Valzar winced slightly, memories of his family rushing back...the scary dragon lady, his aunts...the Matron... He was still part drow - at least he thought he was - what if his children where like them?

Callista nuzzled his chest, wrapping her arms around him in her best attempt to comfort him and herself. "Don't worry about it now. I was silly for bringing it up." She bit her lip, seeing the memories as he did. She would keep her secret for now.
