Hinote Tosatsu Haseo Hitsome I will be not stepping down unless you give me one chance to lead this guild. If I fail then I will be stepping down to give it to someone. Haseo, that was your chance. We gave you over a month. You were never there, even when you logged on you either stayed in your own corner, or threatened to demote or remove other members of the guild. You never acted as a leader. You acted as a petulant child. You have had more than enough of a chance. Step down. The critical systems that made this guild work will not be returning until that has happened. And, just so you know now, and don't have to think about it too hard, I have the only copies. Can you lead a guild that does not exist? Perhaps. But nobody will follow you. Step. Down. No Step down One month? That is not enough to lead this guild until 60 days. Its not fair for one month.

How much time do you think it would take for you to prove yourself?
at what point would we be able to tell you to step down?
How could we trust you to honor such a deal considering how you reacted to one person even suggesting you step down?

Haseo Hitsome No Step down One month? That is not enough to lead this guild until 60 days. Its not fair for one month.
Within your one month, I have efficiently led the guild myself, because you were not there to do it. In one month, the crew has made more progress than they have in the last six, and you were not involved. In one month, we have nearly completed a system that could completely revolutionize the guild. You did not say a word. In one month, I have had the entire crew coming to me for guidance, because there was nobody else to lead them.
If I can lead the guild for one month, then you could have too. It is enough. It was more than enough. And even if it were not, the last day has cemented your fate. I will not allow someone who would intentionally destroy the guild to lead it.

Haseo, as per guild rules, we the crew can vote on the matter whenever we wish to, and if we all vote the same, as per the guild rules, you would need to resign. There is no need for me to wait a month, you've proven quite enough in the past one.
So, I vote that you resign.

You evidently did not understand the first time. If you do not step down, POTS does not exist. Even if you keep the guild, we can move to the other and be perfectly happy. We will be away from our home, but we can make a new home. You will be left with nothing, to lead an empty shell. Look around. Chakra system? Gone. Ranking system? Gone. Multiple jutsu sets are gone too, because I will not allow my work to exist in a guild run in such a way. All of the systems that make POTS POTS, are stored on my computer. You have nothing. You can't rebuild it yourself. The crew will not follow you nor help you. You have a choice. But it is not truly a choice. You either step down, or you lose the guild. That is your decision to make.
In honor of Luo's call to a vote, I cast my own.
Resign.

*Sigh* Honestly at this point we are going to lose some of our very few members because of how immature the crew is being. We cannot just take this to the crew chat because like it or not all of POTs needs to see this after it has gone so far. Those who are loyal enough to the FUN PART of POTS (you know that RP thing that we allow people to do from time to time?) might just be loyal enough to switch guilds if they have to. This whole scene would be near impossible to miss by now. I think non-crew should have a say as well. If they vote against your campaign then they won't stay whether you keep captain or not. If they vote for it, then I trust that the crew will honor it, or they aren't worth having.
