(and this is why I don't like characters with powers that let them do whatever they want. Because in the end your all going to revert to kindergardners and just use your powers to try to cancel each other out. Its like kids playing pretend or something "ha I shot you" "no because I have a bullet proof vest on" "well I have magic bullets that can pass through armor" "well my shield is resistant to magic" "well I have anti anti magic bullets so you get hit anyways" "no thats stupid!" "no your stupid!" "blalalalalalalala!".
Seriously you guys, you wonder why I'm telling you guys to cut down your powers constantly, well its because you can't use them responsibly. Try being creative for once. You have a set of powers, so instead of trying to make up new ones that will fit the situation your in, try to apply the powers you allready have in a way that will let you win. And if by some stroke of luck someone managed to actually find a way to exploit your weakness....LET THEM! if they had the where withal to think of a clever way of negating your combat effectiveness then just go with it unless you have a LEGITIMATE way of getting yourself out of it.
Ex. Cards are hand held items, magic room negates hand held items, unless you have a legitimate way of negating her spell you can't use those cards any more until her spell is negated. Just going "no that doesn't count!" does nothing but make you look immature, lazy, and unwilling to accept that someone outsmarted you. Do you think I would have loved to be like "oh yeah Basili activated her hidden snake magic that allowed her to survive in the cold"ofcourse I would have, but I know full well that she doesn't and I wasn't about to pretend that she did just because it was convenient at the time. You knew Basili was weak to cold and you took advantage of this. I accepted that as a smart move and instead of just ignoring it I attempted to find a way around it using what I had. Did I ultimately need help from someone else? yes I did. but thats the point, its a team effort. If your character is lacking then let another character fill in, your character doesn't need to be the all around solution to everything)

Basili narrowed her eyes and noticed the marks on her neck, pretty brutal for someone who was content to sit back and just use magic on them. It seemed looks were deceiving. "just a little cold, but I'll be fine. I just hope Melody's ok" she said with a sigh. She nodded slowly as Olivia explained that the ring master himself was just a puppet. However the snake demon slithered up behind Olivia and gently placed a hand on her shoulder. "are you sure your ok? your throat seems to be pretty damaged" she said, gently running her hand along the girl's neck, tracing the finger marks left behind. They would definitely need to have Melody heal them up before they set out again. She glanced over at the fight between Penelope, Camory, and Zada, but figuring they had it covered in a two on one fight she turned her attention back to Olivia. "we searched one of the trailers. I think the clown guy, Bilbo, based on some of the papers I found at his desk. Though we didn't find anything related to their plan we did find....well we found Camory tied up in his closet. Not sure why though" she said, not knowing it was a sensitive subject at the moment.
(you can't limit the elements but you CAN limit Melody's ability to use them. This is especially true since she uses them through song, songs aren't an inherit ability, they have to be learned, practiced, and worked on like any other skill meaning her not being able to use an element is as simple as her not having learned the proper song for it yet. So don't even try to say its out of your hands because its not. Also you need to post for Melody, as soon as the replica is killed the person trapped inside is released meaning she should have appeared by now ) Camory Chiefer

Camory began to sweat as Zada pushed back with increased strength. He still had more skill thank god, but the added strength made it difficult for him to stay dominate. Slowly he began to back away from Zada, keeping pace from her while avoiding her stronger swings. Camory watched as Zada was suddenly lifted into the air, and the boy hopped back, thinking it was some set up for an attack. However he glanced over his shoulder and spotted the blue dragon thing using magic and nodded in understanding. He turned back just as Zada negated it and turned her focus back onto him and they clashed. However since Zada was in the air and thus didn't have anything to stabilize herself against, i.e. the ground, Camory was able to push her back and followed up with a quick lunge towards her neck where the armor didn't cover.
"....wait this recipe's in metric...Olivia! Heeeeeeeeelp!"

"What happened? I...I don't remember anything" Melody stated as she walked out of one of the tents dazed and confused as if she had just woken from a bad dream
(We'll see I put alot of effort into Melody's songs and their effects so it's kind of hard to give them up, also she's not a healer she knows only one song for healing, she's more of the elementalist beast tamer. )

so in theory he is in the way of the cards so he will need to dodge and weave threw them to get to Zada)

(Ok fair enough the magic room does nerf Zada as the cards are handheld so a lot of her attacks are gone until that effect goes away which i assume should stop if i get rid of latias)
Zada realized her cards wouldn't work as the magic room took effect.
"What...No...GRRRR" She stated threw gritted teeth very annoyed at the small creatures that had been causing her grief the whole time
"I'm not done yet" Zada suddenly smirked as Camory lunged at her
Her armor dispelled forming a quick barrier of light around her to deflect any incoming attacks enough to bounce Camory back.
"52 card pick up" Zada announced taking out her deck as all the cards magically floated in front of her and shot out at Camory Latias and Latios each card was enchanted with kinetic energy and would cause a small explosion if connected with anything
(Before I get flagged, first this is a pretty simple ability *cough* gambit*cough*
second I literally just threw away a good portion of Zada's cards so she can't do this again and she is limited in what she has for cards.
thirdly this is a mental ability that Zada uses getting around the magic room by enchanting the cards, with out the enchantment they're just regular cards.
So I think that's pretty balanced out)

Olivia looked at Basili but coughed a bit more. "I think I over did it..." she muttered to herself as she tried her best to clear her throat. "I see." she said hearing about Camory. Olivia's voice was now soft and raspy due to the smoke in the air. "Well, Mokona and I went into the Ring Master's trailer and found blue prints and bomb recipes for a school YMHS. They were planning to use us somehow because iin his closet were look alike puppets. Everything to the last detail." she said letting out a few more coughs. "We need to find the clown...and see what he's up too.." she said as she looked over to see Penelope and Camory going against Zada. "Also, as for Zada and whoever else. If they had attacked you...they weren't really themselves. They're replicas. So...since you killed Melody's replica I'm sure she will turn up somewhere. As for Zada she's probably somewhere still in card form. " she said letting Basili know what they were dealing with.

Latios quickly flew in front of Camory and took damage of the cards. Latias worried for Latios goes up to them and activates Protect. (note this is the first time for Latias to use it. jsyk because latios used it the first time.) The ability will of course foil her attack. They would hit but no damage would be cause to them. "Hwuaa..Hwuaa.." cried Latias as she tried to help him up.

Zada was getting really annoyed with the creatures she went to draw her last card then realized
"No I'm out of cards to draw" Zada stated as she lowered herself to the ground
"I...Lost, This too is fate" Zada stated taking her sword and driving it into her chest falling to the ground dead

Basili nodded, still gently robbing the girl's throat to try to sooth the pain if just a little. When she revealed the cirque's plan Basili's eyes widened. "that horrible, and the birds said they were planning to rob someone. Do you think they were gonna try to blow up the school and rob it? why the heck would they do that?" she asked, this plan seemed kind of ridiculous, what could possibly be at the school that would be worth going through all this trouble to get? When she told her about the clones she nodded. "I figured as much after Camory killed your clone. I hope she turns up soon though." she said, obviously concerned. As if on cue the pink haired girl stumbled out of one of the tents and Basili glomped the girl to the ground, wrapping her arms and tail around her and nuzzling the girl's cheek. "Oh Melody! thank goodness your allright. If anything bad had happened to you I would have....never mind its ok now" she said, glad that her friend was back and more or less safe and sound.

Camory bounced off the barrier and fell back on his a**, the sword skidding along the ground a few feet away. "guh! damn, I worried about that" he murmured, figuring her magic armor had to have SOME sort of ability like that. Though it couldn't have come at a worse time since they had her on the ropes. Camory watched as she threw the cards up and they shot towards him. The boy gulped and made a token effort to put his arms up infront of him, waiting to get destroyed. However despite hearing explosions his death never came. He opened his eyes and looked forward to see Latios and Latias protecting him from the cards. "thanks you guys" he said with a small smile. He quickly rolled to the side and picked up his sword, ready to charge Zada again, when suddenly the girl dropped to the ground, revealing she was out of cards. Camory's eyes went wide when she suddenly killed herself. "what the heck was that?" he muttered, slowly rising back up to his feet. SUDDENLY A WOMAN'S SCREAM COULD BE HEARD EMANATING FROM THE BIG TOP TENT. Camory spun around towards the source of the scream. "and what the heck was THAT!?" he shouted, wondering who the scream belonged to.
"....wait this recipe's in metric...Olivia! Heeeeeeeeelp!"

"I just had the most awful dream where you and I were fighting" Melody replied she noticed Basili and Olivia appeared to be hurt
"Oh that looks bad let me help" Melody stated as she waited for Basili to release her so she could play her flute
She played her song of healing to help heal the wounds

Olivia nodded and shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know why. I only know thats what they plan to do." she said. She smiled sheepishly as Melody came and began healing her throat. Although the marks were gone, her voice still sounded raspy. All of a sudden a terrible scream echoed out of the big top tent and Olivia tensed up a bit. "Come on..Let's go..." she said as she began running towards the tent. Mokona hopping over to both Camory and Penelope.

The two creatures were being called back and flew back into Penelope's magic circle. Penelope fell to the ground as her head was pounding. Jumping at a woman's scream. 'Whua? Whats that?" she yelled as she looked at the big top tent. Penelope found Elora who was still knocked out and placed her in the bag. She ran over to Camory and was relieved she was ok. "Come on. Let's follow big sis to the tent!" she said as she began tugging on his hand. She saw Mokona hopping towards them. "Mokona..you're safe to. I'm glad." she said picking her up. "Come on Camory. Time is of the essence!" as she began running after Olivia.
