Obsidian blinked then grinned, "Really?" A mischevious glint in her black eyes, "And with what would you need help my dear Rikku? And who's the hunk?" She nodded towards Cloud.

"Obsidian this is Cloud and old friend of mine, i need your help with finding out who killed Val.......she was a good friend of mine and......." Rikku trailed off not really able to speak much anymore she nodded to Cloud as if to tell him to continue on.

intrucate "Obsidian this is Cloud and old friend of mine, i need your help with finding out who killed Val.......she was a good friend of mine and......." Rikku trailed off not really able to speak much anymore she nodded to Cloud as if to tell him to continue on. "She was my one true love. During the Rajen/Bastet war, she was killed. I need to figure out who killed her, and kill them."

Obsidian drooped a bit, he was off limits, "Alright then." She was all business now, "Do you know the location, I may be able to do a reconstruction spell." She said, putting on hand on her hip.

Obsidian lauged, throwing her head back, "Oooh....I'll keep that in mind. Did I ever tell you Rikku that I like sitting on clouds?" She raised a brow then was serious again, "Yeah, I can send you back but you won't be able to do anything, you'll only be able to watch.

After a few miles they came to a place where the grass had been burnt. "Nothing has grown here since the war.....its always remained as black as the day it was burned." Rikku sighed before continuing on it was obvious she did not want to be anywhere near this place.

"Eep!" She made the small noise when she was grabbed but didn't resist once they were moving. She looked at the spot, her eyes glazing over she dropped to her knees touching the burnt grass and began to speak. The language was a lyrical one, an old one and it made the air vibrate. Glitter gathered around Obsidian as she exerted herself, saying the last word of the spell there was a sensation like being tugged backwards and they were suddenly standing on the spot, only the grass wasn't charred as it had been before. Obsidian had managed to pull all three of them back to this scene.
