She wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling deeper into the kiss. This kiss felt different, more lustful. Perhaps it was the blood that still traced her lips, or perhaps it was the sense that they were linked now to eachother.

Zarathos's eyes burned with a fire he had never felt.This,this is amazing.He thought.The fire burned in his soul and soon he swepped Layna into the air and into his arms.But never broke the kiss.

As she felt her feet leave the ground, her heart did a back flip. Butterflies filled her stomach as his his lips crushed against hers. A warmth seemed to radiate from him, like flames deep beneath the skin. Warm.....so...alive... She thought, even her thoughts seemed incoherent.

Zarathos stopped to give her time to breath.It seemed as if even his long dead heart was racing.Panting a single word passed his lips"Wow."

She nodded, pulling in a nonexistent breath. "Wow....is right." She gasped the words as she looked up at him. She put a finger to her seemingly numb lips, making sure they were there.

She smiled and gently nibbled his lip. "I am yours.....completely." She said, tightening her arms to be as close as possible to him. Blood still seemed to build around the marks as she willed it to slow.
