ok
Step1:you have to take your Zanpakuto and stab it right through you
Step 2: after you stab it right through you , you will have a connection with you and your zanpakuto
Step 3:When you completely have a full 100% Connection you have to look for your Inner Hollow
Step 4:when you found it you have to fight and look for a way to stab your zanpakuto right through your inner hollow Stomach
Step 5:when you stab it right through your inner hollow stomach it will allow you to control his power but while you fought with him you have completely turned into a hollow a real hollow...When you turn into a hollow you have a hole right through your stomach so take your Zanpakuto then tab your stomach once more than you have control your inner
