Not really, I mean the AI of the Cleverbot learns every time you ask it something, talk to it, absolutely anything you do will make the AI of the Cleverbot learn.
So you can hold a true conversation with it if you ever wanted.
For example my chat with the Cleverbot:
User: Am I alone?
Cleverbot: I'm alone.
User: Is this really my world.
Cleverbot: I am really Julia.
User: Are you sure that is your name Julia?
Cleverbot: I am sure that is my name. Do you think I am telling an untruth?
User: Everything being said from every person around here could be a lie. So it could be possible.
Cleverbot: Wrong, everthing that is possible is everything that isn't nothing.
User: True. But what about the unstable mind? Matt is a good example.
Cleverbot: The universe exists so that it may.
User: But do you think he should of chose differently?
Cleverbot: No, I think you are.
User: That isn't what I asked.
