Besides, I was planning on ditching you soon to go there. She thought offhandedly, not remembering that he could most likely hear her.

"Hey!" Darque whined, having heard Alice's thought. He pouted down at her and tapped a foot, waiting for her reaction.

"I didn't do nothin'. So you wanna come or not?" Alice started forward, showing Darque her back, and waving her hand in a fashion that could either mean, 'come on', or 'bye'.

"Ug, kids." Darque groaned under his breath, but followed after Alice anyway. 'Better not talk to much about the Thief's Guild out loud.' Darque thought to Alice. 'Do you know who the current Guild leader is right now?' Darque asked, his eyes trailing over closing stands.

Yes, I do, but why do you think I'll tell you? You can figure it out when we get there, I'm sure it will be obvious. Alice rolled her eyes, as if thinking of the guild leader was like torture.
Oh, if you get lost, R, R, L, R, L, L, R, L. She turned into a small ally, and quickly took a few darts into other allies that were connected to the first one one. She didn't look back to see if Darque was still following, or if he got lost in the maze. She had given him directions after all.

Darque followed Alice without much trouble, the horse shoe in his pocket was getting a little annoying, but he wasn't about to throw that out just so he could go on to run easier. 'The last I heard was that Evanor got offed and someone took his place, Must've been some Fortune-blessed good assassin.' Darque thought darkly, he had also heard that the new leader hadn't done the dead of killing Evanor himself and had hired an assassin. The b*****d.

Alice shivered after hearing Darque's thought. They were at the door of the guild now, and the small ally was hot.
I'm the one who killed the previous leader, so I'm not really liked here... She paused, Could you get my savings that I had here, if I go in, I won't be able to get anything. Just tell a guy named James that you want the OrangeDrawl fortune... okay? He should get that you know me... He should give it to you. Oh, please don't ask about how I killed him, killing a friend isn't exactly what I wanted to do. This was the first time some one outside of the guild knew. And Alice had kept about half a million suns worth in gold in the Thieves Guild bank. So she wanted it back. She smiled, and stepped behind Darque, as if hiding from the door in front of her.

"YOU WHAT!?" Darque roared, he had not expected that. "How could you kill a friend!? No good assassin would kill off a friend just for some gold!" Darque spat, his mood darkening quickly.

After hearing Darque screaming outside, a few of the lower ranked guild members came out to see what was happening.
"Oh, it's the little blackmail girl!" The group smiled, "How are you you little rich kid?" They shut up after getting a sneer from Alice, and she stepped out of the ally, leaving Darque behind. She didn't want to explain that she was blackmail into doing it, and that the one who blackmailed her was also dead. The guild didn't have a leader, and it wasn't very organized.

"How could yo-...." Darque trailed off after hearing the comments from the other guild members. "Blackmailed? Oh, now that makes sense! Sorry Kid...Kid? Where'd you go...?" Darque mumbled looking around him for a moment. Then he shrugged, where ever she was must have been more important then here obviously, so Darque let it go. He took the chance to look at the guild hall, it wasn't very big looking, well, on the outside at least it didn't, it had to be much larger inside, it just had to be.

Despite that everyone thought that guilds had to be huge, the thieves guild in this town wasn't. Almost all of the thieves only had clear earrings, and they looked up to anyone with a blue earring or above. The previous guild leader had an orange one, just like Alice. But that's not the point. The guild itself did have a large amount of thieves, but it's size, well, it was about the size of a small bar. Was being the key word there. Alice had knocked down a few walls that weren't needed, and that increased the space, to about the size of a small library. Not that amazing, compared to ones in other towns, which were about three stories, minimum.

Noelle looked around. "Oh-kay, where's Darque?" She looked around. "Where's Walls?" She rushed around, before glancing around. She felt a hand in her pocket, and her head shot up, locking eyes with an orange earringed boy. "Get away from me." She growled warningly. The boy suddenly lifted up. SHe shrieked, and grabbed his feet. "Damnit!" She cursed under her breath. She tried to weigh the boy down. "DARQUE! WALLS? SHINSEI?" SHe shrieked at the top of her lungs, drawing quite a crowd. She swore some more under her breath.
