Kiera followed him closely. "I'm not so sure that when you're separate from me you're a weakness... but yeah. I'm glad they didn't do anything too drastic to you." She frowned suddenly. "You said they were setting up for something...and now they're not here. Meaning they're done." She scowled. "By the time I'm done with all these humans I swear-" She stopped herself. She had to remind herself sometimes that she was in love with a human. And found herself to be calling a lot of names.
Mordekai watched Veira leave then trailed back to the window. "Kiera, eh..." He sighed. "I didn't really like her either anyway." He mulled over the thought for a few hours, writing things in a small notebook where he could remember his thoughts. Once stuck at a dead end a few hours later, he stuck the top of the pen in his mouth. "But.. that doesn't make any sense.." He suddenly realized as he circled one thing, and another, then joined them both with a line. "I have it.." His eyes thinned in disbelief at his own theory. But he nodded. "It's the only way." Suddenly all the notes that he had made bubbled in his hand, molded over and dripped to the floor. He froze. "Uh-uh-uh. Don't you get clever now, sir. My master would not be very happy at the discovery you just made. We'd like you minors to stay ignorant." Mordekai turned to see Alice leaning in the doorway. Large glasses in the light hiding her eyes expression. "Alice... Are you here to murder me again?" Alice giggled and shook her head. "Oh no, of course not. My master is mad at me you see. Because I acted out of self defense on something I shouldn't have. So I'm making it up to them. And I'm sorting out this little mess here." Mordekai's eyes thinned, however he remained unruly calm standing there with his hands in his pockets. "Who do you work for? Why do you keep hopping masters? First Amelie, then Me, then China, now who?" Alice smiled. "All people of whom I worked for but the significance is very great. I've had one true master throughout. You'll soon know the meaning of chain events, Mordekai Madison. For now though, I don't really want you messing with anything. So I'll need to just put a charm on you." Mordekai made a face and backed away as Alice got closer. "What're you-" She poked her finger against his forehead and as she took her finger away a little string of light followed it. "There." She smiled. "Don't bother trying to catch me out. I'm like a shadow these days." She was gone.

*Shortstraw was putting his gotlets on as he looked to her, "oh have a problem with Humans now i see." He finishe dhte strap and crossed his arms, "for a soon to be queen now your haiting half your population for what they are. Thats not a real queen thats selfish racisem." He glared to her, strong on the subject being it releated to him, "i thought by now you would see us humens arn't all as bad as everyone makes us to be. Hell if Yokai and demons were always messing with our kind or pushing us into things, we would be on the higher ranks of your list then wouldn't we." He put his nose into the air, "so anyways now that you put that little note out there, and i have my gear, i guess it's time to find the rest of our team correct?"
Veria stopped and turned back, "damn." She replied. Surly she didn't lie, she had placed her snakes to keep a eye on him while she was in the building. "Alice huh." She looked to the ground, "i so wanna go and ask but it's probably my biggest downflaw... even still... the visions never lie." She walked up behind Cale, "your not sleeping on the job are you hun~"

Kiera looked guiltily to the floor and rubbed her arm. "I'm sorry Shortstraw, I didn't mean it like that. I didn't say I hated them it's just- I was just upset because of you and- Well because humans are our enemies at the moment. It wasn't supposed to-" She frowned more. "I'm not racist... You took a lot from a harmless sentence that didn't mean what you thought it did." She stayed looking to the floor as she walked ahead, feeling truly scolded. "Yeah. Lets go find the others. They should be done with whatever.. they were doing.. I don't really remember." She replied sullenly.
Cale rubbed his eyes and jumped away from her with a start. "OH! It's only you. I thought Charlotte was gonna play another prank on me." He looked away with a snarl. "Little brat." Charlotte appeared around the corner with a little smile. "But I would never." She giggled. Cale gave her dirty looks.

*Shortstraw smiled and give her alittle hug, "I forgive you. But you do relize as queen anything you say can be taken offencive. So you going to have to be more carful even if you mean well." He nodded, "thats is... if we go through with it..." he looked sadly ahead, "without Hikari planning it and being part of it... well things are going to be dull as can be even if we do make it happen. Guess it cant be helped though now I guess."
Meanwhile Veria giggled, and patted Charlett on the head, "my little girl here, nah..." She smerked and crossed her arms, "have you two found anything usful yet? Or have you been just playing around while on duty?" She glared at cale.

Kiera saddened at the thought of Hikari. "It won't be that bad... will it?" She frowned. "There's no point if you're not going to enjoy it. I mean it's supposed to be a happy day." She carried on walking. "Even if there was no wedding I'd still have to become queen, so that reality is still waiting for me." She shook her head. "If you really think it'll be that bad without Hikari.."
Cale scowled. "She's the one been playing pranks on me while I was trying to find the bloody things!" Charlotte punched his arm. "Was not!" "Was too! You little liar!" Charlotte huffed. "You didn't find anything fast enough, so I got bored of killing stray men." Cale rolled his eyes. "Drama queen." Charlotte punched him again and he recoiled. "I'm not your ******** punching bag!"

*Shortstraw shrugged, "well i know she was looking forword to it the most, that and without her... well no one can set it up. I dougth lilly knows anything about setting upa wedidng and i'm a cluless as ever." He shrugged, "i wanna get married, i wanna have that spechal, fun, enjoyment day. But i'm not sure how happy others will be without her there."
Veria poped cale lightly on the back fo the head, "be a good role modle." she then turned to Charlett and hugged her, "your so cute!~ i even have a half amind to clone you." She giggled and place her back down before looking to Ameile, "and how abou you ameile, you holding up alright with these two right now?"

Kiera nodded although continued to frown. "I understand." She simply replied. She carried on and took her hair down. She would say lots of things. Things about how Hikari wasn't the only one who knew about weddings. Things about how Hikari was dead now so it wasn't like it would get any easier or change over time. Things about how much it hurt her to hear him say that. Things that she didn't say, however kept bottled within her. A slowly filling bottle.
Amelie blinked a few times then smiled. "I think they're funny." Cale raised an eyebrow at her. "Funny, eh?" Charlotte stuck her tongue out at Cale and no matter the temptation Cale had to keep himself from slapping the girl. He looked to Amelie again who was giggling at them both. Nah, he didn't like her. Probably in the same way he didn't like Charlotte. Well, Amelie hadn't done anything wrong to him, nor had she been anything but nice. But she bugged him.

*Shortstraw looked to her, "thats it... really?" He shrugged and gave her a kiss, "you seem really... how should i put it. Mood swingy. First your mad at me, then you sad, then your happy, then you mad again, and now your acting like your afrade i'm going to leave you or somthing. Which you know i would never do." He stoped and looked to her, "keria is everything okay?" He knew somthing was off with her, somthing must have happened while he was gone he thought.
Meanwhile Veria giggled, "well good. Becuse my lovly young mother, i need you to stay with them just a bit longer. Cale, Charlett, you two be nice and take care of her, Momma's go some alot of things going on at once. Get more information if you can. Simple and too the point." She waved bye and teliported.

Kiera kept a straight face as she looked away. She then smiled to him. "I'm fine Shortstraw. I'm sorry for making you worry. I just feel a little sick is all." She smiled again and walked past him to carry on. "I've been sleeping the past few days because of it. But I'm fine." She itched her arm. "I'm trying not to be so... 'mood swingy'.."
Cale leaned on Charlotte's head. "Well she left in a hurry." He looked down to Amelie. "Urgh, stuck with two midgets." Charlotte shoved him off her and walked next to Amelie. "Well, since you're not going to be very responsible, I suppose I'll look after her myself." Cale snickered. "You're welcome to."

*Veria appeared behind shortstraw and gave him a large huge from behind, "good to know your safe again brother." SHe smiled and nodded as she looked to Keria, "things are suddenly looking better. Donte has stopped the flights and a large supply of bio waist, my team is sending Eve all sorts of information, a few coutnrys stepped in to help out, and shortystraws safe." She nodded then looked to keria, "however i have alot of things to do and i'm jumping around each team. May i speak to you sister? it should just be a moment or... two..." she smerked.

Kiera saw her smirk which only demotivated her more. "All right, that's fine." She looked to Shortstraw before rubbing her head and walking over to Veira. "What is it, sister? I'm not in the greatest of moods today, so I apologize beforehand if I say something rude." She sighed and rubbed her eyes. Then itched her arm again. She better not had be coming down with a rash or anything. That would be a pain in the a**.

*Veria crossed her arms as she made sure shortstraw wasn't paying attention, "i figured out you killed Hikari... among a few other things i'm susspisiou of you about. But wait theres more!" He glared unhappily, "you also already heard this from me most likely, i came to find that you used the TMD to go back when i found out. How do i know this? Visions. The more you ******** witht he flow of things the more i have and see. That and percillia is uneffected by time, and in that vision i had i found a TMD representation in the background. So just admitt it, you did it. You killed our Aunty. And now this war is accuring becuse of you." She wasn't yelling she was more whispering angerly.

Kiera's heart sank further and she looked like she was about to cry. "Keep it down!" She said anxiously as she looked around herself and moved further away from Shortstraw and out of sight. Yes, this could be her chance. "I guess there was no keeping it from you." Kiera looked around herself again and for once in years she looked genuinely nervous. "You have to keep it down though. I never know where she is. She could be listening. Especially if Shortstraw is near. She doesn't like me talking to people about it." She looked back to Veira with her hands pressed over her mouth. She was shaking. "If you know what's happening then you'll die. She's making me do all this. I threatened to get out of the deal and tell everyone then she made Alice put a charm on me. I think it's finally worn off. I'm scared she's going to do it again. So I've been going along with it." She started to cry right there in front of Veira. "Sister I'm so scared." Her. Kiera. As frightened as a small mouse.

*Veria blinked. She was unsure if this was some sort of lie or not. She didn't sence a lie. She glared, "if this is another trick then i sware i'll never speak nor even look at you again." She crossed her arms, "so if this is a act then stop it. Your never scared of anything. Expechaly any person." She shrugged, "though if your not ling perhaps you will have a way to prove to me wha tyou say is true. She cannot hurt you whoever she may be if i am fully involved." She stated having a feeling it was still jsut a act. meanwhile shortstraw just sat there waiting. "Girls... even in a war zone..." he mumbled as she checked his gear.

Kiera looked to Veira for a few seconds in disbelief then turned away with her face in her hands. "You don't believe me." She sobbed and tore at her own hair. "I'm not lying Veira, I'm not! If this conversation continues I don't know-" Kiera looked back around then around to Shortstraw. She quickly looked back to Veira. "I killed Hikari, yes. I admit to that. But only because she was asking too many questions and she knew about the plan. There's a plan you see. It's been orchestrated for so many years now, since I was a child." She shook more as she looked around herself for anyone, anything watching them. "There is a group of people I'm with who want this war to go through. They want the extinction of humans. They want lots of things. And it all started with Evelyn and Amelie." She traced her palm and looked down for a moment. "I'm not sure if you remember but before Evelyn was ever mine or Shortstraw's Demon she was Amelie's. She worked for Amelie. They had a fall out, but they never broke their contract." She looked back up to Veira desperately. "There's so much to explain, I'm not sure how much time we have." Kiera dear... Where are you? Kiera got a little more frantic. "There's been a recent operation to keep Amelie, Mordekai and Hikari separate because together they would work out some things. Me and Evelyn threatened the Shinigami king to let go of their contracts with Hikari and Mordekai and to place them in old bodies so that they wouldn't be able to mess with us much longer. Oh god oh god." She thought again. "I am able to threaten them because of this." She brought out her left arm. "The TMD fused with my body and we all know that but something else developed which Evelyn made happen. They now call it 'The Left Hand of God.' I used it to kill the Seraphim leader and gain his armies for myself in compensation. I used it to turn back time to keep myself from getting punished by Evelyn. And I've also used it to keep Amelie's memories within the hand. Evelyn is going to put the memories back in when the time's right. This is all part of their plan." She stopped for a second to listen. "They're waiting for me to become Queen so that they can have complete control over everything. They plan to use the Seraphim armies for protection, use Shiro's land and castle to rule, and eliminate all that's left of the humans." She knew all of her sentences and explanations were jumbled and didn't make any sense. But that wasn't even all of it. For now she had to stuff it all into one big sweep before Evelyn came. But wait, no. Evelyn was already there.
