[Leopardstorm's head shot up from the clear stream, looking around suspiciously. She flicked her ears, her eyes lighting up as she recognized Fathom's voice. She looked around, seeing only a faint sheen of crimson. The golden bengal took a tentative step towards it, her eyes bright but with a slight shimmer of unease.]
"F-Fathom? Is that true? Are you really free?" Leopardstorm asked slowly, trying to crush the delightful hipes that came up in her heart. ________________________________________

[The voice grew sorrowful, the eyes remained where they were as if they were bound there. he noticed she no longer had the large belly.] "... did, did you have the kittens??"

[Leopardstorm couldn't compress a purr when Fathom mentioned the kits. Her whiskers twitched and she blinked with affection, and nodded.]
"Yes, yes I did. They're so beautiful- one looks just like you, but with my silver eyes, and his name is Guardiankit. The other is a golden tabby she-kit, named Sunkit. And another is a white she-kit with blue eyes, named Silentkit. Oh, how I wish you could see them! But... Why won't you show yourself to me?" Leopardstorm asked, her voice concerned. ________________________________________

Her warm yellow eyes rested on her mate, and she padded over to him, touching noses with him. "Hello, love," she purred, sitting down next to him. [She casted a slightly worried glance to Darkshadow's leg, hoping it was feeling a bit better. She didn't want him moving around if it was hurting.
A sharp pain went through her tail, and she winced. She started rasping her tongue over it, trying to get the pain to stop. It wasn't helping. She growled slightly. Why did her tail have to have been cut off?!]╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝Protest me.

[She could see a sad and pained smile. The eyes wandered downward.] "My love, I have something wonderful to show you! I know you will love it! but... it would appear that I have injured myself in my battle against Blood. I had to drag myself here. I want to show you this place but I am weak, will you please come with me? Help support me?" [ keeping them apart was a cliff, hidden in the darkness.]

[The crimson eyes watched her with a kind and calm look meeting her cautious one. the eyes inched forward. a dragging sound as they did.] "Do not fear, i am here to protect you. Trust me... you do trust me still, dont you?" [the voice said lovingly with a hint of pain, as if in fear that she no longer trusted. She could see the form of outstretched paws, begging her to come into a loving embrace.] "please... i long to hold your soft pelt, i have missed you so."

Blaze Ƞo ɱore ʈears ȵow; ☾_______________________________☽ [Blaze flicked his tail signaling the rest of his pack to join him.] "The time is near." [He growled, his voice low.] " Soon we will give those kits what they deserve." [Blaze flicked his eyes over to the scent marker.] "But first. We must be prepared. They may be easy to kill alone, but if they know we're here, they'll charge and swarm us like termites." [Blaze nodded his head to an onion patch.] "First preparation. Operation- No scent."
"Eww.... We have to go in that?" [A vixen replied, curling her lip back in disgust.] "Really? They'll smell us from miles around with that stuff gushing in our pelt." [Another tod commented, as the small pack started muttering in agreement]
[Blaze spun around, anger flaring in his voice.] "Well," [He hissed through his teeth.] "It's obvious I can't trust my own pack very well. If one of you were to let a cat get away, would you rather have them know they were attacked by a fox, so we can all get killed, or a giant onion? None of those little kitties will believe it, but all behold, the precious cat will reek of onion too. Not a scent of fox." [Blaze finished his speech, and flicked his tail over the Tod's nose.] "You first." [He hissed, nodding back to the onion patch.]

[Blood slithered through the tall reeds, his crimson eyes narrowed. His eyes flickered from the embodied voice of Fathom to the sheen form of Leopardstorm. The kits have been born...foxdung, Forsaken, you work slowly. He glanced down at the dark cliff Forsaken was leading Leopardstorm. Hmm...
The lanky wildcat shifted on his feet, licking his lips. The blood of Purekit dripped softly from his mouth as he thought about the small kit. Heh....this way, everybody LOSES!
He began to slink toward the two cats, tail flicking. Even Forsaken has fallen into my trap. Thus it begins...

[She had a terrible feeling. A terrible, gut-wrenching feeling that made her nostrils flare. But she DID sense Fathom nearby. And she longed, longed, with all her heart, for him.
Slowly, carefully, she made her way towards the crimson eyes of her mate, getting closer and closer to the unseen yawning gap of death.] ________________________________________

[Fathom twitched. Slowly he became aware of something around him.
I'm still connected to Blood, he thought weakly. But...why did I wake up? I thought Blood had eaten me already...
He floated in the sub-concious of the evil cat controlling his old body. He peeked through the eyes of Blood, and realized that they were slinking through the grass.
They paused and looked over the grass. Fathom saw Leopardstorm walking through the grass.
Fear shot through him.
What-what is she doing?! Blood is going to attack her!
He heard another voice calling out to her. It sounded like his voice. He saw crimson eyes glinting in the darkness at her.
They were making their way across some ledge. A cliff? Oh...Great StarClan, no! Some cat is leading Leopardstorm off a cliff! But why is blood leading us-
Suddenly he understood. Blood had been planning this. He was going to...
No....no! Please no! I-I can't bear it!
For the first time in a long time, Fathom kicked at Blood, trying desperately to get in control. Blood paused surprised.
I didn't realize you were still there. Stop that at once, I have business to take care of.
With a sharp jab at Fathom, Blood pushed him back again. Fathom reeled in pain.
I have to stop this---!]
