After screaming out what she wanted, she did her immediate want; get out of these ropes. With her chakra flowing and her muscles more flexible, Tanu bent and wormed her way out of the ropes, leaving Shin to sit there by himself in loose ropes. Once she was free, Tanu was breathing heavy like she had just ran a marathon. She was staring at the Yamanaka angrily, because she didn't come and set her free in time. Then she switched her line of sight over to Shin who was sitting on the ground by himself now. Her fists were balled tightly as the rage ran through her veins and all the frustration pumped red hot blood to her head. Her throat was slightly sore and still burning from the screams she had been calling out. Now that she was free and the technique had been completed, her balled up fists slowly began to release themselves. For once, she took someone else's advice and calmed down. Closing her red-green eyes, Tanu took a deep breath, imitating Shin. With her throat extremely dry, the deep breath stung like lemon juice on an open wound. She wasn't sure what to do next now that she was calmed down. Was she suppose to apologize for her outburst? Was she suppose to leave since she slightly insulted the two? Tanu wasn't sure and decided to just stand there waiting for instruction.

Hanabira smiled at her notes and everything she had written down. All the data she had composed after others' personalities was finally showing through. She would invent a technique that used the henge genjutsu compiled with speech patterns and voice mimicking to create a technique that would not only disguise you, but also give you a more charismatic effect on others. The charismatic effect would mostly come from the speech pattern's tone of voice which would put a small love spell if you would say on your target. As Hanabira closed her book, she went back to watching the two train Nawanuke. The freckled face girl grew nervous as she watched Tanu and Shin train together. It was like fire rubbing on ice to Hanabira. They weren't getting along at all it seemed, even though Shin had said that Tanu was a bit of a friend. The pale girl gripped her notebook closely to her chest as Tanu ripped about like a wild beast with an angered red face. She was yelling out everything that she held within her heart. The soft voiced bystander couldn't even open her mouth to begin words at Tanu spat at the island and its inhabitants with her outbursts. Hanabira was so frightened that she was shaking at the mere sight of Tanu just standing there breathing heavily. It was like she were a mad bull about ready to charge at the first person that flashed even a hair of red at her.

Hanabira didn't know what else to do except run. Turning without a moment to lose, Hanabira began running down the path back to town where she felt more safe around others. That Kun Kumo girl was mad! She was nothing like Kazuma or Kana. The green haired girl was a hateful demon wanting to devour anything that its eyes laid upon. Hanabira could feel herself shaking as her feet pounded against the ground. She wanted to get home to Kane-nii and hug into him so that he would protect her from this twisted girl!

As she ran down the path, Hanabira wasn't aware of a half buried bamboo stick jarring itself only slightly out of the hard cold ground. While running in her frantic state, Hanabira's foot hit the bamboo stick causing her to topple forward. Instinctively, her hands went out in front of her so she wouldn't belly flop to the ground. The palms of her hands skidded across the ground, causing the small pebbles in the dirt to tear at her skin. With her arms outstretched and sliding forward, it was only a matter of time until Hanabira's chin came crashing down into the ground. The hardened earth floor tore at Hanabira's small chin, ripping off a patch of skin. "Ao..." Hanabira whimpered as she pushed herself up to a sitting position. Her face was red with embarrassment as a a small trickle of blood ran down from her chin to her neck. Remarkably, her glasses ha managed to stay on her face, but only barely. Hanabira's glasses were dangling by the edge of her ear. She went to grab them and set them on her nose where they belonged.

Suddenly, tears began to boil up in her eyes as she searched for her notebook with her olive eyes. It wasn't too far away from her, so she began to stand up to grab it. Instantly falling to her sitting position, Hanabira noted the pain in her scraped up knee and the sudden throbbing pain in her ankle. She had definitely twisted it as she tripped on the uprooted branch. Sitting there in pain, Hanabira was helpless once again, so she hung her head and tried to fight back the tears.

Shin was getting angry and beginning to regret ever inviting Tanu to come train with him. "Don't yell at her like that!" Shin snapped at the Kun Kumo tied to his back as she shouted at Hanabira to untie her. Tanu was being obnoxious shouting out things that Shin would never thank a single soul on this island could say. "Tanu!" Shin shouted again in attempts to get her to calm down as she wrenched the ropes about, causing rope burn against Shin's clothes. He was lucky to have been wearing his jacket, otherwise his skin would be paying the price instead of his clothes. While Tanu struggled, Shin also began struggling to get out of the restraints. As Tanu broke free, using the technique, Shin was just in awe and anger at the same time. How could anyone function in such a mad whirlwind of violence and hate? He only turned to stare at her for a moment as she huffed and puffed to catch her breath. Then, without warning, Hanabira went dashing off into the bamboo forest.

"Hana!" Shin called out, quickly getting to his feet to take chase. There was no stopping to speak with Tanu and not even a thought in his mind to help Tanu calm down. As far as he saw it, Tanu had just scared the wits out of his best friend in the island and he wasn't about to help her any. Leaving Tanu in the dust without a glance back or a single word, Shin took towards Hanabira just to see her biff it and have a huge spill onto the cold hard ground. He watched her try to get up and came skidding down to a crouched stop next to her. "Are you alright?" he asked the girl immediately taking his sleeve he wiped the blood from her chin.

The freckle face girl couldn't really mutter a word or even hum, but all she could do was shake her head. She was afraid that if she were to open her mouth or make a small noise that she would break down into tears. Her knee was in pain and her ankle was throbbing. There was blood dripping down her neck that had stopped momentarily thanks to Shin wiping it off. She sat there staring at the ground and hardly breathing since she was hoping to stay strong and not cry. Once again she tried to reach for her notebook, but it was still too far away. Once again she tried to move to her feet, but she stumbled back to her sitting position on the cold ground. She wanted to open her mouth and ask Shin for his assistance, but she just couldn't stomach asking him such a thing. Her face was almost a beat red as her eyes puffed up from the tears that were welling up in them, but refusing to fall. Instead of doing anything, Hanabira remained seat, taking the sleeve of her own coat and holding it against her chin. She wanted to be home with Kane-nii where she could stay warm at the table they all sat around to eat, talk and read literature...

Shin wasn't expecting Hanabira to shake her head no as she sat there on the cold dirty ground. He noticed her try to grab for her notebook, so Shin reached over to pick it up for her. Dusting it off with his other sleeve, he made sure it didn't have any snow or dirt left on it. Also, he checked to make sure that no pages had fallen out nearby. When Hanabira tried standing again, the boy nervously grabbed hold of her arm to make sure she didn't fall. "Don't strain yourself, Hana-chan," he said to the younger girl as he gently let go of her arm. Shifting in front of her with his back to her, Shin caught a glance of Hanabira's face. "C'mon," Shin said softly as he offered the girl a back ride. "I'll bring you home." Shin felt horrible that Hanabira had gotten so scared of Tanu back there that she went running off. He couldn't bare to look at her face as he noticed the tears welling up and the embarrassment she probably felt. The dusty haired boy felt terrible that his kindness towards Tanu had lead to the Kun Kumo bursting out so savagely and scaring the daylights out of quiet Hana. As he remained crouched down in front of the girl, Shin couldn't help but look back into the bamboo forest to where they had just been training. The boy felt anger and hate for the very first time in his life as he thought of Tanu standing up there all alone probably laughing about what had just happened to Hanabira.

Glad that Shin turned his back to her when he did, Hanabira's welled up tears began to roll as she noticed that the tall dusty haired boy picked up her note book and made sure everything was there. Her body was shaking silently as the tears fell down and she hung her head low. Scooting towards Shin on her knees, Hanabira brought her hands up slowly to drape them across Shin's broad shoulders. Once they had wrapped around securely, Hanabira locked her hands together and tried to sniffle the tears away as she buried her head in Shin's back. She didn't want to be crying. All she had done was tripped and then fallen. The pain she was feeling right now wasn't the most excruciating pain she had been in. "Hup," Hanabira breathed as she tried to silence her cries. She had to silence them for a moment, enough time to where she could thank Shin for helping her even after she wasn't able to teach him the rest of the technique he had been working so hard on. With her throat burning from the struggle of the cries wanting to come out and her willpower holding them down, Hanabira opened her mouth. "Thanks..." she said with a crackling and nearly muted sound, which didn't sound like the girl at all.

Even though it was cold outside, Hanabira's body was still warm. A wave of butterflies flew up Shin's stomach as he felt the frail arms wrap themselves around his neck and hook against his chest. His throat became dry as he brought his arms backwards to grab hold of her thighs, so that his hands were a seat. As he began to stand up with Hanabira on his back, Shin heard the small whimper of a cry come out of the girl. That sound made Shin's heart sting with pain. This little freckle faced girl with olive eyes and bronze short hair who had never wronged anyone was crying on his back. 'Tanu...' Shin growled within his mind as he fully rose with Hanabira on his back. As he thought about the things he would yell at the Kun Kumo, Shin's anger was instantly washed away by an almost inaudible sound. There would have been no way to hear it if Hanabira's mouth hadn't been right by his ear. There was no way that Shin could perk up and say a cheery 'You're welcome' or even give a half-hearted 'No problem'. Instead, he hung his head slightly. "I'm sorry," Shinobu spoke from the bottom of his heart as he apologized to Hanabira.

Silently, he began to take his first steps with the girl on his back. He was careful to watch the ground in front of him as he took the path back to the village. "I thought..." Shin began as he continued to speak, hoping that he could explain to Hanabira what had gone through his head during their training. "I thought Tanu just needed some friends," he explained to Hanabira, trying to have her understand what Shin had seen in Tanu. "She's always alone. So, I thought she was just angry and acting out for attention, you know?" Shin said, tilting his head back towards Hanabira for a moment, hoping to get a nod out of her.

Hanabira was surprised to hear Shin apologize to her, which wasn't a pleasant surprise. Did Shin think this was his fault? Bringing down her head and burying it into Shin's back, she wanted to cry even more. Hanabira was the only one to blame. She should be apologizing to herself, but there was no way that Hanabira could ever accept her own forgiveness. She had allowed Tanu to scare her away and then fall to the ground by a mere uprooted bamboo stick. Was she really a kunoichi? She was near graduation and this was as far as she had come? Hanabira felt the bubbling feeling of cries climb up her throat and Shin continued to speak. He trailed off at first, but then continued to speak about Tanu. Shin had invited the girl to train with him for those reasons... The boy that was carrying her was so kind hearted in a different way than Hanabira was, which made her slightly admire him. A jump of sadness made her gasp for air as she held down her cries to speak. "She's not like the other Kun Kumo's..." Hanabira cracked once again in that soft and muffled voice as she kept her head buried in Shin's back.

Even though the path was bumpy and Hanabira was slightly hopping on Shin's back due to the rough steps he was taking on the path, he could still feel the small jolts of pain and some other emotions as the girl struggled not to cry. He was glad that she was talking back to him and not silently pressing her face against his back. It took him awhile to make out what she had said, since she was mumbling along with burying her face into his jacket. Shin had only met one of the other Kun Kumo's; Kana. What he had seen from that Kun Kumo, Shin thought that they were all the same. That Kana had been picking on an academy student just like Tanu picked on people. That Kun Kumo was even a genin from what Shin had heard. "How many Kun Kumo's are here in Shimagakure?" Shin asked Hanabira curiously, wondering if he had only seen the two rotten apples of the clan. He also thought that getting Hanabira to talk about something would help her forget about the pain she was in. Slowing down as he got to the bottom of the path, Shin made sure not to trip on any the pebbles that met the village streets with the bamboo path.

Hanabira's face bobbed up and down against Shin's face as he seemed to pick up the pace towards the end of the path. Hanabira wanted to look back and see if Tanu was following them or if she was in a mad fit, but Hanabira was too scared to look up at anything. Unhooking her arms for a moment, Hanabira brought her dirty sleeve around to wipe the snot that had been slowly leaking out of her nose. She wasn't fond of doing such a thing since it spread germs, but this was her exception. Sniffling up as much as she could, she put her head back down on Shin's warm back. He smelt awfully sweaty from the training that they had done, but Hanabira wouldn't complain. "Three," Hanabira said, answering Shin's question with very little information. The freckle face girl really didn't want to talk about the Kun Kumo's since they always seemed to bring her pain and grief. Tanu, with her rude and frightening behavior, Kazuma, with his trouble making ways that got her terribly sick... Kana was the only one that had not wronged her in any way. He had been Aya's friend since Hanabira came to this village, and Aya was a role model to Hanabira. She wished that Aya was here to help her, but the thought of the optimistic girl would help Hanabira mentally.

The Yamanaka ran! Tanu had just been taught by such a weakling! She ran away because of Tanu's outbursts. It was so pathetic! Then Shin went after her, yelling her name with out even giving Tanu a second glance. "Fine! Runaway!" Tanu yelled after them. The Kun Kumo was so furious and filled with adrenaline that she didn't watch long enough to see Hanabira fall on the ground and hurt herself. Instead, Tanu balled up her fist and punched the nearest bamboo stalk. She was just steaming with hot anger at what she had yelled and how quickly she was abandoned. A second time her fist hit a bamboo stalk, tearing at the flesh of her knuckles. She had tried, she had weighed the others for their worth and she found them absolutely useless. The path to follow Kana quickly faded into the darkness... She would not being following his way since she could not stand to be with those weaker than her or even verbally fragile. A third time, her fist hit against the bamboo stalk, making it shake harder than before and forcing what little snow was on it to fall on her shoulders. The girl didn't bother to brush it off, but allowed the cold snow to cool her muscles from the training she had just done. Her body was already feeling slightly sore from twisting around in such abnormal ways. The snow melted quickly, relieving her muscles for a moment as she continued to push them with another hit to the bamboo stalk. Her anger was still prominent, but it was slowly changing into an apathetic mood. The energy behind her emotions was still there, but the emotions themselves was disappearing. Forget about the Nara. Forget about that Yamanaka. Forget about Kana and don't even think about Kazuma.

Tanu's punches were so weak and off target, that she even missed the bamboo stalks several times. Her failure just continued to upset her and push her farther to the edge. Where was Kana and Kazuma!? She said that she wouldn't think about them, but she wanted to know where her kinsman were. Pushing off the frozen ground with her back foot, Tanu whirled it around for a kick and completely biffed it. Her planted foot on the ground slid and she fell. "Worthless!" she yelled at herself and hit the ground with a balled up fist. The fiery Kun 'Kumo felt like crying, but she refused to! She would not sink down to the level of the Yamanaka. Pushing herself up, Tanu wiped the dirt off her body and grabbed the rope that she had been training with. She would do something to release her anger and she would do it well. All Tanu's thoughts that had brought around change were now erased from her mind. She would do what she wanted, when she wanted and only becuse she wanted to! Picking up the rope, Tanu began to wrap it around her knuckles as she headed down the bamboo path, packing punches against the bamboo stalks as she went.

Senritsu walked towards the Bamboo Forest, taking in how lovely and serene the place seemed to be. Didn’t seem like anyone was there, so she decided to just sit down for a while and wait before starting her exercise. It wasn’t as though she had a time constriction. Well, not really. She’d really like to get everything she had on her list finished before the next day, but that didn’t seem like a possibility the way she was going on. Or, perhaps instead of playing her game she could do what she had planned to do next. Which was? The girl thought for a while before remembering. Ah the running thing between the trees. That would be a good thing to do. Perhaps she should do this and just go back to the Estate to finish her animal training. Maybe the little creatures would be unexpecting her return at night? The animals around Shima were more active then anyway. That’s what she’d do! She’d do her tree training before going back to the Estate and doing the other, at least that way she could put it off. It was starting to get rather annoying for her to think about. Senritsu stood up, looked at the Bamboo shoots that towered over her and chose out two that were a decent distance from each other and didn’t have any other shoots between them. Those would be a good pair to use. As she placed herself against one of the trees, she stared at the other, preparing to take off from the tree and race to the other. She darted! But, she didn’t go far and she crash landed her face right into the ground without any protection to it at all. She turned around, flustered at what had happened and saw her shoe wasn’t the way it was supposed to be. She growled underneath her breath and fixed it as quickly as she could before standing up and trying again. This time she’d get it!

Putting the bottom of her foot against the bark of the tree, she prepared to use it as a kick start to get herself really going. As soon as she did, she bolted towards the other tree! She was going good until the stopping part. She quickly stopped her feet, but the speed was slowly decreasing instead of stopping immediately. She slipped on the ground and found herself with her behind on the floor instead of her hand on the tree. Senritsu smacked the ground with her hand as hard as she could without doing any damage to it, or her. Not that it would, her strength wasn’t the greatest thing in the world after all. There had to be something she could do that would keep herself from not falling, and not being so fast she ran into the tree. That would definitely not be something the girl would want to do. The Uchiha youth got up, not bothering to dust herself off from her fall, and went back to the tree she had started at before. She’d need to do quite a few more of these just to get herself up and ready to be on her way to being out of the wretched Academy Student ranking and start in the Shinobi one! She wouldn’t let the fact Sukotto was away dent her training, that would be stupid and she wouldn’t allow herself to return to the boring days she used to have before he had offered to help her with training. Those days were the worst now that she thought about it.
