Garreth suddenly had a bad taste in his mouth and a terrible feeling in his gut. He had been trying make sure the students stayed inside. He didn't quite know who it was that went to finish off the monster, and at the moment he didn't care. He stood over Karaviv' body, having heard her last words. His heart was beating fast and his blood started pounding so hard in his ears that he couldn't hear anymore.

Karaviv had been his friend and colleague or well over ten years.... They had planned everything together, and they'd planned to see it together to the end, but now.... That won't be happening... Numbly, he gently dropped to his knees, taking her body in his arms, and suddenly, he was staring into the face of his late wife, his mind playing tricks on him.

"Goodbye, Karaviv..." he murmured.

((We will definitely mis Karaviv. sad The funeral plans are already being made, and we now have an opening for a headmaster/headmistress. If you're a teacher and would like to go for a promotion, that'll be an in-RP decision by Garreth and Horatus.))

After finishing his dinner he heard a roar of unparalleled tenacity coming from outside the school. Leaving Garreth to keep the students from getting to the front door he rushed towards the beast as it injured Karaviv. Seeing some of the other teachers he called out to them, "We need to kill this monster before it attacks anybody else!" With that he took out his two katana and teleported in front of the beast. He slashed at both of the beasts arms leaving one severed from the body and the other fatally injured. Teleporting as the monster attempted to bite him between its sharp teeth he just watched as another teacher attacked it as well.

Also, this way, we can discuss more things more openly with eachother involving what's going to happen with this RP among other things. Thank you! ))

Akakage looking at the lying form of Head Mistress Silvias he looked back at the monster with a furious glare. Unleashing a bit of his demonic power his eyes turned to the color of blood as he continued to stare. An aura of orange and yellow fire began to surround him. Concentrating his rage the fire started to burn into a red flame which he started to concentrate that power to encompass his blades. Running at full speed at the beast he gave it heavy slashes from his katana leaving to slash marks in the form of an x on his chest. The red flame started to come out from the creature's chest and started to burn it from the inside out. Once the fire died down nothing was left of the creature except for the arm it lost earlier. Walking towards the monsters arm his sword was set a blaze again as he pierced the hand of it. The ashes of the monster were blown by the wind as Akakage reverted back to his human form.

"Dammit, Aka...kage." He said, his strong voice instantly became a low whisper as he witnessed the creature incinerate. He had just met Akakage out in the halls, and could do nothing but follow in his dust... He regained his voice, but had no words to speak. Finally, he blurted out the first thing that came to mind. "What the hell was that thing?" he asked, all traces of his run had left him. He threw back glances left and right, looking for any sign of ambush.

Horatus had been standing in the doorway keeping the students inside once he saw what was outside the door. Not that he knew what it was but it was more powerfull than any of the students as it had been able to kill Karaviv, no easy feat for anything. Sasha had taken up pace just farther outside the doors as an extra precaution.
