Layna scoffed. "Evil vampire!" She pressed her hand to his cheek, growling in his ear.

Alethea slowly clicked her way into the park, the beauty of it all relaxed her body and she smiled to herself and even though her clothes had been ripped in several parts, she was satistied just standing there in the magic of the moon's light and the beauty of the park.

Alethea then shakes her head, "Being skilled to shed someone else's blood is nothing to be proud of but thank you..." she whispered back and continued, "Even though I love the adrenaline of it, that was too much, he went too far. I'll kill him next time. Plus, not even being a half breed that makes me different from you, its the dedication I have to my own powers and to the fragile human lives that you threaten with your very existence because you have no control over your own blood cravings."

Alethea shrugged him off her and he didn't bother her one bit and she rolled her eyes, "Yes but I suppose you are trying to make a point. I think your full of it. Human life is more fragile than yours or mine, we're the monsters in this game of hide 'n' hunt. They hunt us out of protection for the other lives that only deserve the life that they were only given one. YOU in the other hand, take your own for granted because you are granted powers that promise eternal life, so you have nothing to live for but yourself really...humans live their lives for others because they only have so long here and only one to live." she points out and turns her head, inches away from his face, her eyes vibrantly turquoise, "So tell me....what really makes you think, you OR me should exist? How do you even HAVE a life, or me. I've dedicated my life to something at least, so I'm not as empty as you because I'll never end up as selfish as most of my own kind..."

Alethea sees the kindness in his eyes and watches his passion reveal itself and then quiets him down, softening her eyes and speaking softly, "I am sorry, maybe it was just Diego that almost took me into thinking that we all should just die....he just, evil from hell. He comes from the pits of hellfire and you have no idea what he's like until you've fought him, I could see into what what left of his heart.." she said and then continued, "It wasn't my place to name you like a beast, I just have anger for the lycans....I've had encounters in my life with them that will never be forgiven and your right, it's not fair....but it's the responsibility of your own to understand, people are only people and whether Diego will ever admit, he's still human on the inside and we all still have a beating heart....people are just people....and we'll do anything to survive...but it's your responsibility to choose whether its easier to just bring chaos to the lives of everyone by revealing your nature to the humans or the right way to just protect yourself and others because in reality, people are only fighting for peace...." she spoke softly and patted the seat next to her, as if motioning to sit next to her.

Alethea smiles at his compliment, "You have to understand, as I do for you, that everyone really thinks the same and everyone only wants to be accept as they are, even Diego. You are beautiful no matter what lurks in the shadows at night or taints your blood. Life is hard and no one warned us...it's not your fault...so your still human in my eyes, because all the lycans, vampires and demons are all the same, just humans with a confused identity." she smiled gently.

Takiko wanted to blurt out the terrible news of her recent encounter, deciding to leave it for later. Now was not the time. Takiko wrapped her arms around him as tight as she could. Though it was not tight, her fatigue clear in her rather weak muscles. Though she still pushed herself, and she still acted like everything was fine. A small ting of anger ran through her when she thought of how he just left. "So... What happened?" A bit of anger was noticable in her whispered voice.
