Hoshi: not really...just depends on if you want to go special or physical, that pretty much cuts it down to half.
Royal: Uh..depends, I know that Grass knot will destroy my Swampert, but that's because he's got a 4x weakness to it. But you can actually look on Serebii, and it should tell you who the heaviest beasts are.
