{{Her bitchy a**? lol!! That's hilarious! Never heard someone say that about my character before. biggrin And I would move her, but I'm kinda stuck... No I'm not! Woonren, you can just have Love follow Ever and somehow sneak onto the ride she'll take to Musica's, if you want. lol!}}
Ever stood up and shook her head. "This is ridiculous! I'm so done with all this weird crap. Akira, I'll be down in the cafeteria. Come get me when you want to go to the Room, although I'll understand if you just want to do that tomorrow instead."
With a sigh of frustration, she squeezed out of her room past the half cat/half person creature and stormed down the two flights of stairs to the cafeteria. She got her tray and began to angrily pile different food onto a play on the tray.

Ari looked up as Ever stormed into the cafeteria. She looked, well, pissed to say the least. Ari felt the need to explain why Aphrodite had called her back to school from wherever she’d been, but she knew Ever wouldn’t listen. She was too jealous, and too prejudiced against Aphrodite to listen to any good word about the Goddess. Sighing, she waved a hand at Evermore to ask her to sit with them.

((Really? I've thought Ever was a complete and total b***h this entire time >.> ))
Musica nodded as he listened to what she had to say. It was as much as he expected. Knowing Ari wouldn't try to betray his trust after releasing Nikolaus and the simple fact she was so much of a fool over him. Sure he cared about her more than most girls, but he didn't think he had it quite that bad. "I see, it's quite understandable that she would hide some information about myself. Though hiding it from my children is a tad bit extreme, surely she wouldn't feel that the right thing to do? I suppose my trust is priceless to her after what has occured the last couple days." He said as he lightly sipped the coffee that Luli had brought them. Smiling when he saw his kids drink it as well he looked over at the time. Wasn't even noon yet and so much had happened. Maybe they'd be gone by the time he needed to head out to Suki's with the rest of the group here tonight. The last thing he needed were some underage students following him to an adult party. The Headmistress would be all over him in a heart beat.

”The only reason she didn’t tell them everything,” Vanessa said coldly, ”Is because she didn’t know what you might and might not want spilled to these kids. She was doing what she thought was best.” She looked Musica up and down again. He seemed a bit egotistical in her opinion… a bit full of himself. Ari didn’t need a guy like that. ”Wouldn’t you say trust is important?”

{{... Are you serious?? Do you know HALF of what she's had to deal with so far?? I'd be pretty bitchy, too, if I was her! lol.}}
Ever sighed and waved at Ari. She was about to go sit down next to her and Caroline when a certain little ball of light came zooming over to her, gasping. It rested on her shoulder and started talking in a very high-pitched voice.
"Evermore! Where have you been?! I have been looking all over campus for you since last night and I just now have found you!"
Ever sighed and kept walking over toward Ari. "I had to get off campus for awhile. I would have told you, but you were missing yourself before I left."
The fairy stayed quiet for a moment and then sighed. "Touche... I guess we're even, then. I went to talk to my family and friends about our connection. They support me, so they will learn to support me as being your familiar."
Ever looked over to the ball of light on her shoulder and smiled. Finally some good news. "That's wonderful, Raven! I can't wait to meet them."
She was finally at the table Ari and Caroline were at and she sat down and set her tray on the table. She smiled slightly at them, trying to be warm. "Hello girls. How are you both this morning?"
She noticed that Caroline's eyes were red and watery. She gasped softly and gave her a look of concern. "Are you alright, Caroline? What's the matter?"

Rrine "Caroline...!" Ari said, hugging her, "Don't cry! I'm sure he's fine! Write him a letter, shoot him an email! Send loads of empathy his way to let him know you're mad, and he's gonna get a butt kicking next time you see him!"
Of course! Why hadn't she thought of that before? Caroline knew her brother was religious about checking his email! Or at least, he used to be. The doubt flared up again.
"I don't know if he'd get it," she sighed. "He usually picks up when I call him - I called him just a few days ago, actually. Twice. He promised to come visit me, but... he said he was busy." She worriedly looked to Ari for reassurance. "And then he blocked himself from my empathy... would my brother lie to me? He loves me, right?"
".... Evermore, when did you get here?" In Caroline's bawling profession of her worries, she failed to realize that Evermore had joined them, or even spoken to her!

”We’re all a bit emotional to be honest, frau,” Ari said with a small chuckle. ”It’s been a rough couple of days… last night being the acme of a lovely week!” She patted Caroline sympathetically on the arm. ”I’m sure he’s fine, Caroline. He may just see you as an annoying little sister, and need his space! Don’t worry, your family would have called or something if something was wrong!”

Akira was on the edge of the seat when Evermore had been about to tell them, but groaned softly in frustration when there was a knock, scratch?, at the door. What bad timing for Kami's sake!!!
She got up, still holding Kilala, and looked at the Fury curiously when she fell on her butt. Well ok...
Walking over, she glanced at who was at the door that had startled Evermore and blinked. A cat Hanyou?
Kilala just stared at the girl and said mentally to Akira, "Half-breed maybe, but she's not demonic, that's for sure."
"Huh, well ok.Umm...Hi. We're you scratching at the door??" Akira asked, then looked at Evermore curiously and in somewhat in disbelief when the Fury just bolted.
Then, it clicked, as she stepped out of the room and closed the door.
"Hold up!! This is YOUR ROOM, Ever!! I'm not gonna stay in here without you! Err, see you around cat girl!" with that said, Akira raced off after Evermore for the hell of it and because she was actually quite hungry herself, not to mention, Evermore seemed pissed off, never a good sign. Besides, Akira was suppose to meet up with Ari and Caroline!

((I don't try to understand, I only observed. Still, you admit you do agree XD))
Musica pulled out of his pocket a cigarette and a lighter. Lighting it up he took a deep and long puff of it before exhaling slowly. He usually didn't smoke around women, but he believed this was a good reason to break his rule. He heard the tone in her voice and smiled surprisingly. Ari had a good friend, and he was glad she did. If she was choosing to be with him, she'd need one. He held the smoke in his fingers as he began to speak. "They deserve to know, more especially so after what brought them into the institution in the first place." They shot him a glance and then looked away. The institution was their living nightmare, and they never liked talking about it. "Besides I never said I didn't value her desire to perserve my trust. But.." He took another puff on the smoke, breathing it out quickly this time to continue speaking. "When you've been around as long as I've had, you learn to never trust. Because typically it gets you know where." He said as he looked at Nessie. Truely he did trust Ari, and he would never deny that no matter what she did to him. He on the other hand wasn't the most trustworthy of people. It wasn't so much him saying how he felt, but almost a warning to her. A warning to Ari.

{{Sorry Secret!! sad }}
Ever nodded and laughed hollowly. "I'm in good company, then. This can be the table of depressed women..."
She blinked when she finally realized Aurora was at the table, too. "Oh! I'm sorry Aurora. For some reason, I didn't see you there. You might not be depressed, so I take that statement... back... You know what?!"
She put her fork down and had a determined glint in her eyes. "No! I don't want to be depressed anymore, and no one else should be able to make me that way! I'm through being upset!"
She quickly stood up and grabbed her breakfast sandwich. "I'm going to go to town! I haven't been there at all this school year, and I need to get out of this school! Who's with me?!"

”Oh!” Ari exclaimed, ”Evermore, this is for you, from Nessa. She said something about…erm, I don’t really remember. It seemed important to her, though! And I'll go!” She handed Evermore the piece of paper from Nessa’s sketchbook as she stood. It was a profile shot of Ever and Ares. Their foreheads were touching, and both their eyes were closed. Evermore had a faint smile upon her lips, and Ares face merely looked peaceful. On the back, Nessa had scribbled a note, which read: “The best thing about the future is that it comes only one day at a time. Love, Nessa.”

Vanessa’s eyed narrowed, and then she arched a brow with a shrug. ”Whatever. All I’m saying is, don’t damn her for making you tell your own kids your story. They deserve to hear it from you, not her. You owe them at least that much, in my opinion.” Nessa didn’t set much in store by father’s. She was sad for Ari, who had never had one, upset by her own ‘father’, and angered by Musica. Her face, however, remained as stoic as ever.

{{Oooh! I like what Nessa wrote! Very good! I should remember that for myself...}}
Ever looked down at the folded paper Ari handed to her. She reached to unfold it but then thought better of it. She sighed and simply tucked it into her back pocket of her jeans.
"Thanks, but I don't want to see anything that might spoil my new mood. I'll look at it later tonight."
She smiled brightly at Ari. "Let's go!"
