Manny didn't speak while Aoi talked to Masaki, just listened, and waited for his food. Honestly Manny was surprised by the actions Masaki took in Konaha, with his Mothers instructions as a child Manny would of never thought of pulling that while on a mission, or against someone that much stronger than him. For a while Manny thought if that was good or not, did his Mothers training make him a weaker person, or a stronger ninja...

Manny kept going over it in his head as he ate, and even afterwards as he laid down to sleep, this was something that had kept him up most nights and was made worse since his Mom always told him things would make more sense when all his training was done, but with her dead he would have to find the rest of his answers on his own. Before he fell asleep completely his thoughts traveled onto his Father, and wondered what he was doing now, how the compound was coming, if it was nice, how much work it would need, how he wanted it to be when it was done. Luckily, even through a day in such a evil place Manny fell asleep thinking of a something beautiful, something he hoped he would be able to make happen, still though he was sad.

MAsaki muttered to himself as the old lady scolded him. He had already considered the stupidity of his actions but... The nerve of that snake kid!! Before she even finished he stomped off into the forest. He was tired of being weak! He started to practice the kicks Luo had taught them. Changing the height in regular intervals from the level of snakeboy's smug face to his more sensitive regions, and nearly straight up. He was hitting a wall. He didn't know what to do next to get stronger, and the more he thought about it the angrier he became. The trees which he had felt so welcoming turned into figures standing around him. Voices, mocking voices called out, reminding him of his frailty and the mountains standing before them. Even if they are short mountains who like to dress up as snakes.

Waking up earlier than the other two, Aoi stretched and left the camp site with everyone's canteens to fill them at the nearby river. Washing her face in the cool crisp water, she looked down at her reflection for a moment. As she stared off, she thought of the night before and how Masaki had stormed off. If being nice won't work, then it seemed she deemed it necessary to show the boy her true colors.

Walking back to the campsite, she used Mizu Peretto and spat a ball of water at Masaki's face with enough force behind it to feel like a fist. The moment she was sure he'd wake up, she began to speak, loud and clear. "Get up now. Look you pint sized idiot, I'm not here to babysit you or tolerate your crappy habits. You want to say stupid things in front of people, fine. Don't do it under the flag of Kirigakure. You've been a pain in my a** the moment I learned you were in my squad for this mission. You want to become stronger? Guess what, strength definitely doesn't come from stupidity. You think blurting out what you think helps any situation or even makes you seem stronger? Well it doesn't, it makes you look weaker than you already are. Diplomacy is as much apart of your training as kicking and punching is. And as far as I'm concerned, I don't think you passed any of those training sessions. You know why that snake kid is better than you? He unlike you learned how to be diplomatic. No kage has ever obtained such a position without knowing how to talk to people. You Masaki, you would never amount to that kind of strength. You are too foolhardy, too rash, and too selfish. You only wish that you yourself were stronger, instead of wishing and hoping that the forces of your entire villages were strong. You think you can beat him if you had the training, but the truth is you'd never receive it. You know why? The shinobi forces of Kirigakure would never train a kid as selfish as you. You are a disgrace to the Kiri shinobi forces."

What she said was beyond harsh. She had poked at a nerve that she only realized was there while they took the trip. She knew she'd train the boy, but he needed to be broken first. What she said however, it was not false. The reason most villages feared the military power of Kiri was not in its brute strength. Their shinobi army was adaptable to most any situation, and worked well with each other no matter what. They were all strong in their own respects, and those who seemed to have selfish goals were weeded out. It was a way to weed out those who would defect with their secrets, to know that the men and women who remained were there simply for the sake of Kirigakure. Anyone who served under selfish purposes was quickly disposed of. Masaki could try all he wanted, but the way he went about things only served to alienate him even more from the shinobi of Kirigakure. And at the rate he was going, he'd be sure to not receive any training for quite some time. It was Aoi's way of warning him that if he thought she was angry for the pure fact that he spoke out of term, he was severely mistaken. It was for his sake that she even bothered to speak up. And as punishment to show him what it would be like should he continue the way he did, she muttered, "By the way, I changed your punishment. You are to receive no training until we reach Kirigakure. No weights, no hunting, nothing. as of this moment Masaki, consider yourself dead weight."

------------------------------

((I figure if I have no idea how to respond, the solution is to translate that into a loss of words on his part as well.))

Masaki sat up but didn't quite understand what the old lady was saying at first. He was too busy trying to figure out what was going on. Diplomacy is as much apart of your training as kicking and punching is. An interesting point, Masaki couldn't really argue against that. He was starting to realize that most people wouldn't agree with his way of thinking, if only just. Even so that boy was just sooo... You only wish that you yourself were stronger, instead of wishing and hoping that the forces of your entire villages were strong. That was outright wrong. He sought to be strong enough to make everyone stronger. He didn't even limit it to his village, although they were likely to get a lot of it. Why wasn't she understanding him? Why didn't she get it? Why did noone get it? Strength brings strength in a way unrivaled by anything he could think of. “but that's not...” He tried to sneak a couple words in,
even though he wasn't sure where to go with them. The woman didn't give him a chance. “...but he...”

Shinobi forces of Kirigakure would never train a kid as selfish as you. Luo had trained him. The Mizukage himself had seen something worthwhile in Masaki. He remained silent. Not to be diplomatic and avoid further trouble. Not because Snowcone could probably cause trouble for Masaki through an apparent connection to Luo. Quite simply he had no idea how to respond. Nothing was said that he could use for ammunition. If he brought up Luo it would simply become her ammunition. His hands had tightened into fists, and his jaw was unhinged with nothing to say. His head scrambled to put something together, and almost had something before the final blow fell. No training. Dead weight. “But you can't do that! That's not right! He was so.... and then he... and now you...” He let out a sigh. How could he explain? Noone had understood him before, even those more open minded than her hadn't understood. He closed his mouth and started packing his things quietly. She didn't deserve to understand anyways. She was just as bad as the snake boy, not allowing others to get stronger. At least he would have the weight of his pack. He left his breakfast alone. There wasn't anything that could halt his training complerely. He was too good at finding hardships to fight.

As Aoi rolled her bag in silence, she noticed how ticked off Masaki was about the situation. She probably would as well, after all it was never pleasing to a shinobi to be given the duty of becoming dead weight in a squad. What she said however, she stood by. If he was going to be strong, he needed to have more than just physical prowess behind him. What good was a shinobi who couldn't think? It was in that sense that he really was dead weight. He didn't think clearly, and by the looks of it didn't really care that he hadn't, even in retrospect. The reason it upset her so much, was because he didn't realize her role as the squad leader. If Zin attacked, she would have to defend. Given the fact that they were in a literal pit of snakes with Zin's uncle and two large snakes in the room, their odds were not good. What good could they do for Konoha if they were dead?

Motioning for them to follow, she led them back towards The Great Naruto Bridge, realizing that she was going to be in a foul mood for quite some time that day. Not only had Yamatano compromised their being there by posing as his father, but it seemed as if Zin was looking for a fight. Whatever it was behind those slit eyes of his, it was unnatural the amount of hate it exhumed. He was a clear reminder of a man of days passed, a man whom for a time Zin's own village feared. However, it seemed to her that fear was slowly returning to the people of Konoha once more.

Masaki's mood was sour thw whole way through the woods and wasn't likely to improve much sooner. A shinobi village worked through strength, not through discussions. Kirigakure was so concerned with losing the "bad reputation" known as the bloody mist that they forgot how well Kiri had done then. Their shinobi were stronger than ever, and the village was feared. Snake boy didn't even show a twinge of worry in their presence, and Masaki suspected few did in modern times. Noone is trying to surpass Kiri because noone feels they need to anymore.

Enter from Blacken Leaves

Naiten and the horde finally came out of the tunnels, bursting through the secret entrance with the forest around the land of fire. Zin's clone kept close to her. Naiten, with her usual shyness and respect for Zin, tried to keep behind the clone. However, the clone seemed to have other ideas. It didn't force Naiten or anything of that sort but silently it always made sure those who saw him would see the girl besides him and would see that she was of importance to Zin. It helped the clone's goals that Naiten, remembering Zin's words from not too long ago about how it was unsafe to approach his creations without him until they recognized her, always stuck close enough to it that she simply had to lift her arm (not even reach) in order to pull on the clone's sleeve.

After exiting the tunnels, the pace of Zin's army slowed somewhat as they reorganized themselves to suit the more spacious terrain. The entrance was far enough from the village that no one around the gates would even suspect the army that was amassing. Naiten, usually not impatient at all, couldn't help but wish things would go faster. She couldn't wait to see the army in action. Zin's clone, however, expertly took this chance to further display Zin's assistant by constantly moving throughout the army, making sure that not a single soldier dared to harm her. Those who did not see the girl would hear about her, no doubt. Naiten, too, did the best she could with the extra time and tour of the forces. She carefully observed Zin's creations, getting a rough understanding of their abilities even without either being told about them or having actually seen them in action. The grotesqueness or even the awful stench didn't bother the girl in the least bit. She could never be bothered by something her precious savior created. In fact, she felt quite at home among these undead.

While Naiten and Zin's clone were making their way through the still-emerging army, they were suddenly approached by one of the zombies with logic, something that Naiten had observed was a rarity and probably a sign of high rank. "Please, Zin-sama, wait here for your personal guard."
Zin's clone, as before, took this chance to display Naiten. It needed to this when it can to ensure she remained safe even after it disappeared.
Naiten, still unused to this authority, simply nodded quietly while staring at the creation in awe.
The general looked at Naiten before bowing deeply and replying with a respectful, "Of course." The undead commander did not fear Naiten as he feared Zin, but he clearly understood that raising a hand against Naiten would not at all please the master he feared. He then set off the call the rest of the special forces.

The personal guard soon appeared one after another. By the time the entire horde had exited the caves, Zin's clone were surrounded by several hell commanders in an inner ring and two of each unusual (in the sense that these were the only ones of their kind Naiten had seen) infected in an outer ring. The outer ring of infected seemed to have only a slightly higher level of intelligence than the regulars. The inner ring, though, clearly had reason as all of them took their time to observe Naiten, specifically how the clone of their master kept her so close to him.

Zin's clone gave Naiten a look.
Naiten responded with confusion.
The clone nodded over to the infected.
Naiten understood. She looked at the commanders, but had no idea what to say. She wasn't used to leading such forces, she had never expected to. However, in all this confusion, one thought appeared and cleared up everything, Right, Zin was waiting for her, the girl couldn't disappoint her precious master.

Naiten closed her eyes and thought through everything Zin had told her of his plans. She then went through what information she knew (and what she didn't know, like the abilities of the infected). Finally, she derived from these thoughts the best way to proceed.

When Naiten opened her eyes, she was surprisingly calm. For Zin, anything was possible for the girl, and it wasn't as if she was lacking in intelligence. Young as she was, the girl had an amazing tactical mind and she would use all of it to do what Zin asked of her. "Spread the troops out lengthwise in relation to the gates while marching to the gates," the girl started, "Meanwhile, I need to know what Zin-sama's creations can do." The commanders nodded, then the one who seemed to be the leader picked out two hell generals to spread the word (one for each direction). These two promptly left. The leading general then turned back to Naiten and began explaining the details of each type of infected as the army began marching.

As he entered the forest that surrounded Konoha, Matsuya jumped into a tree and looked at the large forest before him. This was just like looking out over the ocean that bordered Kirigakure. It made him feel at home. But something was wrong, Matsuya could feel it. There was a strange absence of wildlife. Even though night had fallen during his journey, he should still have heard some scurrying from foxes and the like. There were none. Matsuya began jumping tree to tree in the direction of the Konoha's gates. Along the way, he got even more of a sense that something was wrong. Other than the missing wildlife, there were areas that had been trampled down that Matsuya had never seen used. Of course, they could have been new routes established since he'd left, but even then they would be well worn and not just trampled. Matsuya raised his eyebrows, still jumping towards the gates through the trees. He really wanted to know what was going on.

As a collective mass, the horde moved at their sluggish pace back home. They weaved in and out of the trees, trampling the underbrush beneath their feet. Well, most of them did at least. Their lust for carnage still unsated, the Chargers had taken to pummeling down any trees that stood in their way. They immediately stopped, however, at a glare and an order from a Hell General. As they traversed the woodland terrain, the Infected looked about themselves eagerly for any living creature they could decimate, be it human or animal. They would attack at the slightest signs of life, just as Zin wanted them to. Most wildlife, though, had sensed the coming of this plague and had fled. As for humans, well, they encountered none so far. However, as they were traveling along the same general path that they had taken on their recent trip to the village, any human that was traveling near said path would quickly become their prey.

If nothing alive neared the destructive horde as they covered the final stretch to their home, then the long march would end peacefully. Well, as peacefully as the Infected could end the march. Several fights between them had already begun, but all of them had been silenced quickly by the hell generals in order to preserve as much secrecy as possible, one of which always remained at Naiten's side to ensure her protection.

Upon reaching the tunnels back home, Naiten and her protectors waited for the spread out horde to condense themselves into the tunnels. They needed to be the last ones in to ensure that quiet and a semblance of stealth was maintained out in the open. There was also, of course, the hope even in the Hell Generals that perhaps an unwitting human would happen around them at the last moment and give them something to bash and kill. If nothing/noone appeared even at the end, though, they would all follow the rest of the horde into the hidden tunnel that led back to the Leaf Village.

Matsuya continued jumping through the forest, his mind heavy with many thoughts. It was Matsuya's usual curse of intellectualism. He couldn't turn his brain off and that led to it wandering in every direction imaginable. And tonight, it was full of thoughts of his old village, Konohagakure. That and the fact that he'd just revealed one of his biggest secrets to Zin. He trusted the boy inexplicably, even though every fiber of his mind and body was telling him not to. Matsuya continued to jump through the trees until he finally saw the Great Naruto Bridge in the distance.

Enter from Gates of the Hidden Leaf

Cryshal had received her orders and began looking around for as many dry sticks as she could hold. After she had an abundance of sticks and nice size logs she began looking for dry vegetation including: Grass, Leaves, or anything else that was growing. When she had found all the she needed to start a normal fire she began to make her way over to the campsite that Zaku had found. She slowly approaches with caution then noticing how everything was how it should be she went over to her sensei and looked up slightly at him. "I found some dry logs and a lot of sticks to feed the fire, also found some vegetation to help start the fire to burn. Is there anything else that needs to be done sensei?" She looks down as she sets the wood and greens down and starts to make a small fire pit out of the rocks that she had found around the campsite.

Sypher was out cold while they were setting up the camp, he finally woke up once they were all done and groaned, what happened other then getting a odd taste...wait...that taste wasn't settling very well so he forced himself up, crawling out of the make-shift tent to some bushes to puke in, it tasted like piss! Like that baby piss from the hospital only worse, more potent. "D-Did that bunny try to sit on me again...? I think it pee'd on me or something...yuck..." He spoke out, hoping someone would answer him if they wern't to busy but atleast he left whatever blanket had been on him in the tent.
