True sentiments.
Yeah, college keeps me away for 7 months/year, and my activity the other 5 months is limited due to increasing RL responsibilities. I'd strive to find more time to hang around if more of the oldbies were still active, but you and I are some of the few left. Presently, I honestly only come here to talk to you and PM with a few people whose email addresses I don't know. That's a far cry from my activity when I was still in high school. I use to spend several hours around here every day. I used to find myself checking so often to see if people had responded to my posts.
I don't know. Aside from not having a great deal of time in which to RP, I also don't feel any drive to roleplay anymore. Roleplaying is a fun activity, but I guess the enjoyment I always gleaned from it was the social interaction with my friends here.

R 1/2: Dated art styles don't bother me a bit. The vast majority of my favorite anime are from the 80s and 90s. Despite how "pretty" the art of modern anime is, seeing something you know was done entirely on a computer sucks all he soul out of it. I miss the good old days of hand drawn anime without ll these glowy bloom light effects every other second. *continues to grumble about modern anime like some old codger* Whippersnappers...
EL: I am fully familiar with the plot thanks to another friend of mine. All I can say is that I'll try watching the first few episodes. The story/setting does intrigue me, so we'll see.

I adore to RP . . . such is a fun release for me. I get into the game, and take on the role. Recently, my Bleach OC has dominated my attention in that arena, and I just love being him.
Somehow, you are the only oldbie that I talk to anymore. There are amicable talks with others from way back when, but I feel like a relic here among newbies. sweatdrop

I was going to join the Seireitei when I came back, but I guess I don't have the motivation to start. I did finish my character sheet, though. *rummages through his hard drive to find it* Maybe all I need is a swift boot to the rear to get me roleplaying again. My statements in my last post about roleplaying might just be my laziness talking.
Yeah, I know how that is. It feels strange that a place I consider my online home is so filled with people I hardly know nowadays.
Keep in mind that I'm also one of the few oldbies who logs in every day. Another factor is that I do enjoy your company, Magni-sama. *gluggles the leader*
Thinking back, I think the start of our slowing activity (though gradual and maybe even delayed) might have been the Great Guild Downtime. When the GGN was finally operational again, I remember that many of the oldbies of that time, those who were around for Swan's and Tana's captainships, never came back.

Yeah, the Seireitei guild is the only place that has grabbed me for a while. I've tried other RPs and they all died . . . some harshly. As for my one, my character has a great life all his own. Named 3rd seat, it seems the crew of that guild have been keeping an eye on me for possible Captainship of a Squad.

Of course, I politely put that as a player I am flattered, but my character is tailor-made for the 12th squad. As a character, he would look at the person who told me this (current lieutenant), and say "You're in my way."
She appreciated both sides.
