Fordon bowed and left. there was no reason for him to say anything so simple he did not. He walked down to the office and grabbed the two sets again then left for the academy.

Matsuya shrugged. "Sometimes I think Blade is a sadist. It seems he enjoys the pain I'm in when he pumps thousands of volts of electricity into my back. But, I have no doubt your stronger that I am." Matsuya's eyes were still on the sky, watching the clouds. "I was thinking Wind. After all, I am the Swordsman of Storms. I think that water, lightning, and wind would help me extend my power over my title. So how exactly do I get it?"

Luo laughed when he heard Matsuya's words of Blade, his outburst being his agreement of his statement. He then paused for a moment, to seriously contemplate his answer. "Attaining a third element requires a great deal of chakra control. I'd suggest to you that in order to first prove to yourself you are capable of gaining your third one, learn one elemental combination technique. Once mastered, you'll have the chakra control needed to allow yourself a third element."

Ayame picked up the scrolls."Well I must learn the jutsu and practice them so id say either in the park or at the beach."She said."If I happen to be anywhere else you can always call for Ikaru.He will get me for you."She said."All you do is whistle and he will be here."She said.Ikaru was the only one who could really find her except for an ANBU.She smiled.

With a nod, Luo dismissed Ayame as he muttered, "I bid you good luck on your training Ayame."

Matsuya smirked a little. "And how am I to do that when no one with my elements is around to teach me? Zane is 'dead', Blade is MIA, LT is kage, the peddlers is no where to be seen, and you have only have Suiton in common with me." Matsuya was still looking at the sky. "Unless you give me a mission and I find a teacher during."

Shaking his head, Luo sighed. "Blade is apparently training some grass-nin at the moment. But it is not what I want you to do, it is what you want to do. You're a jonin now, and this isn't a difficult problem. Go to grass and find Blade, or just ask LT. I'm sure either of them won't mind teaching you one."

((only problem with this is I havent seen either of them in a while stare ))
Matsuya sighed. "I thought we weren't supposed to leave the village without your consent. I seem to remember a lecture I got about that not to long ago. But I might go travel a bit. I havent been to many of the villages. And if I find a teacher along the way, then hurray for me. If not, then I can always go back to LT or Blade." Matsuya turned around, looking at Luo. "Well my Lord, do you give me permission to leave the village?"

Luo sighed with a smile. "Well, that's what I just did isn't it? You can leave. Provided you FIRST, complete rebuilding the foundation of the training facility. I want half of it finished. Rein's in grass so if you run into him, tell him I have a mission waiting for him. He seems to think I forgot about him. And your old sensei or LT I'm sure would be honored to help you. They're both mist shinobi afterall."

Matsuya sighed. "I'll have a few clones take care of the groundwork for the new training center. I'll leave today if thats allright. I'll have to inform Emiko beforehand. Somehow she'll find a reason to get mad at me. I'll take my friend Jima with me too. He could use a vacation." Matsuya turned to look at the village again. "Well, see you soon Luo. I'll come back once I've learned what you've asked of me." And with that, Matsuya took the fast way down the tower: he jumped. He landed at the bottom, with a small thud. He gave Luo a small wave as he walked away towards his house.

Nodding, Luo watched the man take his leave, waiving back at him as he disappeared among the other villagers. It seemed the boy was growing up fast.

Ayame walked back in and sighed."Matsuya just came and told me about him leaving the village.He asked if I wanted to go with him.WHat I want to know is if YOU think I should go.If I went I could leve a clone and Ikaru here in case of emergency.Ikaru could find me.Mist hasnt been really busy lately so I doubt I would even be needed.I could also take my scroll to learn my medical jutsu."She said."I just want to know your opinion since you are the Mizukage."She said finishing.
