Haseo, I will state this plain and simple. This is not how a Captain acts. This is not how a VC acts. This is not how a member of Crew acts. This is not how a Leader acts, and this is not how an Adult acts. This is how a Child acts when they can not get their way. You have done all this, because Luo asked you to do what you had already suggested for yourself, and step down. You said last night, that you agreed 100% with my rules on demotion of crew. Your first act upon logging in today, was to demote the entire crew.

You are unpredictable, you are untrustworthy, and quite frankly, you are unskilled. The moment I saw your last post last night, I knew what was coming, and I started to prepare for it. I did not want to believe it to be the case, but as soon as you returned, you confirmed my worst fears.

Step down. That is the only thing that can save this guild. And even still it might be best to move to the new one instead. I have tried to work with you, I have tried to work around you, and for a time, I tried to work above you. But every time you came on, every time you posted, you proved further and further that no, you do not deserve the rank of Captain. I do not hate you. I barely even dislike you after all you have done. But I do not trust you, and you do not belong as the captain of POTS, whether it be here, or somewhere else.

If I could access the crew forum anymore, I'd simply quote my own post but since I can't, I'll paraphrase.

I asked you Haseo, simply to step down as captain. I said that I would not mind, and in fact would appreciate if you remained a crew member to help out, however I felt as if at this time you were not fit to lead.

And in seeing just how quickly my access to this guild was terminated, I gather I still deem you unfit to lead this guild. A captain does not get rid of his crew because the entire crew agrees things need to change. I don't think that you alone would be capable of doing the work we all have done.

You were not attacked, however we the crew were. You threatened to ban one of the crew members, you threatened us with "Swift punishment" to anyone who didn't like your autocratic methods of running the guild, and you basically told us this is your guild. Haseo, this is not your guild. You did not build it, you did not create it, you did not fund it. You inherited this guild because Lance trusted you to do a good job of leading. Instead of doing that, you forced a whole crew against you by systematically shutting us down and deleting our posts whenever it suited you. So when it suited us, we decided to delete our own posts and threads, since we deserve credit for what we've done here.

Instead of even appreciate all the work we've done while you were inactive for understandable reasons, you came back and went on a tirade. This is not okay.

Step Down.

I'm going to start this by asking kindly that you resign your position to someone more capable, such as Hinote Tosatsu. You have made no strides to give any input on anything we as a crew are currently working on, you've popped in here probably ten times in total, and you demoted two crew members without informing anyone. You even went so far as to outright threaten every one in this crew with "swift punishment."

Now, this apology that was written before my post, is very heartfelt and sincere. However, you did not write it. To copy and paste someone's apology which looks to be very thorough and meaningful is insulting to whoever wrote it. There are many reasons why I know this wasn't written by you, but I'll focus on two major ones. The first, being that your style of writing has and is different from this. Believe it or not, quite a few of us can tell the difference between how people write, and this stuck out like a sore thumb after the first paragraph.

I don’t know if it’s possible to let me remain as the Akatsuki leader (just the leader) and just not be the leader of the guild or not, but it seems, like every other choice that seems to affect my fate, that it’s up to all of you.

.....Haseo, you were never the leader of the Akatsuki in this guild. Matter of fact, we haven't had an Akatsuki for under a year I gather.

I have seldom spoken to you since you became the guild captain, so up until now I've had no concrete opinion of you. But what you have said in this thread, as well as blatantly plagerizing another person's post has given me one.

So, I am asking you Haseo, not the person who wrote that apology, to please resign from the position. I don't mind having you as a crew member here helping out with things, I'd actually like to have the help. However, I don't think at this time you are ready to fully take on the responsibilities of being the captain of this guild.

You do not know nothing about me I did wrote that. you said that "Resign from the position." If you don't believe me then I'm sorry but I have to demote you and all VCs down because you said that you don't think at this time I am ready to fully take on the responsibilities of being the captain of this guild. Yes it is my experience to being a captain of my other naruto guild. Do not tell me what to do. At least you are a Crew now not VCs anymore until I trust a person.

I will be not stepping down unless you give me one chance to lead this guild. If I fail then I will be stepping down to give it to someone.

Haseo, that was your chance. We gave you over a month. You were never there, even when you logged on you either stayed in your own corner, or threatened to demote or remove other members of the guild. You never acted as a leader. You acted as a petulant child.

You have had more than enough of a chance. Step down. The critical systems that made this guild work will not be returning until that has happened. And, just so you know now, and don't have to think about it too hard, I have the only copies. Can you lead a guild that does not exist? Perhaps. But nobody will follow you.
