Hey everyone. I've been trying to come back to the guild for about a week but no one has been answering my PM's. If someone could, tell me which villages are active and who is in charge of them? I wanna move one of my characters to one of them and i need to know who to get in touch with.

Welcome back! ^_^
Well right now everything is a little crazy due to final exams and such. In a week or two things should be kicking up again.
From what I can tell, the most active villages are Konoha and Iwa. Suna has potential to be active with Onix now as Kazekage, but like I said before everyone is occupied with other things and as such haven't posted.
If anything start making up things to keep busy but active. Right now I'm creating two new characters, making a new map for Konoha, and attempting to fix my clan O_O. No one to RP with does these things sad
EDIT: Oh! And commenting on the Approvals forum. That's fun, time consuming, AND informational. Awesomeness.

Can we not mention being on holiday until everybody is off school?
Speaking of which why is America practically the only country where school finishes in MAY lol wtf.

Speaking of which why is America practically the only country where school finishes in MAY lol wtf. don't ask about the American school systems here. everything in America is ******** up. and were like the only country that doesn't use the metric system XD

If anyone would like me to, I have all ranks and I'm gonna move my characters around, so if your looking for someone to RP with, id be happy to join you. smile
also, the reason America gets out eerily is simple. Back when the country was younger, the children couldn't go to school in the summer because they were needed out on the farms in order to farm more land. So, the school system lost 50% of their students in the late spring. (more or less.... 80% of statistics are made up anyway)
The students got so far behind that the school system decided to create a summer break, that way people could use the kids on the farms and they wouldn't fall behind. After those types of farms became obsolete, the summer break stuck because of tradition.
(also, some kids are still needed out on their farms. i know some.)

Yep yep, the Clans and Bloodlines Master List located in the Game System Forum. I think some things are out of date though sweatdrop
