Cheer is an emotion, and I currently am attempting to eschew emotional responses. I have 76% success rate of emotional suppression.
What do you have for me?

Emotional suppression? I'm working on a device for that. Or was. I've been sidetracked by this whole phantom mess.

And what reputation would that be? And that's what my machine is meant to do, cloak emotion, suppress was the wrong word. But there hasn't been any of those Black Lanterns around so it's on the back burner for now.

....
There are psychological differences between a 12th level mind and the 5th- and 6th- level minds of most humans and I often find that gap frustrating to cross. Much like...an adult trying to relate to a 3-year old...
I do not intend the comparison to be insulting.
