
User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

The users of this Fighting Style were masters of Raiton and Doton Elements (both are required). They could touch any piece of Earth and magnetize it with their signature Magnetic Chakra. They could lift it into the air and ride it as a means of transportation, evasion, and attacking from the air. If you came in contact with the masters of this Fighting Style, you could be crushed by magnetized earth at the user's whim, have your body disrupted with magnetism, or suffer from a physical attack strengthened with magnetic energy.

Stage 1 Magnet Trainee (E-rank)
The user of this Fighting Style can control Magnetism. When Magnetism is aplied to a metal or stone, the user can levitate the object.

Rock Pistol
Rank: D
Description: By magnetizing a rock or chunk of metal, the user can levitate it just above of their hand. By increasing the pressure and magnitude of the Magnetism and then releasing it abruptly, the user can launch the rock towards a target.

Loose Footing
Rank: D
Description: By propelling their Magnetic Chakra into the ground below the target, the user can shift it around and weaken the footing of an enemy.

Stage 2 Magnet Advanced User (D-rank)
The user can now apply Magnetism to his regular Taijutsu, causing a larger impact on the target's body. With some training, the user can increase his striking range and increase the strength of his Taijutsu.

Pressure Touch
Rank: C
Description: Requires no handsigns. Can mold Magnetic Chakra into the hands or legs of the user. When direct contact occurs between the user and a target, the Chakra can be passed to the target. After passing the Chakra to the target, the user can cause Magnetism around the target's body and pull them towards the ground, limiting movement and physical abilities.

Earth Hammer (Limbs)
Rank: C
Description: The user performs a few handsigns then places hands firmly against the ground. The user passes chakra into the ground and molds it around arms and/or legs. The user creates hammer-like weapons on the arms and/or legs.

Earth Hammer (Weapon)
Rank: C
Description: The user performs a few handsigns the places hands firmly against the ground. The user passes Magnetic Chakra into the ground and molds it into the shape of a weapon. Can create a metal blade, staff, or any blunt weapon. Most commonly used to create a large Hammer.

Rock Gliding
Rank: A (Requires a total of 15 posts to master)
Description: The user uses Magnetism to raise a large rock out of the ground and hold it in the air. The user then jumps on top of the rock and rides it. The user can move more freely than on the ground when riding on the rock. Similar to Gaara's Sand Cloud and Deidara's Clay Bird.

Stage 3 Magnet Adept (C-rank)
The user can now send Magnetic Chakra into the ground or an object with a punch or kick. This will trigger a chain reaction that can disrupt the environment within a small radius of the location where the Chakra was applied. It can shift the ground even shatter a large stone. The user also has the ability to manipulate Silver.

Earth Armor
Rank: B
Description: The user performs handsigns then performs the steps similar to Earth Hammer (Limbs). The user raises the earth up and wraps it around the entire body, leaving openings for air that can be closed off when in need (EX: Poison Gas). The user creates an almost impenetrable armor. The user can mold parts of the armor to make them sharp.

Torpedo
Rank: B
Description: Must have Earth Armor active to use this attack. The user molds the headpiece of the armor into a sharp, bullet-like form and them uses the same technique as Rock Pistol to launch themself at the enemy. The user can use Magnetism change trajectory and propel themselves farther when they would otherwise fall. Similar to the Tunneling Fang. Cannot mimic the ability of Rock Gliding.

Magnetic Stone Pillar
Rank: B
Description: The user performs a few handsigns and focuses Magnetic Chakra around the entire area. The user then can raise large pillars of stone. The pillars can be risen into the air and propelled at the target. The user can also break them into segments and move them quicker and freely.

Shard Shooter
Rank: B
Description: The user can pull shards of metal or stone from the ground. The user can manipulate the shards and propel them towards a target. When the shards impale a target's flesh, the shards can be broken down at the whim of the user and cause the minerals to enter the target's blood. This will increase the effect of Magnetic pressure that the user can put on the target's body.

Stage 4 Magnet Master (A-rank)
The user now has great control over Magnetism. The user can now freely manipulate the ground around him as he wishes. This ability allows him to use the famous "Iron Sand"technique that was developed by the Fourth Kazekage.

Almighty Push
Rank: A
Description: Requires no handsigns, but requires great Chakra Control. The user focuses large pockets of Magnetic Chakra around the hands and arms and propels it in the direction of a target. The Chakra travels with the force of a bullet train and carries earth with it. It can shatter the ground below for about 100m and then the force disipates.

Universal Pull
Rank: A
Description: Requires no handsigns, but requires great Chakra Control. The user focuses large pockets of Magnetic Chakra around the area that surrounds the target. The Chakra must be greatly focused and refined. The user causes the area around the target to emplode, utterly crushing the target. Avoidably if the target can move at insanely high speeds. Must be used at least 50m away from user or else the user will be sucked into the jutsu.

Stage 5 Magnet Sage (S-rank)
The user now has complete mastery of the Fighting Style and can now manipulate the countenence of a things such as a mountain. The user can even mix in minerals with sand to create the "Iron Sand" materials.

Steel Dragon Strike
Rank: S+
Description: The user performs a few handsigns. The user manipulates the earth around him and raises it up above him. The user then reforms it into the shape of a dragon, eagle, etc. The user then rides it to more easily manipulate it's movements. It can manipulate it from the ground, but control is harder to maintain. The user can increase it's movement speed greatly and sens it at a target. Used for quick transportation (Faster than Rock Gliding) and destroying large buildings or constructions. (Similar Jutsu to Deidara's Clay Dragon and Bird)

Chibaku Tensei (Catastrophic Planetary Construction)
Rank: S+
Description: The user performs a few handsigns and then creates a visible sphere of Magnetic Chakra about the size of the torso. The user hurls it into the air and must quickly evacuate the area. The sphere of Magnetic Chakra emplodes after traveling 100m, but travels extremely quickly. When the sphere emplodes, it sucks in everything in a 250m radius. When it has pulled in as much as it can, the sphere of Chakra explodes, launching everything outward at a speed of 300MPH.

Fighter Only Techniques
n/a

The idea behind it may be good but, the concept of magnetism is poorly described and most of it isn't related to taijutsu. If I were to allow this kind of style to be accepted, without doubt there would be people acting like earth benders, trying to manipulate the earth, or jedis, using the force to pull others, claiming it is magnetism. And also, if there was a taijutsu style that allows the use of Iron Sand then the bloodline itself would be useless wouldn't it? And last but not least, Chibaku Tensei? Srsly? I guess I don't think I need to comment about that.
Denied.

Name of Taijutsu Style Black Leg Style
Pic if you want one:
Description:

Black Leg Style

User Image

A Taijutsu Style based on the use of the legs as main weapon. It was developed in order to keep the hands of the user from being harmed and used only when necessary. Because of that, the fighting stances are usually more relaxed at the upper-body area, allowing the one using it to fight with crossed arms or even with both hands inside his pockets.

Using the hands to fight is not forbidden, but doing so will lead to the less powerful attacks at the first 2 stages (Except when the hands are used as support for the kicks, with handstands and such). Though the basis of the style is the use of kicks, it will also require acrobatic skills from the user, giving the style a lot of versality.
Some of the techniques are part of a combo, leaving the opponent's guard open for the next attack of the combo in case of a direct hit.

Learning Method: In order to learn this style, it will be required acrobatic skills and strength. The legs will require training in order to be able to perform powerful kicks and the arms will give support to the legs when needed.

Stage 1 - D

At this stage, the user will start practicing the basic movements of the style. The strength of the kicks is not the main goal of this stage, but the accuracy of the kicks and knowledge of where to strike with each accurate kick. Random attacks are not forgiven.

Training Posts: 2 posts learning where to strike with each kick. (Following the instructions given by a teacher or scroll) + 5 posts practicing kicks aimed at the areas mentioned at the first 2 posts

Black Legs' Basic Stance: The basic stance of this style is quite simple, with both hands inside the user's pockets (or with both arms crossed in front of the user's chest) he/she fights using legs only. The use of arms is not allowed unless using a technique of the style.

Techniques:

• Collier: A kick aimed for the neck of the opponent while the user is on the ground. The strength of the kick is enough to make the opponent fall down. When the user reaches the 3rd stage of the style, this technique will have enough strength to make an enemy (of same rank or weaker) unable to move for 1 post. (Only in case of a direct hit to the neck of the opponent)

• Épaule: A downward kick targeting the opponent's shoulder. The user lifts his leg and brings his heel down at the shoulder of the opponent, in an attempt to knock the opponent off balance or drive him/her to the ground. (It can still be used if the enemy has already fallen on the ground)

• Cótolette: Dropping down to a one-handed handstand position, the user spins, sending a kick towards the ribs of the opponent.

• Sélle: Using the same method of Cótolette, with a handstand position, the user spins sending a fast kick at the lower back or lumbar region of the enemy.

• Poitrine: A heavy and strong kick directly aimed at the chest of an enemy with a stabbing motion. If the enemy is on the ground, the user brings his heel downwards, still aiming at the chest area.

• Gigot: The user delivers a sweep kick at the enemy's kneecaps that would usually push opponents backwards of make them fall on the ground. Depending on the position of the enemy, he/she could also be sent flying or be slammed to the ground instead of just falling..

Stage 2 - C

As the user reaches the second stage, the acrobatic skills become the focus of training. The fighting style becomes more flexible and techniques that are performed in the mid air can be learned now.

Training Posts: 4 posts practicing acrobatic skills + 5 posts performing kicks while practicing the acrobatic skills

Black Legs' Intermediary Stance: This fighting stance is exactly the same of the previous stage when it comes to looks, but the user is now more capable and also allowed to perform attacks in the air, with the same accuracy as on the ground. The use of hands is still restricted to the use of techniques.

Techniques:

• Collier Shoot: Like Collier, this technique aims for the neck of the enemy. The difference between this and the other one, is that this one is used while in the air. The user jumps high in the air in order to land a powerful kick directed at the enemy's neck.

• Épaule Shoot: Like Épaule, this technique also aims for the shoulder of the enemy. While in the air the user brings down his heel on the opponent's shoulder.

• Poitrine Shoot: Unlike Poitrine, this technique can't be used when the enemy is fallen on the floor. It is an upwards kick aimed at the enemy's chest, mostly used to send him/her upwards.

Stage 3 - B

The third stage is reached when the user acquired enough experience to perform a combo with the techniques from the previous stages. That is, IF the first technique of the combo hits. The following attacks are made before the enemy has time to fully recover. This stage is also when the user learns a special technique, that enhances the strength and speed of the user's body.

Training Posts: 6 training the physical strength of the user + 6 posts training the speed and stamina of the user + 3 posts training the timing of the movements performed at the Full Course

Black Legs' Advanced Stance: The use of both hands is now allowed. After training handstand the user can walk that way as if walking on feet. The user can freely use handstands for simple kicks and such, even if it isn't part of a technique.

Techniques:

• Mutton Shot: One of the strongest single kicks of the style, often used as a finishing move of possible combos. The user starts by jumping forward or flipping in the air, while focusing a great amount of strength into one leg to deliver a kick to the enemy's torso or head, sending the opponent flying 15 ~ 20 meters away.

• Full Course: An all out assault, using the techniques learned at the first technique, finishing with Mutton Shot. It will fail if the enemy avoids the first attack. The order is: Collier, Épaule, Cótolette, Sélle, Poitrine, Gigot and then Mutton Shot.

• Party Table Kick Course: An attack to fight against a group of enemies. Using a two-hand handstand, the user spins around rapidly while kicking the enemies nearby, aiming at their faces. It can also be used by jumping on the head of one enemy, and using that opponent as a support, kicking the other enemies around them. Once the user finishes kicking the other opponents, he/she dismounts attacking with both or one knee aimed at the face of that opponent.

Special Technique:

• Diable Jambe: The user increases the flow of chakra within the body and focuses some chakra within both legs. As the chakra is being focused within the legs, the user then spins rapidly, increasing the temperature of both legs and infusing that heat with the chakra. The chakra infused with the increased heat, causes both legs to turn into red, as if it was on fire. The user receives an increase of strength and speed until the technique is over. (Lasts for 7 posts / The user's speed and physical strength are increased by 1 rank / If the user doesn't have Katon as element, he/she will have a 5 posts cooldown when using Diable Jambe. The sudden increase of the temperature may harm the users that aren't used to performing Katon techniques.)
Chakra Cost: 7 (Increases to 9 when the 5th stage of the style is reached)

Stage 4 - A

The fourth stage is reached after the user has trained his/her body enough to perform several attacks in a row, with an incredible speed for an extended amount of time. Speed and strength are trained pushing the limits of what the user can handle.

Training Posts: 10 posts training the physical strenght of the user + 10 training the speed of the user.

Techniques:

• Parage Shot: The user delivers a barrage of kicks to several sections of the enemy's face, at most 10 kicks if the enemy doesn't react. The sections mostly aimed at are the cheeks, nose, chin and mouth.

• Santen Découpage: The user throws three powerful roundhouse kicks in a row, with one leg. Aiming at the opponent's throat, chest and stomach.

• Deuxième Haché: The use runs towards the opponent and jumps, performing a jump kick with both legs, aiming at the opponent's stomach.

• Extra Haché: Similar to Parage Shot, but instead of aiming at the face, the user aims at the whole torso of the enemy. Kicking at several areas with an incredible speed and strength.

Stage 5 - S

After mastering all the techniques learned at the other stages of the style, the user will receive a different kind of training. At the 5th stage, the user trains while Diable Jamble is active. Once it ends, it will have to be activated again or else the user will not be able to train (The techniques of this stage can be learned and used even if Diable Jambe isn't active.)

Training Posts: 15 posts training the physical training of the user + 15 posts training the speed and stamina of the user + 5 posts practicing chakra control in order to perform Diable Jambe with less effort (The 35 training posts must be done while Diable Jambe is active, as stated previously).

Techniques:

• Premier Haché: The user runs and jumps towards the enemy. With both legs, he/she will begin to deliver several kicks at the stomach of the enemy. If Diable Jambe is active, this technique will look different, similar to a peacock fan of flames. Being also stronger because of it's effect.

• Flambage Shot: One of the strongest single kicks of the style. In the air, the user kicks the opponent's head, sending him/her flying. It is usually used to kick the enemy downwards or flying to crash into something. If Diable Jambe is active, the kick will be stronger and cause first degree burns.

@Scorpio: Alright...First, cool! A style based on Sanji from One Piece. I wondered if I should create one before but now it won't be necessary xD
Now...

1. The learning method. How many posts of training to achieve each stage? And what kind of training?

2. The stances. Until the 3rd stages the user is unable to use arms while fighting? Even to block? I know how Sanji fights in the anime/manga but are you sure about that kind of restraint?

3. The Diable Jambe having a cooldown for those who can't use Katon I understand and can guess the reason, but I'll ask you to reword it to avoid confusion.
