"Wait, what? I was told to come to the docks and now I'm being told to return to Haven again already? What's the deal? Can I at least be given a reason this time so I'm not blindly following some instruction that ends up being useless a few minutes later?" She liked knowing the reason she was doing something hence her asking Tokeru why he wanted her to return to haven on her own. She didn't know what he was planning or thinking though she could probably extract it from his mind if she wanted to but she decided to do it the easy way and ask him what he was up to. Apparently it had something to do with the hunters and now that she'd taken a look at the HIN system she saw that he'd called all the hunters back to haven for whatever reason. It must have been serious since he was threatening that if they ignored him that they would be punished to the full extent of his power. If anyone knew the full extent of his power it likely wasn't Eden but she'd seen him lose control and that'd ended up being pretty devastating so she really didn't want to be faced with it or think of anyone else being faced with it.
She wondered why Tokeru was sending her back to Haven and keeping James with him when he could just send James back instead. "So why are you sending me back to Haven as opposed to James? Any particular reason? I'm not following what this whole gathering is about but if you're threatening people I assume it's going to be a pretty important one. Then again you might just be threatening them for fun since there is always that, hey. I'll follow orders but I'd like my questions answered first before I follow through with what I've been told." She was naturally arguementative and she'd always been a hard person to lead as Meredith happened to be a do-it-yourself type. She liked doing things on her own and she was perfectly fine with being independent. "So do I get my answers, Angel?"

Tokeru walked over to his love and kissed her. He had already written the explanations on a piece of paper.
You are a high ranking hunter, James is not. They will listen to you as you keep them there. I don't know where Will, Lydia or Krii are, and I want all hunters back to haven for orders. I'll be there soon, as soon as I find all the others and bring them back.
He gave her another quick kiss and, nodding at james, left the area.

Edith kissed her Angel back and then proceeded to speak into his mind so as not to get James involved. 'Just because I am a high-ranking Hunter which happens to not be that high a rank does not mean that they will listen to me but alright. Really? I don't know either! I looked for them to celebrate Christmas with them and they were all no where in sight! I think maybe Gail was dealing with Will's injuries but I don't know where Sethe is or where Lydia is. I also have no idea where Kerri is or Skiaska or Kiriama ... Holy hell! We're missing a lot of our important hunter figure heads! We're going to fall apart if I'm now somehow a hunter figure head! Maybe we should start panicking, not that it would help anything but if all of them are gone then that only leaves you and that'd be really sucky to have only you and you're not even a hunter. You're a Shadowstalker. Anyhow, enough of my babbling. Good luck with rounding everyone else up, I'll be waiting for you at haven with a few others hopefully. Love you, be careful, Angel.'
Eden parted with Tokeru by giving him her own quick kiss and then made her way back to haven since she was apparently going to temporarily be in charge.

Layna pulled Ceon with her as they walked along the wet planks. Her mind was muddled, but her thoughts were clear. "I swear God has it out for me..." She murmured vehemently.

"Everything happens for a reason, Layna. For all we know, something miraculous could come fromall this disaster around us." Ceon fiddled with the phone some more, trying to find out how to even open the menu. "I swear I have a right mind to chuck this into the water.

Layna shrugged. "Perhaps you are right....But God....I never thought." She muttered. She sighed, sinking down on the edge of the dock.

Ceon, frustrated by the decline of a response from the phone finally pushed the last button, the message button. A window popped up with tons of messages. Ceon yelped in glee. "Layna, I think I got it."

Ceon laughed slightly as he read the message. "Yes it's definitely a tainted. It says that he's an angel with a solution to the problems. Pfft, angel my @$$." Ceon gave the phone to Layna to read.

Layna took the phone from him, reading the lighted screen quickly. An Angel who could solve anything. If only they really existed... She thought dryly. "So...A Tainted..." She said quietly.

"Yep, you have any experience with fighting them?"Ceon was a bit nervous in faact. He had never fought a tainted before. He was stabbed in the neck by one but he hadn't actually fought a tainted.

Layna nodded slightly. "One tried to eat me, another tried to use me to his own sick ends." She hated Incubuses. Especially that one. The one who had forced her into a bloodlust.

"How do you kill them. This tainted is stepping into and messing up the mortal way of life." Ceon took out the glass cross on his neck and twirled it around, watching the blood swish around inside.

"I don't know..." Layna said, shaking her head apologetically. "I have never tried to kill one." She didn't like the sight of blood all that much. It made her feel meek. she looked up again at him, eying the cross. "What's that?" She asked curiously.
