It was close as the attack missed ....as she powers her wings backwards. Her wings ...spread wide ...as she would jump backwards a few huge steps ....even as her wings stay tightly press against her sides. Her eyes took on that ghostly violet glow ....as it would happen again ....an afterimage this time would be the first to strike as it would come directly at the Cubone. Wings that slices through the wind ....and through her opponent as well ....as she tries to tear into her opponent.
Head down and wings .....spread she smiles menacingly ....as the attack would come at him swiftly as the wind whistles ominously.

The attack missed, but it was by inches ....as he growled at his own failure. He should have hit ...his attack should have collided against his opponent, but he had been ....stupid and he had missed. A bird like that didn't give a lot of second chance as that attack came at him ....as he would bring up his bone in an attempt to try and protect himself.
An attack that he could already see ...shred the air in front of him.

The attack would rip but not with enough force to bring this battle to an end ....as those blades would cut into his opponent but through. As it would tear, but leave those jagged pieces still strong enough to be held together ...the Cubone would survive her attack. But for how long was a good question as she would shift back to a defensive phase ...standing on one leg as she drew both of her wings around her tightly ...held out in front.
It was so that all of her vunrable areas were protected by feathers.

He felt himself blown away, but his life was still in his own claws. A fact that did surprise as him as he got back to his feet ...there was pain there, but he could ignore such a thing ....as the bone he had been holding lay in his paws cracked in two. It had taken the full blunt of that attack and it had pay the price he had thought he was would pay ...as he stood up slowly letting the weapon fall to the desert sands.
A smirk came on his face ...so this was his fate afterall.
He had battled and been brought to his limits. Though he wasn't finished ...and it seemed he could battle on, but he had come so close last time. There was no way he would waste this chance, especially when he knew it was simply for someone else
He didn't want to risk his life for that as he turns and take off running for the woods.

The Skarmory was a bit surprised, but relieved that her opponent would flee. If that had been an attack ....she knew without a doubt with the speed in which he fled ...it wouldn't have been a good thing. Not a good thing at all ...as she fanned her tail feathers for a moment and Nakano seemed quite excited about the outcome.
A flick of her hair though would be her only answer as she walks across the sands continuing her trip. Never knowing that this had been a planned attack.

Once more she would come across a herd of Phanpy ...phanpy that made no move to attack at all. Their eyes locked on each other on on the sands themselves ..it would seem to be a peaceful passing ....as a claw would come out to pinch the bottom of one of the members of the herd. A pinch that would start them forward ...as one surging group.
No she wasn't going to get away with defeating her once.
(Avoid the stampede ...you must outroll))

The sound of thundering feet even in the desert wasn't easy to miss ....as the girl jumps at the sound. Her head sharply turning towards the sound as she would take off at a run. Full speed running ...she saw them heading towards her and a bit of sweat would run down her face ....as she realized this was a Phanpy stampede.
There was fear ....in her eyes then as she would take off at a run. Her arms up wide ...as she start screaming for help.
Even Suzaku turned and fled at the sight. Though she didn't have to run away ...she would instead fly upwards ....as she went towards the sky leaving her poor trainer to her fate of literally having to run away.
It wasn't like she knew fly anyway and could lift her trainer off the ground without too much difficult. Any time lost in trying to get away would instantly equal pain so she trust in Nakano's ability to run away.

No matter how hard she tried to flee ...she wasn't faster than the Phanpy. The attack would collide against her ...as she was literally mow down and ran over by those Phanpy. The Drilbur's attack had been successful as she would disappear back into the earth. This was only the first phase of her revenge as she left the girl to pick herself up off the ground.

Face down in the sands, the girl would slowly sit up as she spit out some. The prints of the Phanpy's feet were on her back and she wasn't happy not one little bit about it ....as she felt the grit still in her teeth. She couldn't believe her bad luck ....as she wipes her mouth and then stood back up. A tinge of pain would sit her back down for a moment ...nothing broken, but the bruising.
There was little she could do about that now.
As she tries again and this time manages to take her feet as she looks upwards at Suzaku.
"You were a lot of help."
She grumbles as the bird simply kept out of reach. Afterall, it wasn't her problem as they would start to go forward again ...they had reached the edge of the desert.

As she got near the exit he would be sitting there ....a flick of his tail as he looks at her with eyes narrowed. They had fought before and he had lost. The scar of their encounter was on his forehead as he slips off of the sand dune and walks in front of her with his tails waving about.
He wasn't going to lose this time.
The little fox she had been trying to capture all this time.

There wasn't a question in her mind whom she would be using in this battle as she recalls the Skarmory from the skies. The pokemon being returned to her pokemon ball as she would replace her with another ....this time ...her Drilbur. She wanted to take this pokemon down with as little damage as possible ...as the ground type would appear with her claws crossed and her eyes focused.
This had been the friend that had gotten her into this mess as he eyes narrowed at him. It seemed only fair that he would share her fate as she doesn't wait long before charging at him with Crush claw.
"This time, I will make you mine."
Nakano declares as she unclips the pokeball from her belt. This was a promise.

The Vulpix saw the incoming attack as he would turn around swiftly once. Dragging his tails through the sands as he would throw them up in his own defense. He was trying to create a shield of sands to hide in ...as his ears were pin back to his head and he bared his fangs.
He didn't think so, this was a manner of revenge for all the times she had defeated him. He wasn't going to allow himself to go for the final disgrace as he tries to disappear in front of the drilbur to avoid the attack and allow her claws to cut nothing but thin air.

It was just the first hit, and there was a huge smirk on the Drilbur's face. He had managed to make his hit, and it hadn't been a painful one. He knew it ...they were going to win this one easily as she would declares to him.
((Think of this as payback for getting me captured. This time it's going to be your turn))
She would yell out. Even though being captured wasn't a completely bad thing ...afterall ...she had gain strength from being captured.

It was just the first hit, but it sent the Vulpix to the sands with blood spreading from his chest. The crushing claw had cut him even as it threaten to smash the wind out of his chest ....landing ...he would actually wiggle a bit in pain before he would finally get back to his paws. Blood running down his lips as his tails flick behind him.
He couldn't believe it ...he was still going to lose after everything he had done.
Eyes narrowed ...he would spew out flames then ...as he used ember.
No, he wouldn't let it end like that.

The attack missed causing any injures by a fraction of strength. The Drilbur would smirk as she looks from behind her own claws and would look backwards at her trainer.
Nakano wasn't going to waste this time or chance as she would throw the pokeball at him. The ball spinning in the air for but a moment before tapping lightly on his forehead.
"You are mine."
She hadn't even bother to change it into a kunai this time as she put her hands on her hips. This was her victory ...she was sure of it.
