I mean, I wonder where this kickass personality for Red came from all of a sudden. >.> The way I perceive it, it's like the fandom made up this personality for him and ran with it. Which is also how it goes in Vocaloid fandom, but that's another story. xp
I mean, in the games, Red never really spoke (unless you count the time he was checking shelves and trash cans and stuff?). And because of that, I just thought that he's just a figure for players to feel like they're in the game. Ah, what am I getting at...oh there. He just felt like a player avatar, nothing more.
I actually liked Ash myself, for the laughs and just that I found him adorkable. xd And as a kid watching the anime, I actually really admired his spirit.
@Martell: 12? I thought he was 10! xd
@Evil: I...wow. You made me realize that to this day, I don't even know what the currency's called. O______o The symbol is like a "P". Pokedollars? -shrugs-
Oh god, the noobish things I did when I first started playing the Pokemon games. rofl In my Blue Version, my Bulbasaur was the only Pokemon I trained, and I only let it have moves matching its type.

Heru Kemen Pajamas Sway I dont know. Ash is a wimp, but Red.. :O Yes, I'd rather have a pokemon that Red brought up because well, he's Red, he's the original champion. Let's take a moment to compare Ash to Red. The picture on the left is Ash, while the picture on the right is Red. Left RightAsh is simply a cheap knock-off. tl;dr, Ash < Red.
Red: afsdgfkldsgklfg; ......... (/brb dieing.)
Fire: (/sighs) He doesn't take his stardom well. You'll have to forgive him.
I'm tied for either Ash or Red. Red is just adorable. When he actually does talk. Though my red differentiates from SPC a bit, I like both equally.
How I came up with Red's cannon for FWTBT and eventually DH was a bit unorthodox.
My Red has a lot of spirit, but he's totally meant to be a foil for all of the tsundere trainers we already had. Green is the seme, and Red is the Uke. Again. Leaf is the seme and Red is the uke. It's not to say that red can't be dominate, it's just that other people totally pwn him socially. ;;
The only thing he's good at is Poke'mon. I felt the need to differentiate personalities a bit and eventually came up with the awkwardness that is my Red. (that and I already had Fire, which was supposed to be my 'Red type' character before Danielle was like 'T _ T our red dropped.')

I mean, I'd also count Meowth, Skitty, and Purugly. And if we're throwing in Black and White, Choroneko and Lepardas (they don't have English names yet, as far as I know).
People say Espeon looks catlike, but I thought it was supposed to resemble a Fennec Fox.

Is it just me, or are the designs and names of Pokemon going downhill as of late? I mean, just look at Black and White's starters. Cats? You fool! Avoid cats! Aren't all your base valuable to you?! Nearing the end in KHII. First trip to last world (I say first because there's no way that it can end without resolving the many standing issues ( Pete, Maleficent, the mystery of Roxas...) that remain. You should have seen my sister when (DO NOT HIGHLIGHT THIS SPOILER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEATEN KINGDOM HEARTS 2!) > Axel died.< She was really sad/outraged... Like when I saw what Kratos was doing at the end Tales of Symphonia, but more. Alas.

And heres a question to everyone: Whats your favourite Pokemon that you own right now in the game!!! Mines that Jirachi I mentioned a few pages ago.

You know what would fix Oscuro's kitten madness? A nice trip to the CLIFFS OF INSANITY!!!That is one of the best movies ever, by the way. I seriously need to read that book. An ocarina? Awesome. A character evaluation on Asch? Awesome. Knowing that I am a nerd? Priceless.
