((Moving back in time a little but I'll get to present time in this post))
Keeping her emotions in check this time Luna swallowed the replied she would have given. If he thought she was scared of him in any form he was in for a suprise once he found that she had no fear of him. While he might fear her either he seemed to take her too lightly because she was a student, a mistake on his part.
Luna hadn't bothered to go get something to eat and went straight to her room to make sure she didn't have to do any homework before the next day. Unaware of how much time had passed she looked up when she heard a strange noise that she went to investigate, finding her way blocked from getting outside. A whisper ran around that said the Headmistress was dead from some sort of monster attack.

((Links to the OOC thread and the soon to be put-to-use HoB guild are on the first page at the top of post one! :3 ))

Namen was scrunched in a ball, laying on her bed. She'd heard that Headmistress Silvius had died... who would train her now? The thought was a bit selfish, but Namen had never experienced loss and death before. She didn't know quite how to handle it. All she could think of was how could the Headmistress let herself die?

Garreth looked back to Horatus, Karaviv's now-seemingly frail body cradled in his arms. "I always knew she'd go down in a blaze of glory.." he murmured as he stood from his knees. He coughed slightly, forcing down something that was rising in his throat. "I'll go see if she left any sort of will. We'll hold the funeral the day after tomorrow."

((Am I still a GM in the guild or do I need to re-apply?))
"It's only fitting," Horatus said. "Anything less than dying during a fight would have not have been worthy of her." Looking down the hall of the school through the front door he was standing in Horatus wondered where they would find someone even half as capable as Karaviv had been. "Everyone inside the school," he barked. The doors needed to be closed. "Akakage, please find a way to move Karaviv's body to an empty room so we can prepare her for her funeral."

Walking up to Horatus, Luna asked in a soft voice if she could pass to pay respects to the great woman where she had fallen to save the school. Normally he wouldn't have considered letting her through but something in the way she asked made his think it was the right thing. Slowly approaching the body, Luna knelt beside her and drew her stars. Placing all of her stars in a circle around the fallen Headmistress Luna bowed her head and began to pray to the Lady of the Moon bringing back the same orb that had surrounded her in the sky earlier.

Rain quickly gathered all of her things and walked up to her room. She tossed her things carelessly on the floor and curled up on her bed.
What a day.

((Sorry AkaMaaku, Luna got to her first. Please edit your post.))

"Please, Lady Moon," Luna whispered, "take care of this great Lady. She died to protect us who were within from the terrible creature that attacked us. I may not have known her but even so she risked her life, and lost it, to save me." As she finished speaking the rubies in the stars added their light to the silver orb. Swirls of silver and red danced in the orb for a moment longer before contracting into a red and silver ball over where Karaviv's heart had previously been beating. The light dissappeared as it sank into her chest giving the body a slight glow but not enuogh to be noticeable beyond making her look slightly angelic.

Akakage nodded to Horatus' request and picked up her slightly angelic form after Luna finished her prayer, "You'll know where she'll be Horatus. The only room we have that only the headmasters and some teachers know about." Saying nothing more he teleported to the secret room and lay her on a bed. Sighing, "You knew didn't you. You knew you were going to die but you fought anyway. You we're probably the only head of staff that didn't dislike me outright." as he continued to talk to the still corpse, "Rest in peace head mistress Karaviv Sylvias."

Teleporting out of the room and into his own he sat on his bed.

((Gah jeez...))

((Many thanks.))

Slowly gathering her stars Luna put them away before looking up at the moon, a full moon so you could see the Lady clearly if you knew where to look. Her name hadn't always been Luna but she changed it when she fell and she no longer looked like the Angel she had been to honnor the only one who knew and believed she was innocent of the origonal crime she had been punished for. Not that it mattered if any of the others believed her now, such decrees could not be taken back. She was guilty for eternity and those she had protected would never come forward to help her knowing what their punishment would be.

In his room he was pondering on the events of just the second day in this school. I cannot believe the amount of events that happened just today. Now there is a lack of staff heads, and it will be quite a bit of disarray until after the funeral. I know what I'll do.

Taking out a familiar black rectangular case he teleported to the secluded spot where he and Silver only knew about. He went right in the middle of the area and removed his violin from its case. Taking out his bow he placed the violin to his chin. Moving his bow downward he started with a low note. The notes were played slowly and fluidly creating a solemn yet soothing melody. The wind blew the leaves as he continued to play. He kept playing until Silver meets with him to explain his past to her.

((Might be my last post here might not. It all depends really.))

((I had thought that we where stil in the mess hall?))

Varnis had heard the news of Karariv's death. He stood up, and walked over to his room quietly. He sat down on his bed, and took off his helmet. Looking around he took out his dagger, and started to carve something in his helmet. then put it back on. He stood up, and went to a window, then looked out side, to see the trees, and the people that where fighting the monster.

"I wish I was strong like that, to defeat a monster like that." He said as he walked down the hall aimlessly.

Dorothy finished up her homework and she felt her stomach growl she looked at the clock,"Maybe I can still get to the mess hall in time to eat something." She headed out of her room and to the mess hall.

Jazen felt the continuing remorse coming from all angles in the school, adding to her own. The weight was crushing, feeling people's memories, adding to hers, psychic weight that made her want to stay asleep. She was not sad for the headmistress' death, but rather because she hadn't get to know her- she was surely a good person. She groaned, sitting up again, preparing for the day. Even though it has certain advantages, reading memories can really HURT. She blocked her mind off from that of the others, regardless of the concequences, and walked out of her room, walking outside and aimlesly strolling along. Totally oblivious of anyone's presence, she pulled herself up into a tree and slept.

(not going to be on tomorrow. sorry!)

Varnis had gotten bored, and he went to the library.

He walked up to the librarian. "Exuse me, where could I get a book about fire manipulation?" The librarian had directed him to a section on fire manipulation.

He looked through it for a few minutes, and found a book of what he was looking for. 'Fire Manipulation: Volume 1.' He had walked over to where he could get some peace and quiet, and opened the book...

To begin the practice of fire manipulation, one must have self control, and total concentration. To begin you must close you're eyes, and concentrate on...

He read on, taking each word to heart.
