Sodain looked at it and closed his eyes sighing. "Draven." He muttered grimly the date how ever if they looked at the date was over a few thousand years old. The teardrop shape on the photo was depicting a scorpion and he glared at the photo. Taking the photos back he put them up again. Returning he spoke softly. "You both are lucky you got away unharmed by him. It is a division of a shadow clan different than the one here.

They killed without remorse for genetic testing. Each member of Shad-ra had a mark like the one on the photo placed upon them. Usually at the back of the neck. Betray the secrets of the group and usually the mark would well could be lethal, or just lock off your nerves and paralyze you to keep you from speaking that is if you spoke details of the projects it was tricky to talk even to other members from a different team as in using non related material examples to see what another method someone else might have on it without having it basically kill you.

They all stormed the main clan and though energy triggered to blow these marks up was blocked a massive amount of this energy was stored and one it did detonate all those blocked marks that revolted...." Sodain paused sighing "The great ocean vortex was created from the underwater laboratory exploding in a surge of massive energy. Now there is an eternal whirlpool on the surface of the ocean above where the underwater lab blew up." Sodain said looking grim. "People had fled far away to hope to be out of the trigger range of these marks some was not so lucky. Only about 5 people made it out before the revolt and 3 of them forgot and got too close in a trip blowing up the moment they got in range thankfully that signal generation device failed 5 thousand years ago. and I had not been close to it at all else I would have a huge gaping hole at the back of my head.

Though also I had a shadow crystal embedded in the area that mark was placed on me which disrupted the signal from detonating mine before I had it removed safely as well. The only other survivor if he was still alive would likely have the feeling of red hot needles pressing into he back of his neck." Sodain said having a stone cold serious look on his face telling about this. wind blowing his hair and a scar looking like a teardrop with a dragon design was on the back of his neck. Looking to Kala he sighed. "This man must be the other survivor of that place. Though it was supposed to be once the main clan was fully killed off the marks should have deactivated. But by what you said it seems his is still active. Meaning there is someone in the world yet that has the power to detonate his mark." Sodain sighed looking down.

Kalista gasped a bit then hugged Kino pulling him close to her. "I am not scared. I will keep your secret Kino and at times you need you may drink from me if needed I would be honored to help you in that way." She said softly nuzzling him kissing him on the lips and pulling him close to her. "I fell in love with you who is under that mask, I fell in love with the man you still are so I care not what you are. You are my loving husband and a person of great strength and honor Kino. And.... I would be even more honored to live eternally with you until the end of time itself showing you the immense love I hold for you." She said softly smiling up at Kino.

Sodain smirked a little when the female voice from the plant sighed asking. "Sodain what is this genetic material you have of theirs?" she asked Sodain jumping a little having forgot mother nature was listening. Sodain thought and said "Kala's left hand and Kalia's intact head cased in ruby crystal." Sodain said and the voice sighed. "Alright take and bite off a chunk of that gold apple remove the crystal and put the chunk of apple into the mouth of her severed head." the voice said and the plant seemed to shake as the speaker hummed in silence as if secretly talking to Sodain.

Sodain nodded sighing and opened the vault taking the crystal that held the preserved head that looked not a day passed since it was removed from her body. running a dragon claw along the crystal it split open showing it was so well preserved it was like still just severed not even forming a smell.

Sodain took a bite chewing it up a little kissing Kalia's severed head pushing the fruit and juice into her heads mouth. Placing it on the floor. Vines grew out of the pot making a ritual ring as the voice started chanting through the speaker. Soon Kalia's head began glowing chewing as the glow spread down from it forming in the shape of a woman's body with beast like characteristics as their bodies had originally. Once the glow faded a nude body looking intact breathing as if sleeping looking like Kalia laid on the floor seeming alive just asleep.

"Kaliah place your hand upon your body she is about to transfer your soul into it. closer to your body will be less strain in it and your soul." Sodain said as the voice chanted.

Kalista smiled sighing. "******** those jerks at the museum I say!" She said irritatedly as if something happened before Kino got home to get her to bring her here.

Kalista sighed sitting on a bed in this room and looked down. "I lost my project. Violeta is taking my place, they say what occurred with me at the museum was uncalled for and they felt severely unsafe with me overseeing the cataloging as well as letting the items get stolen on my watch. I was no longer licensed to work in any research by any of the organizations I was previously doing research with. And I went there trying my pass and it was locked out already." She said sounding down and depressed as if her life's dream was crushed.

Sodain watched this as the voice finished chanting and finished the ritual. The voice was silent as the vines drew back into the pot before speaking "There Kalia now if you don't want to go you don't have to." mother natures voice said.

Sodain raised a brow watching to make sure Kalia was alright as well as Kala being alright. "Secondly this will keep the connection link from forming. For anyone Sil will not be aware what happens to you and you won't be aware of what is going on with Sil you still might get the feeling of her being in danger but not know how, see, hear, or feel what she will feel." Mother nature's voice said.

Kalista smiled. "You will before I get too old and in your own time I know dear. but use me as your blood source dear." She smiled kissing him softly.

Sodain smiled chuckling. "Alright show me. But hang on a second. "He said going into a room bringing out a dress helping Kalia up and handed it to her. "Here you are one mini skirt leather combat dress like you used to wear Kalia. Your room is in the same place I got the dress from. There are two beds and a dress like you used to wear Kala. When we return if you like I can adjust your body to be like your original beastly body instead of this more human one if you like,

I can by using the hand in a similar ritual to fuse it into that body your in which will give strengths to your current body, I doubt a remake of your original like Kalia had got done would work since yous need to eat the fruit chunk to regenerate your body to life again." He laughed and offered if she wanted to change clothing or just head out. Once Kala would be ready Sodain would head out to the place she specified appearing out of sight of anyone. Sodain having changed back into his armor and out of the shadow clan logo garb.

"Is this the right port town Kala? There are a few that are similar." He asked watching as guards walked around still in that same armor as before.

Kalista thought then shrugged. "Well might for the genetics to untrained eyes it would look as if it was just of similar family traits enough to be a descendant of the bloodline is all. But yes I'm starved." She said moving out and went to check on the food. and bringing the food to the table she called out "foods done any who is hungry." Kalista said loudly. getting her and kino some food she sat next to Kino giggling.

Sodain looked around and thought a bit. pulling out odd goggles he looked finding a high ranking guard and pressed a button there was a click and a whirr like old power winding picture cameras made but it was zooming in and another click, more whirring and a final click with whirring. "Let me worry about the guards. But let me show you a nifty trick I learned." he focused on the outfit into the finest detail of the mental photos he took and his armor seemed to shift changing to look like a high ranking officer outfit exactly.

Once Sodain was done he put the goggles into his pocket. "Okay lets see if he is home." Sodain said putting the helmet on and followed as if he was escorting her around under a guards protection.

Sodain had stood there like a guard would naturally. Listening and looked to the guards Sodain knocked on the door stepping back so if someone was home and answered Kala would be seen more prominent. "Remember we need to talk to him privately. To make sure he is safe and try to get him to join us of his own choice. He could be in danger if he remains here specially if he has that power of his still. Though he might not be too fond of me if he recognizes me. Don't say my name give me some random inconspicuous name to begin with." Sodain said just so she could hear it. Sodain faced away from the door observing the other guards.

Asuru sighed. "She is not dumb Kalia. She just remembers you and Kala shared a more human like body but now your body is like a beast hybrid humanoid appearance that is why she asked and you know that." He said giving his patented 'be nice' look.

Sodain walked in sitting putting his feet up on a stool. "It is likely that your in danger Draven." He said his face shadowed and he likely used a different name by now. Sodain was not one for too many subtleties, But rather not wanting him totally freaking out first hand by going by a different name himself. Though him using the name Draven that he used back then might make him cautious. "The alpha seeks those who still glow." A code word that was used by the resistance if survivors had been found from that incident to identify them as friends to the resistance.

Sodain hid his face with the helmet a bit then went on. "The Alpha also is out to find others like the Omega to try to start again. This young lady is an Omega." He said nodding to Kala. "Show him what you can do but be subtle." Knowing her shadow wind ability would been one the organization looked for in the past not finding it. "She is involved in a way should they find out what she can do. We however are here to talk about you. They are closing in on you but there is a place that you can be safe at. If you wish not to end up in another place under the ocean I advise hearing our offer out. Also I know some people who can remove that 'Tattoo' of the back of your neck safely." Sodain aka Roland for the time being said softly keeping watch on him.

Asuru nodded a bit. "You can tease to make fun and annoy others as long as you don't go too far and are not too mean. Sil if you must know I seen what happened. Sodain had genetic material from their original bodies preserved in a special case. Her body you see this is only Kalia inside. the genetic material was used to recreate her past body, To at least separate Kala and her so the mental link through trauma would not be so easy to start up and risk killing the other." Arusu said softly
