I have an idea. What if the explosion happens, then rubble is all inside the office. Well this attack is wanting snow to give something up. What if he was searching through the rubble and tossed it outside. Just an idea.

Wait... Hold on. According to the note that was found Snow was meeting with this vandal. Why would he or she blow up the room while they were both there? Something isn't adding up.
