"Oooh, cheerleader jokes," she said flatly, "Aren't you original? Do you write all of your own material, or do you pick some of it out from 'The Essential Guide to Monologuing like a Cliched Villain?'" WIth that, she shot at him, planning on getting him by the neck and cutting off the blood flow to his brain until he was unconscious; no point in wasting energy on this.

 Chaos shot a round of spikes at her and lept at her, claws outstreached and symbiotic tendrills ready to meet her. He didn't care about her remark. Tired or not he was going to vent all his frustrations here and now.

Needless to say, Kara barely noticed the spikes; they just bounced off. She dodged one tentacle, dipped under the outstretched arms, and caught him by the throat. She allowed herself a very small but satisfied smile. Perfect. Applying pressure to the jugular veins on either side of his neck, she looked it... him in the face. "Don't make me hurt you. You can't win, so just stop."
((Right. Then lets wrap this up.))

 Chaos let out a breathless gasp as the girl's hand found his neck. He clawed at her arm and tried to pull her hand away from him with no use. He wasn't expecting this. It was like he had just been grabbed by...he-he couldn't...she... He started to black out, and in a last bit of effort to save himself, he let the symbiote attack her itself.

Suddenly, dark blue tentacles seemed to be flying in from all directions. Kara's eyes widened, but before she could think to do anything about it, something dark and horribly slimy to the touch latched onto her face. With a muffled shriek, she fell out of the air --more from surprise than anything else-- and plummeted to the hardwood floor, clawing at the muck with the kind of intensity that only comes with panic, but it was resisting her, reforming around her fingers. She vaguely felt something (or someone) land heavily beside her, but she didn't think about that; her attention was completely on getting that thing off of her.

 Riku felt himself fall and finally hit the ground, for some reason he felt weaker. He glanced up a moment to find that his symbiote had attacked the girl completely, none of it had stayed with him. He tried to call it back, but his vision started to become blurry again. Too tired, too weak. He was concious for only a few more seconds, then he passed out completely. Kingpin watched the girl struggle and grimmaced a bit. So he'd lost his symbiot again, boy had a hard time keeping it, didn't he? While she was proccupied, he pressed the button under his desk to call in some of the others. He glanced back at an escape door and thought for a moment wether he should take the opportunity to escape for a few moments, or turn a sonic frequency on her.

Kara had just regained enough presence of mind to consider blasting the thing off with her heat vision when it was suddenly just... gone. Blinking, she sat up, her hand automatically going to her face. Nothing. She looked around, but there was no sign of it, just an unconscious boy --had that been him, underneath all the slime?-- and... the Kingpin, staring down at her, his expression considering. Of course, if she had looked down at herself, she might have noticed that the colors of her costume were changing; blue to blue-black, red to jet black, and yellow to white. She was, however, a little preoccupied with being irritated by the expression on the Kingpin's face. Waaay too much like Lex. Getting to her feet, she asked pleasantly, "Now, that colossal waste of everyone's time is out of the way; where were we?" Note to self: look for slime later. She certainly couldn't leave something that freaky running... or oozing.. around.

Fisk smiled at her. Now that the symbiote had settled, and she was sane enough to move, there would be no way he could make it to the door in time. "I believe you had said something about going for a trip." he replied cooly. "Though I would like to try one little thing out first." he said as he moved his hand back towards his desk, pressing a small button on the side of it. There was a small click as a few places in the wall around the room opened up. Seconds later each space was emiting a high level of sonic frequency.
It was enough that Venom stopped before he even got close to Fisk's office, knowing that if he got any closer he'd be effected by the sonics that suddenly came from his room.

Kara blinked. She could hear the frequency, of course, but she couldn't see how that was supposed to do anything. "Riiight." She crossed her arms, her expression caught between complete bewilderment and skepticism. "Good job. You've upset all the dogs in Manhattan; what a fiendishly brilliant plan. I can honestly say that I did not see that coming." A wave of surprised satisfaction washed over her, and she shook her head. Where had that come from? "A-anyway..." she said distractedly, and then shook her head, grounding herself. "Let's go for that trip."
((K. See you tomorrow!))

"Actaully, I need Mr. Fisk to die today."
The Commissar had finally made it at his own slow pace to Fisk's office. With a detonator in one hand and a black metal ball in his other, he started to walk closer in side and placed the ball onto the ground in front of Wilson Fisk’s desk.
"You see Krpytonian...I have a grudge against Comrade Fisk and a more long time grudge with the suit you have on and I just can't trust prison to deal with him or you to handle Comrade Chaos’ suit; they must both die."
Venom outside would have to be dealt with later, and then Carnage would be the last nuisance on the Commissar’s list. The Commissar didn't have weapons to deal with one like Super Girl's kind, but he had weapons for dealing with Symbiotes; a creature he had plenty of experiences with. The loud sonic emitters made Commissar stumbled a bit, but his casing was more enough sound proof to keep his heart protected from them.
"This little device creates a large spray of metallic spikes while at the same time creating a massive vibrational sonic discharge. It may only stun a Kryptonian equipped with a Symbiote, but the spikes will kill everyone else in this room. Now Super Girl, you must choose between saving Wilson Fisk or Weakling over there since you aren't fast enough if I guess to save both what is left of Chaos and Mr. Fisk."
While Commissar had his right hand up in the air for a detonator, his left hand was in his fake pocket. In this pocket was the real detonator and he were set to activate it on command that Super Girl or Fisk decided to make actions he didn't like. The reason why the Commissar wasn't threatened by this bomb was that the bomb was only set to spray speaks in all the directions except his own, making himself safe. The Vibrotional Sonic Emitters would stun the Commissar for a moment since his casing wasn't sound proof enough to defend his heart from the big of a sonic emitter.

Kara blinked at the sudden turn of events, then took off running. Had to get them out first, then she'd deal with the device. Did her super speed seem a little... faster? Probably just her imagination. First she grabbed the unconscious boy, scooped him up, and shot out of the building. {Chaos and Supergirl exit to Daily Bugle} {Supergirl enters from Daily Bugle}
Then she came back in, ran over, grabbed Fisk, and ran off with him as well. {Fisk and Supergirl exit to Daily Bugle} {Supergirl enters from Daily Bugle}
She entered one last time (hopefully), ran over to the Kingpin's enormous oak desk, grabbed the supposedly sonic device, straightened, and then finally dropped out of super speed mode, a smug expression on her face. The smugness quickly turned to complete shock; she, Kara Zor-El, was standing about two feet away, facing the Russian. As Kara... the first Kara watched, the second Kara was suddenly just... gone... and so was the motionless body on the other side of the room. It took Kara a second to figure out what this meant; when she did, she grinned incredulously. Wow. Just how fast had she been going? Still grinning, she crushed the device into a useless chunk of metal. "Wanna reevaluate any of your previous assumptions? I'll give you a couple seconds." she asked, tossing the thing over to land at the Russian's feet.

//ooc: Whoah, snap! lol //
Kingpin's grin fell slightly. So the suit had become immune to soncis now...this could become a bit of a problem. None the less, his apparent mood did not change. "I see, the symbiot's adapted quickly." he said, though more to himself. He looked up as another man entered the room. Though he probably should have become more serious, his mood still did not change. Experience with other super heros, he knew that they wouldn't willingly let anyone die. With all this young lady's talk, she was still a hero, so- EXIT to Daily Bugle
{Riku EXIT to Daily Bugle}
Octavious finally reached the outside of Fisk's office. Towards the other end of the hall he found Venom. Though with the sonics that were emiting from the next room, he wasn't surprised. A quick glance in side and he spotted the man who had broken into the building from the top floor, and a girl. The sonics were on for some reason, but there was no apparent need for them. Venom was out in the hall, and there was no other symbiote to be found. He didn't see the boy or Fisk though...

 Warp glanced up as he heard an explosion come from somewhere above him. He spotted a large hole where a door should have been and raced up towards it. Upon reaching it, he darted into the hallway and took a quick glance down both sides, not seeing anyone. Whoever it was was either already gone or hiding. Wasn't important right now anyway. He didn't care who all escaped or blew up the place, as long as he knew the kid wasn't anywhere around.

"It is worst then I expected; you managed to destroy my plans, but now I see that is the least of my worries. A Kryptonian and a Symbiote combined is far too dangerous, Comrade; you need to get that thing off before you hurt someone."
Symbiotes were dangerous on regular people, but on other aliens like Kryptonians, it could be almost god like. She was immune to sonic emitters and has far greater human speed. Soon the symbiote would drive her emotions of hatred and anger over the top and the Kryptonian would become dangerous to everyone she was around; villain or otherwise. The Commissar couldn't take on both a Symbiote and a Kryptonian even with the proper weapons; together, they were seemingly unstoppable.
"I know when I'm beaten, but may I ask you to try to remove that creature? You will soon become unstable, Comrade."
By unstable meaning that Suepr Girl could -if her mind wasn't strong enough- be taken over by the Symbiote just like the other victims. The Commissar had men out there still and if this Kryptonian kept the suit, innocent members of the Eastern Bloc could die along with others. There was one final solution for such a problem for the good of everyone, but it would cost the Commissar's life and he had too much goals to accomplish before his death. The Commissar raised both of his hands in sign that he was truly surrendering. His casing wasn't strong enough for an amplified Krpytonian's strength.

Kara's eyebrows went up. This was certainly unexpected, and... what was he talking about? Symbiote? "Um... okay?" she said awkwardly, "You don't have to put your hands up. I'm not going to kill you, or something equally barbaric. See the 'S'?" She pointed at the symbol on her chest without looking down. "This means I don't kill people. Period. Well... Not on purpose, anyway," she added under her breath. As much as she hated to admit it, there were easily understandable reasons why the JLA wanted her under constant supervision. Kara's intentions were great. Kara's execution of said intentions... Not so much. That was, however, beside the point, which was that killing someone in cold blood was something that she couldn't do. The eyebrows went down again, but the expression was more puzzled than angry. "And I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that I was just trying to stop you from killing people. Anyway, if you're really serious about surrendering, drop all weapons and come forward slowly. No offense; I've had people 'surrender,' only to go back to trying to murder me." Not that it would matter, unless he had a mini red sun simulator in his pocket.
