Jami sighed again, then turned his gaze up to his mentor. "I think that I may just need some rest. I'll be off to bed. I'll see you in a few hours... Master." His eyes twinkled dully, then he turned and headed off to his quarters.

Adonis sighed as Jami walked away. Jami had the potential, he knew it. But how to bring it out, he wondered...

Kari who had been watching the new padawans turned to Glacian when he answered her.

Oh, I saw your two sabers that click into one. I was wondering why you made a saber lik that, after all its more of an agressive blade after all. And where did you learn a form for it, I didn't think the jedi had anything to teach someone a form for a double bladed saber?
"Well, my father used a double sided light saber when he was serious about a fight, he showed me the basics, so I know how to wield one with the right way. Beyond that, I have a few holocrons on different ideaologies on dual and double bladed saber use, and I found a few recordings in the jedi archives."

Glacian shifted his weight and then continued, "I did what some other people have and simply altered the movements and styles used in single sabers to use two blades and letting the style determine how the second side should further the battle style. I'm still not as skilled in the double sided as dual or single sabers, but the huge advantage one gets in a single person to person duel when using a doubled sided blade are so large it makes it look like I am."

"True, the saber style can be more aggresive, but it can be increasingly defensive as well, it has that capability, it really just matters on the person I suppose. The sabers weren't that hard to make though."

Elyane continued to focus, but couldnt move it as she could lift it. She sighed for a moment and was about to attempt again when she overheard her master talking with another about Lightsabers. Ever since she agreed to become a Jedi, the thought of a lightsaber was always on her mind. She soon found it would be impossible to continue concentrating without asking about them now. She stopped and turned to her master. "Um, Master may I ask you something?" She questioned walking up. She hoped this wasnt the kind of thing a future Jedi should be asking, but her curiostity was overwelming right now.

Jami collapsed onto his bed and sighed. Something was blocking him. He wanted to know what it was, but he was unsure. With a sigh, he closed his eyes and fell asleep almost instantly.

He was walking on a planet of magma and volcanoes. The heat on his face was nearly unbearable, yet he didn't feel like it would harm him. He began to walk the molten plains slowly, avoiding the pools of lava. A sudden jet of steam shot up in front of him. However, though he was near it, it did not feel hot. He looked up and saw a boy about his age. He wore grey robes over a grey Jedi's clothing. His features were relatively similar to Jami's, though with more innocence. His eyes were green and his hair was reddish-blonde.

The other boy beckoned to Jami, who began to follow. They walked in silence for a time, just travelling the plains of fire. Finally, Jami turned and looked at the boy, who was a boy no longer, but a man in about his late thirties. Jami ignored this and spoke softly. "Who are you?"

The man turned and regarded Jami with a smile. "I'm hurt. You don't recognize your own grandfather?"

Jami gasped and took a step back. He knew, however, that this was true. This was the spirit of his grandfather who had died a year ago. This was the once-chronicler of the Jedi, who had taught Jami all he knew of Jedi lore, gave him the books he would use to study the Force, even gave Jami his lightsaber, which he had repaired and now carried with a new color.

This was Marik Shan.

Jami stared at Marik, who merely resumed walking. Jami quickly hurried to catch up. The man began to speak of the Force, and the techniques that could be used. None of the dark side, but some that bordered it. He spoke in a soft voice about the secrets of affecting minds, the ability to see the near-future and react to it, and even the rare secrets of Battle Meditation.

Jami listened with rapt attention, since he had always liked to learn, but he finally spoke. "How will I use these if I'm in a dream?"

Marik regarded him evenly, then responded slowly. "Though you need to practice in the real world, I can tell you the theories of how these techniques are done. It is up to you to practice these techniques. And do not feel discouraged at how hard it is to use telekenesis. That is no failing of yours, but it is in your blood. You will always find it very hard to manipulate physical objects with the Force. Thus, you must focus on the mental abilities of the Force, which can be used even in lightsaber dueling to predict what will happen. I will show you how. Draw your lightsaber."

Jami did this slowly, wondering what the spirit was going to do. The teal blade of his saber contrasted sharply to the yellow of his grandfather's blade. Marik spoke quietly to Jami, teaching him the Form II Makashi and Form III Soresu theories. Then he began sparring with his grandson. Due to the years of training on Ansion and his connection with the Force (as well as the fact that almost anything goes in dreams), Jami quickly learned the basics of Makashi and Soresu, the favorite forms of his grandfather.

Finally, after what seemed like weeks, Marik called the sparring to a halt. "Good. Very good. You know the basics of the two forms, and they will serve you well. Especially since you were never inclined towards offensive swordplay. Even as a child you preferred to use a sword for defense rather than attack. This is part of what made it so easy. These forms will be useful for you. Just be careful when going against a Shien master. Otherwise, keep practicing."

A light penetrated Jami's eyes, and he squinted. Marik sighed. "I must go now, my grandson. You will keep practicing these techniques. Listen to Adonis; he's a good man. And remember, when you want to find my tomb and when you are ready, I will contact you again. The planet you will find me on is Mustafar. Good luck my grandson. You are the last hope for the Force to be passed down through my line. Do not fail me. And may the Force be with you." With these final words, Marik disappear, the light grew blinding, and Jami awoke.

Jami gasped and sat up in bed. He glanced at the chronometer and saw that two hours had passed. He was surprised; in the dream it had felt like weeks. Still, he had the memories of all that had transpired in the dreams. Now all he had to do was practice. He rose and went to see Adonis.

Alyssa sighed and leaned her head back against the wall. I need some air... Alyssa thought, pulling herself up. She slowly walked to the front steps of the Temple and sat on the top of them.

Looking over the datapad again, she began thinking to herself again. All of this data is so accurate...wait. That's not my ship...says that Lewis gave me a YT-1300--one person can't fly one of those easily, and I'm not that good of a pilot... She knew if one thing wasn't accurate, then this whole thing could be false. As she put the pad into her robes, she began to watch the people on the street, wondering if this was a ploy by her brother to find her.

Talon tried to move the objects, but they slightly budged and fell. "Ahhhh.....this will take a while. I need some air, but I have to keep practicing. Concentrate....," he said. He flustered when it came to this. It was hard to do this.

*fast forwrd two hours from where he last was*
Adonis had decided to retire early. He sat up in his bed reading a novel. He found that reading soothed him, and helped him to be able to think.

((sorry when i was allowed on last it was a read only))

As Renii felt the wieght of Zeth's arm on her shoulder she also felt the weight of responsibility fall upon her. She had never had to care for anyone but herself, K'tana, or occasionally her parents. She had never before had responsibility like this. She nodded her head and took back the saber.

"I used to dream about blasting fighters out of the sky for fun. Then i realized i didn't want to grow up killing to keep my self occupied. I don't want to paint the walls of my ship red with death. For me that is darkness...losing oneself in chaotic madness. Any thing else I can deal with. Excuse me now i need to prep my ship. Send our next cooridinates when your ready. And thank you"

Zeth stopped in the hallway after hearing Renii say thank you and walk off to her ship. A small smile ran across his face as he whispered to himself

"No......you should really thank 'him' "

He continued his trek to his ship. Zeth entered the hanger where his ship was with R4 already in the little pod where would usually be when they took off for another destination. He climbed into to cockpit, punching in the coordinates for the outer rim planet of Tatooine to Renii's ship. The engines fired up and he took off into orbit where he would wait for Renii and then jump to hyperspace to begin her training

Jami tapped on the door of Adonis' room and slipped inside. "Hello, Master." He paused for a long moment, then resumed speaking. "I know a lot more about the Force now than I did before my rest." He leaned against a wall and ran his fingers over the white streak in his hair.

Talon concentrated. Finally, he got the object to move left, right, up and down. The object moved very slowly though. "Yes! I did it!," he said and walked to his master to see Elyane already talking to him. He waited patiently.

Adonis put down his novel, and stared at Jami.
"And how is this possible Jami. Weren't you sleeping?"

"Tatooine huh? When was the last time I was in orbit there. All I remember is the suns..."

Renii shook her head and finished the prefilight checks. She left automated voice system speek to the docking bay clearence personal for her. She sat on her bed and called K'tana to her. As she waited to get into orbit she tried in vain to create the force shield around him again. But it didn't work. "This is just Sith. Computer are we in orbit yet?"

Jami nodded slowly. "I was." He quickly related the story of the spirit and shrugged. "It felt like weeks passed there. I know the steps to perform now. I just need to practice them."

Adonis scratched his chin. "Hmm...intriguing. Well, it seems your Force sensativity is growing. Good. Tomarrow, we'll start your training. I'm to exhausted to practice now. How does 10:00 tomarrow morning sound?"
