Akiyama jumped away from the Kunai and charged at Shikamaru.

Shikamaru quickly threw a flash bomb in front of Akiyama to create larger shadows and partially blind Akiyama he then did a quick shadow possesion jutsu on Akiyama.

"Hello again! You look tasty!"
Minronu had waited for his moment, his curse seal was laready activated to its final level. His whole body was covered in tooth like barbs and his mouth streched beyond normal human limits. Jagged sharp teeth petruded from his motuh, already coated with fresh blood from an unknown victim.
"Now that you're distracted with Akiyama, I'll tear you limb from limb! Cursed Art: Demoral Fist Jutsu!"
He charged towards Shikamaru, his right hand closed into a fist and surrounded by a black mist that smelled of rotting flesh.

"What the hell?" Shikamaru said as he dropped a flash bomb at his feet and jumped backwards with closed eyes as the flash bomb went off.

Minronu didn't want to risk wasting the energy trying to break out of a Shadow Imitation Jutsu and the combination of the Shadow Neck Bind Jutsu so popular with the Nara clan. He would have to play it safe and use another technique.
"Shinobi Art: Mirror Image Jutsu!"
There stood two Minronus where once only one stood. This Jutsu mirrored the others movements, it was unclear to many how it trully worked.

Minronu took the hit, thinking it would reflect off his hard skin. This was wrong of course, it went between the scales and hit his skin. The other clone was affected as well, mirroring the wound exactly.
"Ah, studying the technique? As you see, my clone and I share a spiritual link. We both take damage if only one of us gets hit. Problem is you will have to Shadow Imitate both of us,with our combine strength it will strain you greatly and resulting in Chakra loss. You are familiar with the Curse Seal I suppose since much of its secrets were revealed by the Sound Five when they failed to successfully bring Orochimaru's body on time. Their failure was expected I suppose."
Both of the clones reached to the spot hit by the kunai and pulled it out, but only one clone trully grabbed a kunai.
"This will be intresting."

Shikamaru looked from Minronu to Akiyama and said to Minronu "hey how about you come and attack me and Naomi later. were already in a fight and i really dont want to be fightning more than need be in this case."

"dammit." Shikamaru said before he looked back at Minronu and said "we can continue our fight later. i gotta go save my fiance." he then sprinted after Akiyama and Naomi.

The two Minronus came back together and slowly Minronu's curse seal started to reform bac into the mark on his tongue. His mouth stitched shut once again and his speech was halted. Once again Minronu would have to find aide from someone.
