((I really don't mean to keep disappearing for such long periods. We're having a largely minor family crisis. stressed ))
It was some fifteen minutes later than Nina finally found Kasiya. She seemed to have had a bicycle crash, and her Vaporeon was nursing her wounds, all the while talking on her PokeNav.
"Kasiya!" Nina practically screamed, releasing Angel from her Pokeball, who started running alongside Flareon.

"I'm not trying to ride my bike, Ven," she said, searching the ground. "I'm looking for the moonstone I dropped," she said, flexing her wrist a little as it was numb. "Wait...I can move it, it's not broken," she exclaimed, just sprained maybe. But what was that you said about Cal? You taught him Flash...You do have a Boulder Badge, right? You need certain Gym Badges to use the Hidden Machines out of battle, and the Boulder Badge activates Flash. Cut is from the Cerulean Gym, Fly from the Vermilion Gym, yaddy yaddy yadda," she said, searching for the stone, not caring if she sounded like a know-it-all.

"I could say the same Mike." Mitsu said. Her heart skipped another beat as the two grew closer. She closed her eyes, content just to be with Mike.

Jenna and Bryn waited what seemed like an eternity in the sun-dappled shade of Viridian Forest, waiting for Bryn's houndour to return to them. In that time though, a solid friendship was formed, one bound in a shared, scary experience, a love of pokemon and a passion for knowledge.
After about an hour of waiting, the light began to fade a bit and the girls knew that late afternoon was waning into early evening. In the bushes in the distance, a rustling was heard that grew louder with every passing second. Both girls rose from where they had been resting on the ground and stood with a pokeball in hand, ready to defend against any threat. The two girls stood side by side as the rustling got louder and the sound of rushing feet could be heard. Only a few meters away in the dense mazelike brush, they heard a long loud howl and then the beast was on top of them!
Houndour bust out from the woods, tongue flapping and yipping with glee as he had done what his trainer asked him; find a way out of the woods. The two girls nearly fell over in relief as Hunter barreled into their clearing and came to a screeching halt infront of Bryn.
Do you think he's happy to see us?" Jenna laughed as she picked up her packsack and walking stick. "C'mon! I'll bet he knows the way out! Don't you, you smart doggie?" Hunter barked his agreement and Bryn laughed.
"Hunter, show us the way out of this cursed forest! You dont' have to run!" Bryn commanded as Hunter leapt off once again into the undergrowth, then paused to let them catch up. Bryn and Jenna moved off into the woods as the afternoon faded into evening, and by sundown, thanks to Hunter and his keen senses, they were out of Viridian Forest. In the distance they could see the lights of Viridian City and made all haste to the Pokemon Center there in anticipation of warm beds and food.

Nina reached Kasiya, and moved the bike completely out of her way. "Oh my g..." she said, noticing Kasiya's wrist. She tore off a part of her shirt and wrapped Kasiya's wrist in it, trying to stop the blood. Her gaze quickly turned to Angel. "Angel, Softboiled!" she said.
Angel did as she was told, and created a very bright, shining egg. She waddled to Kasiya and offered it to her. "You're going to want to eat that," Nina said. "You'll be feeling much better."

Bryn with a heightened relief emotion of actually seeing the city went down and grappled Hunter to play with her.
"Way to go girl you are amazing!" Bryn reached in her pocket and grabbed a treat for Hunter. The two girls walked into Viridian City and headed straight for the pokemont center and called up some food and beds. Bryn fell asleep as her head was halfway to the pillow. With a comforting thought that she has now gained another friend.

Releasing from the hug, Mike smiled one more time untill he sat down on the couch, and stared at the treatment door.

She sat down next to him. "I'm sure they will be fine Mike. Don't worry about it." She said with a comforting tone.
Ivy and Karri released themselves from their balls for what seemed like no apparent reason. Mitsu chuckled. The Ivysaur and Kirlia gave an amusing nervous laugh in response.

"Oh, I know it will be alright, I just miss em already, and plus, I never got to give Breloom a hug, I always do that when my Pokemon evolve." Mike laughed, wiping his tears away.

"Breloom was strong, I mean really strong." Mitsu said still amazed at the Pokemon power. "I haven't trained much with Ivy here so I can't really tell. I still can't figure out why he even evolved." She gave him a smile, hopefully cheering him up.
