Caroline grinned. "Of course I am!!" She caught the card between her fingers.

Well, no, she wasn't, but that was beside the point. This was revenge! "He's my brother, after all! We're family! And it's not like my mom is the one shopping with us - she could outspend a queen. Compared to who COULD be using his credit card, we might as well just be borrowing a few dollars for ice cream!"

"Besides, how could you say no to an opportunity like this?"

At that moment, Akira stepped out of the changing room, having heard the whole conversation, and wearing an insane- too-look-at outfit. She'd chosen practically every color available in the store and looked like a messy rainbow. ((Use your imagination, she looks nuts lmao))

Twirling around and lifting the purple star shaped glasses from her eyes, she said in a fake rich person's accent, gesturing around the room, "Then let's spend to our hearts content, darlings!!!"

Kilala was sitting on a chair, since she couldn't really try on any clothes, and was laughing her head off; Akira just looked so ridiculous!!! They really weren't kidding when they said they tried on clothes for fun!

Grinning, the Dog Hanyou said in her normal voice, "But seriously, thanks Dragon girl!!!" and gave said girl a friendly hug.

Caroline snickered wildly as Akira came out dressed in an unimaginable ensemble. "Rich people don't actually talk like that, you know! Only the ones who try to make themselves look richer than they really are." Heaven forbid anyone in her family actually talkied like that - well, maybe her grandpa, but he was Russian and had a funny accent anyways. "Heh, you're welcome though! Anything to guilt-trip Ialo!"

Ever had come out just in time to see her friend's first 'ensemble'. She laughed loudly and gave her a thumbs up. "Lookin' goood, Akira!"

She smiled brightly at her friend, still laughing. She loved doing this with Akira. They usually came here every time they came to town and just tried on random outfits. They hardly ever bought anything, but it was fun all the same. The store owner, who also worked there on the weekends, didn't mind them at all. She used to go to Bai Ching and she understood the desire to just get out of school for awhile and do something but not having a lot of money to do that much.

Ever was dressed in a completely red outfit (1st pic). She knew it looked ridiculous, but it made her look like a dominatrix, something she heard some girls talking about at school once, and she thought it'd be hilarious to try on. So she did!

She laughed at herself in the mirror, struck a pose as if she were holding a gun, and went in and tried on another outfit.

Ever had laughed at Akira's opinion at the outfit. No way was she ever going to wear this again.

She quickly went into the changing room and changed into the next outfit (the 2nd image). When she came out, she was laughing at herself, but she stopped and looked at Akira in surprise. She hadn't really seen her friend in an outfit like that before. It was awesome!

Ever smiled and nodded enthusiastically at her friend. "Yes! You need to get that. It looks awesome on you!"

Ness ignored his comment, and flipped to the page in her sketchbook detailing the picture. "This is him, then?" she asked, pointing to the eyes. In contrast to the happy atmosphere of the cafe, the eyes seemed even more piercing and sinister.

Kilala meowed loudly, agreeing with Evermore, before saying mentally to both girls, "Thank you, Evermore! I know she looks great! See Akira? I'm not the only one who thinks so, so does Ari!!"

Akira blushed a little more and turned her attention to the mirror. She did like it...

"Eh, you really think so? Well...I dunno when i'll ever wear it, but alright! I'll get it! That ok, Dragon girl?" she asked, smiling shyly at Caroline, who she'd dubbed Dragon girl.

Having her ears hidden under the bandanna and her tail safely under the dress felt odd, but refreshing, like she could actually pass for a mortal girl if she wanted too without it being the night of the new moon!!

{{Ok, since a bunch of us are going to bed now or soon, I'm going to make a suggestion that we have the party tomorrow afternoon when everyone comes online. I'd really appreciate it if people come online as early as they can. I have to go to bed pretty early tomorrow night, and I know that others do, too, because of school.
