Is the only way to reset swarms is changing the date of DS?

Need some advice on Timid Jolteon move set.
-Magnet Rise
-Thunderbolt
-Double Kick
-Swagger
That's what I'm thinking, is there a better move set than that?

Arcanas Lemme guess Rol...you talked to him with everyone BUT Rolf, huh? ^______^ Well, you know...multiple Sashes would be pretty awesome... At least it'd let me get in an attack if I switch into like an ice attack or something. ...I wasn't aware that Dai and Tae broke up... Actually, I wasn't even aware that they were going out... and Kals has always been a bit of a troll anyway, not really admitting she's wrong. and I'm assuming this happened in the IRC, since I didn't see any hint of it in the guild... /is glad I don't go there anymore/  "I'm the flame...No, Rolf is apparently supposed to be the first person to talk to him. I talked with... uh, what's his name. The armored dude that was with him in the beginning. Then Ike, Titania, then Rolf.
And yes, they broke up. Dai and I have never really gotten along anyway. We have way different interests in just about anything, and he argues like a moron. And he's always looking to cause some drama somewhere.
Kals is no better. She pitches a b***h fit anytime Kerri, Pisces, Lin, Tsuji, and I start talking about pokemon. Yet it's completely acceptable for her to take over the chat with Laz and talk about A) Dr Who or B) How stupid everyone in the US is. ...I can't be burned."

I would take out Double Kick, since Jolteon's crap attack isn't gonna do much damage.
My Jolteon's moveset is Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Thunder Wave, and Hidden Power: Ground.
The thing about Eevee-lutions, move of their movepools are pretty shallow. Of course, that's pretty much the standard Jolteon moveset, with the Hidden Power varying from Ice to Grass, etc, depending on what your needs are.
The Swagger might not be a good idea, since if they get lucky and get off a physical attack, say bye bye to Jolteon.

Save before the clock strikes midnight.
Check the swarm and if it isn't what you like, then simply reset your game.
Also, what Arc said is correct.
Voltorb can breed with Ditto.

 I swear by my pretty floral bonnet...@Arc: Oh. Dai and Tae were going out for like.... 6 months or something. Recently, Tae checked himself into the hospital for about a month, month and a half, because he has depression and was hoping to get some help. Instead, the ******** in the hospital gave him lots of meds, and the anti-depressants they prescribed to him A) made him feel more depressed and B) are NOT supposed to be given to people with epilepsy (which, by the way, Tae has). So Tae left the hospital after a while, deciding it wasn't beneficial to his health. He broke up with Dai shortly after, not wanting Dai to have to go through being in all this s**t. Dai started dating another guy like... less than a week later.
So. Tae's on a new medication which seems to be helping. Dai is dating this new guy, and pissing off even pickles lately (I don't know if you know, but they're good friends).
Kals is bitching almost every time someone mentions Pokemon, being all "Oh, I'm not cool enough to talk about Pokemon, sorry, I'll just leave now".
And today Dai was posting huge chunks of the Encyclopedia Dramatica article about Canada into the chat. I know my country is silly and stupid (ie, it's run by human beings), but it was just too much, over the top insulting. Kals and I got miffed about it, Rol told off Dai for being a d**k, and then everyone in the chat attacks Roland for doing that.
