The sharingan sees chakra, not hand signs, giving it the copy power
WHO TOLD YOU YOU MAY HAVE UNLIMITED?!?!? That is B.S. for a genin to have all the chuunin ranked ninjutsu for anything. It's 3, but 2 if your character mainly focuses on taijutsu.
For the elements: Your a genin, so I'll base this off of that. Obviously you may learn your bloodline element up to genin, then choose one of the sub elements (Water or earth for you) and you may learn up to genin in one, and only 2 genin techniques in the other. You may choose your chuunin techniques from either your kekkei genkai or primary element, and you may mix it around, but you will only have 3 total, not 3 in each.
The learning is limited to Chuunin.
Mint: Hinote has changed his RPC to sand since he won the Shukaku.
Zetsu: No. Cloud is full
2 and 3: DO NOT ASK CREW TO CHECK THINGS. I personally have said this 20 times to various people, it's getting annoying. If crew does not check something within 8 days, then you may PM/post in a forum for them to check. We're busy people, and we arent your servants.

little mintchan i haz question...hinote has a rpc in iwagakure right? i know he was there he played the anbu interrrogator npc and his rpc was at the office too so why do i see another at sand academy? We made Hinote move to sand because his rpc is now the 1 tailed demon host. He abandoned his rock rpc and now has a sand rpc. I assure you Mint, no one has a second rpc

...i wasn't aware that we did...i mean, the way i look at it, the more jutsus you know doesn't really mean anything to me. I only need 3 to take you down, that's really it.

No it isnt your fault, weve just had so many people asking us to check things after we said not to that I was bound to hit caps lock at some point. You just happened to be the unlucky one blaugh

ok, I understand, I think it would get anoying after a while too, but the giuld i'm crew in, I don' think anyone knows i'm crew, so I don't get bothered as much ^.^

So I have ability control Sharingan, and I think, that because it
A) got weakened, and
B) adds one rank to all of my sharingan abilties,
I think that I should be able to copy jutsu on a 2,4, and six, instead of 4, and 6
it's still only making it 50-50, so it isn't OP
