Evelyn shifted back into her cat form and grumbled to herself. "I'm a vegetarian now." She thought about it. "Actually, probably a cannibal." She sighed. "My diet has got so used to Demon souls instead of humans I can't take human souls properly now. Gives me really bad stomach cramps." She made a face and hopped onto Kiera's shoulder. "Not that.. I've had.. human souls recently.." Kiera snickered. "That's what you get for going against your nature." Evelyn bit back a spiteful response. Kiera suddenly said something that would have made the whole group go quiet. "You know, these group of people moving against us could be right." Evelyn glowered. "You've gotta be kidding." Kiera laughed. "You take me too seriously, kitty. That's what you get for being around Shortstraw all the time." They both stared at each other for a few minutes before they carried on. Dante glanced to Soflora. "Was she being serious?" Evelyn glanced back to them both. "Of course she's not. She's trying to wind you up. Probably because she's annoyed with herself at the moment and she's failing at containing it." Kiera pulled Evelyn's tail. "Down kitty. The fun's just ahead."
Amelie shut her eyes tight and stayed close to Veira. She couldn't kill someone. No, she wasn't strong enough for that. What if they could hurt her before she hurt them? How could she even hurt them without messing it up? She couldn't do it. She didn't understand how she used to be known as a mass murderer. She was not like that at all. How could she have changed so dramatically? Hikari didn't explain that to her before she died, even though she said she would. "There is a large group of men to the right of the dock-" He coughed. "So I advise you go left for a while. There are less men that way. I don't see any other ways." Back at Cale's sentry post, Charlotte was just about to pan out. However Cale clutched his head. "What's wrong with you?" However she didn't say sympathetically, obviously. "Migraine. Just get lost already." Charlotte huffed and left as Cale clutched his sniper rifle close to him.

*Veria nodded and started to move left, she noticed Ameile didn't want to kill. That... was a good thing for everyone. However veria got her instinct to kill from her mother when in the other demention when a child. She almost wanted to returnt he favor before that moment where eve said not to mess things up came into her mind. She didn't need ameile killing people. That would spark some things. No instead maybe she should do the oppisit. Train Ameile to heal people, like a medic. Less distructive. "Alright Ameile..." she whsipered as she drew her throwing knives and killed two more gaurds as they both fell sideway into the water and they advanced, "we're going to take a diffrent rout with you this time... what would you like to do more importantly?" However as Veria moved she kept her eye keen and payed attention to everything around her.
Meanwhile in haze city cresent drawn her sword, "They are breaking through. Eve is almost the last keeping them back." It was true, Eve was now one of four remaining people, as she told them to retreat, she then slamed her sword into the ground with such fource it sent enemys flying into the air. she then started to go more wild with her sword swings, using the boster blade in one hand, he foot tokil close enemys away or too the ground, and then her reciver pistol in her right hand, shooting down ranged enemys. She wasn't doing to bad,now that the others were out of her way... Moon looked to Keria, "what should we do Mis Evelyn? Tenicly... your our supprior officer as far as the brotherhood is conserned."
Meanwhile the scentist came back into the room witht he women panicking. "what is it?" The man was looking to his moniters, "the egg... it's like it was never injected. His bodys cells distroyed it." meanwhile Shortstraw was now clamed too dangrious and placed ina full metal case for containment, with steal straps and everything. "This boy was most likely a trap then. neither the less we know they will come for him, perhaps Locus Plagus will effect them greater."

Evelyn snickered. "Just because I'm a higher rank than you guys doesn't mean I know what I'm doing half the time. I just follow Shortstraw." Kiera rose an eyebrow at Evelyn. "And since he's not here, You follow me." Evelyn grumbled. "Yeah, you make me follow you anyway even when Shortstraw's around." She sighed and looked back to Moon. "You should find any wounded or dying civilians and try to heal them. I don't really want you getting involved in the fighting. Wheras Dante, Soflora, Lilly and Crescent should come with me and Kiera to push back against the enemies. I will of course be of great help here because I'm the only one who can use my abilities here." Kiera grumbled. "You better pull your weight here. No standing back and watching s**t like you do with Shortstraw." Evelyn rolled her eyes. "Yes mother." Kiera then went on to get stuck in with the action while Evelyn looked to Dante. "As Kiera said before, don't get overwhelmed. You don't have your tank wolf form here." Dante grinned. "I'll be fine, I have Soflora to help me."
Amelie looked to the floor as she followed closely after Veira. "I'd like to help. But I'm weak and frail. I'm not sure there is much I can do." She said sadly.

*Veria was able to stick a guy in the bac of the neck, just as the other turned around she was able to dodge a swing, cover his mouth, spin him around and snap his neck before flining him off into the water, "we're just about to go in... so keep an eye out on my back side..." She repiled crouching as she headed to the side gates, which were all closed off as she grabbed ameile, went demon mode transparent and went through the wall before appearing in a supply tent of some sort. She duck behidn the crates, "viper i'm in the city, but my vision is currectly blocked. I need to know whats out there and where to bank..." She then smiled to ameile, "well i will be honist i learned most of my things from you when i was little. So this feels vary weird. However i will also be hoinst it would be bad if you started killing again... everyone would think you were turning bad again. So instead how about i teach you how to be a unbelivable super medic. I know all the ins, outs, and spechal trikes to every known race, inside and out." She giggled silently, "at least then you would be more helpful when people are hurt instead of the old you who was the one hurting them. Know what i mean?"
Meanwhile Solfora gave Donte a nod, as did lilly, "we have your back, but you sisster is still right Donte." Yuji spoke, "however son you have me. i can grant you a little power, the emp cannot effect a Demon Soul Weapon like me." He chukkled, "but i can only give you alittle boost when you need it most, a little flame or somthing. So don't make too big a deal out of it. Untill i'm awakened, i cannot do as much as i would then. But i need to tell you more about that later anyways."
Meanwhile Cresent was right behind Keria, coming to a slide as she chopped a enemys head off, back handled another in the gut, kicked another into a wall, and spun as she sliced too more, before Eve looked to Keria and Cresent, "why the hell are you still here! I got this go!"
Just then Paradioa appeared on Kerias back, "i do not wish to be a burrden mistress... but perhaps i can be your abiltys when needed most..." he gave a hissing chukkle, "i for one can really benifit form a human war... and i havn't eaten in... soooo long..."

Kiera laughed to Paradioa. "Sure, but then what fun would there be for me?!" Kiera then looked to Eve with a grin. "Same goes for you, too." Evelyn appeared at Kiera's side however eyed Paradioa. "Didn't know he was coming." Kiera snickered. "The uninvited guests are always the best ones." Evelyn found that none of the enemies would try killing their little group anyway. Well, its not like two Demons and a princess are the easiest looking bunch. Then again none of them were. Although the two Demons still trumped the competition. "Fine Paradioa. But just don't kill any innocents. That would look bad for me." Evelyn scoffed. "I noticed you used that phrase loosely." Kiera grinned to Evelyn before hopping over the crowds of enemies and getting behind them. Evelyn sighed helplessly. "What is that girl doing. I need a leash for her or something."
Amelie smiled and nodded to Veira. "I'd prefer that, yes. I don't think I have what it takes to kill someone. But healing would be perfect." Cales voice suddenly sounded again, after a bit of a delay. "Ah, uh. Okay there's a group two blocks ahead to the left so you wanna go right for about twenty Metres, then quickly turn left to get out of the way of an oncoming group at that place. From then on its clear for a while. Until you get to the clocktower. There will be a group on the other side of it. So be careful trying to get past them" He coughed more and groaned. "Jesus Christ I feel like s**t." "Man up and keep me covered!" Charlotte's incriminating annoying little voice. Urgh. As if his head was bad enough. He did as he was supposed to and moved his post.
((My internet is really bad and keeps freezing on my phone so I'm getting really annoyed over it ;________; I'm going to sleep because Cale isn't the only one with a bad head xD G'night ^^))

*PAradioa grinned, "with pleassssssure Mistresssss..." as she appeared behind enemys, pardioa figured that was basicly saying he could eat now. So he let his coffen open and the sky turned black, as a black dust cloud swept through the enemys, as soon as he reached eve, he went back to the coffen and the door closed to just a sliver as he burped, "... it's been agessss since i had been able to feed..." he chukkled. Meanwhile eve and kerias team were standing there in a empty city. Eve nodded to Keria, "I need to get a hold of things politicaly and take care of some other things as leader to our tarritory. Sister i have to stay here! But since it's clear i will use some seals ((magicl paper not an ablilty yuji proved that in the past)) you go on ahead!" She looked to cresent and donte, "maybe you will turn the tide quicker then the enemy expects. Surly there are traps though for us aswell, so be ready for anything. With that eve went running to the castle again.
Meanwhile Veria nodded and moved as he said, staying in the the shadows, or up aginst walls to advoid line of sight. She then looked up and tossed ameile up to the roof before jumping on it herself. "Stay low to the rafters. We will use this building to scale to the other side past the clock tower. I'm expecting the documents to be where it's mostly gaurded. Any intel actully. For now since no one is hurt, your just going to help me get around for now okay. You keep a eye out and protect me back." She nodded to ameile as they moved low and swift. By the other end of the large buildig though Veria slowed and pointed, "There..." she looked to the other side of a road where there were multable people walking in and out, all waring the same uniforms. "We need to get over there..." she checked her snake, "viper we need a clear and sly rout to the building north from our location, we also need to have blueprints of the building. Your laptop that i gave you is anchant basiced, the emp cant effect it. see what you can dig up!"

Kiera watched Eve leave then put her hands on her hips. "Typical." She patted the coffin on her back. "Good job. That's one less pain in the a** to deal with." She waited until the others caught up with her and she let Evelyn hop back onto her shoulder. "All right, lets carry on and get as far as we can. I'm not going to be light on stragglers so make sure you can keep up." She directed that sentence mostly as Dante so he hid behind Soflora. Evelyn grumbled. "Kiera lets not have a repeat of the last time." Kiera stared at Evelyn as if bemused. "I have no idea what you're talking about." She turned. "Now lets get moving." Dante whined a little. "Sister is a slave driver when we're moving from place to place. She barely allows any breaks."
Cale grunted and slammed his back against the wall as he got out the laptop and flipped it open. His fingers flew over the keys before he heard the annoying voice again. "Cale! Cover me!" Cale rolled his eyes. "Cover your own a**! I'm doing a job for Veira right now ********." Cale got closer to the screen before he nodded to himself and spoke to Veira once more. "Sent you the blueprints. Okay so there should be a pothole to the right of your location. Get in there and follow the sewers up until you reach a ladder. There aren't any patrols in the sewers from what I can see, so you should be all right there. If you go up the ladder then you'll end up in the buildings storage basement." He tilted his head back and shut his eyes for a moment. "Cale!"
"Vic! There's a call for you from Kamisawa." There was a familiar shuffling as a man appeared around the corner to take the phone. He held it oddly, about as oddly as he sat. For a few moments he sat there listening. Then went cold. "Dead? But-" A few moments more of listening. "No, I was unaware." His head drooped. "I see. Thank you for informing me. We'll speak again soon. Thanks old man. Keep holding on." The man put the phone down and stood up, shoving his hands into his pockets. A young woman looked around the corner wearing a long traditional kimono. "What was the call about, dear?" The man shook his head. "I need to get to Japan." The woman's smile faltered as she shook her head. "You know there's no way to do that. They've cancelled all the flights and you know it." The man clenched his fists tight. "There's something I need to do. I don't care if I need to swim there. I need to become the leader of Japan."

Soflora whispered to Donte, "if theres anything i think that can shape her to be alittle more gental it will be shortstraw... i hope we can find her soon before she pulls out a whip on us." She giggled silently as they followed after Keria. However Cresent and moon seemed to both reach a side of keria as they walked. moon was the first to speak, "we have an idea." moon claimed. Cresent nodded, "in the past we delt with somthing like this on a tiny scale." Moon nodded, "okay i was really into map making when i was... umm... deppresed a while back." She unfoled a map, "anyways i have a copy of a map yuji gave me of the country, with marked out hidouts for me and cresent. Most secrite. We can use those hidouts for people, or storige for gear." Cresent nodded, "the more gear we stash up the more we can supply our own when we have alot of people. Even if the people suck, the numbers will screw the enemys up." Moon nodded, "they will get edgy. So we can move from city to city, clear the raff out one by one. And leave a trail..." Cresent nodded, "More of a curved line to make it so when the enemys map the citys they lost control of a image of something will appear." Moon nodded, "a message that will also make them panic and start messing up." Cresent agreed, "it's just a idea, however it can turn the tide compleatly around, cripl them, make they scared and start having riots and such with there own." Moon smiled, "which will give us an advantage."
Meanwhile Veria nodded, "Thanks Viper, standby." She looked to ameile, "lets go." She hopped down the darkest shadow of the building and set ameile down carfully before ducking to a cover in the middle of the street. Using the car as cover, she opened the man hole and motioned ameile down before she jumped down herself and covered there tracks, "wooh... smells alsome down here dosn't it." She chukkled, "i think i'll leave a small gift behind." She grinned as a baskilisk appeared behind them and she patted it gaint nose, "This will keep enemys out for bit. you do a good job okay Snipps." She robbed her nose aginst it, kissed it and started heading down the tunnles, "between you and me, there are still alot of things i havn't ever used yet i can do. Much like keria and her many secrites that she dosn't relize i'm already finding out about." She snickered.

Kiera nodded. "Sounds good and easy. Lets go with it." Evelyn nodded too. "Thanks for the input. Knowing Kiera she would've just gone storming into the first place she found." Kiera grumbled. "You're like an embarrassing parent." Evelyn snickered. "And glad to be. I'm the only one who seems to enjoy taking the piss out of you." Kiera looked away. "And you do a good job of it, too." Her ear twitched and suddenly her eyes thinned. As did Evelyn's. They looked to each other before carrying on. "We'll have to take care of that pest, too." "Nows not the time for provoking wars." Kiera grinned. "But it works perfectly." Evelyn shook her head. "Your minds not working right. Probably because of Shortstraw deficiency." Kiera rolled her eyes. "You're hilarious."
Amelie politely pinched her fingers over her nose and followed after Veira. "Kiera has secrets?" Her eyes dimmed a little as she looked to the floor. "Seems no one here is truly pure." She looked to the side spitefully. "Not that I had an idea that there was." She smiled suddenly.."I guess I'm just an optimist." Amelie was a complete opposite of her old self. With every single detail.
"Vic-" "I need to go. Watch this place for me. I know I couldn't hide away forever. Nows the time to take back my place." The man shuffled out of the room and started to get his things together. The young woman followed sullenly. "How will you get there.." The man stood over his bed, however his posture wasn't great. Hunched over as he was. "I'll get a contact to teleport me there." The woman looked to the floor. "I guess I'll never get used to the fact that there are Yokai living among us." The mans eye sharpened. "You forget that I am one of the Yokai you speak about." She nodded. "Just be safe. Someone killed you the last time. They won't be afraid to do it again." Mordekai's eyes thinned. "I at least know who my killer was."

Veria moved quickly as her and ameile got into the storige room. It was there she smerked and cracked her fingers, "look at this..." She glared as her eyes flashed and all the stuff was teliported to the castle for eve. As she would do for all the intel, or spechal supplize she found they may need. She moved quickly through the building, keeping ameile extreamly close now almsot like she was the mother. Sure there were officers coming in and out, but veria was expechally good at hiding from them. Finally she worked her way to a stop she pulsed and lisened in to two guards talking. "I heard they already got one from the main family." The other man chukkled, "there the only ones standing in our way of libration and taking our own dictating rule. After all thats what this entire thing is about. Them." The other man shook his head, "hey now i dont think so. I think it's more about the land. the mix thing is just a cover up. But then again we get so little orders and get payed to not care what the reasion is." Both laughed as she looked to ameile, "That means some intel on shortstraw is still here." She mored further till she finally found a office, killed the officer and started looking through everything the man had untill finally she found a file that was marked out. "Humans. Foolish enough to have paperwork on ever deal and everything that happens...."
Meanwhile as the group moved suddenly they were getting fire from some enemy scouts and a small patoon. Everyone had to take cover, becuse they had a tank with them, and a mashin gunner on top. Cresent had her back to a tree, after all they fired so suddenly it was too quick to take immedate action. She looked to Keria, "we can start with these guys. Move northeast and hit the next city. Should only be about an hour away. Suddenly as a messanger bird flew toword keria with a message it was shot halfway out the battlefield, as the men raced to get too it before keria and the team!

Kiera cursed. "Evel-" "On it." Evelyn teleported to the messanger bird before the enemies, took it in her jaw and teleported back to the others. She dumped it unappreciatively in front of them all and gagged. "Ergh. Roadkill." Kiera patted Evelyns head and smiled. "Good kitty. I thought you were supposed to love dead birds, anyway." Evelyn scowled. "I'm not an actual cat, Kiera. I thought you got used to that by now." Kiera chuckled. "Not if you keep going into that form." Kiera carefully took the bird and got the message from its leg. "Now.. I wonder.."
Amelie frowned. "Its all about legitimacy, I suppose." She bit her nails, a habit she used to get hit for. "Humans are forgetful creatures, after all. They forget their previous experiences all the time. So they have to write it down." She giggled. "Then again that makes such information open to anyone. Such as ourselves."
Mordekai was fleeing out of the door, when the woman held him back for a second. "Come back alive, please. You gave me a real scare the last time. These could be the same people who killed our son. And I-" Mordekai looked back with a warm smile. "Its all right, Demi. You have every right to feel as you do. All I need to win is raise awareness." Demi smile and nodded. "Be safe." He kissed her cheek. "You already said that." And with that he took off down to the other side of the village where he would find a close friend to take him to Japan. He was determined to sort things out. He flipped open a phone. "Cale..."

Veria quickly went to the door as a man was to walk in, she snatched him inside, closed the door of course, and snapped his neck. Then looked to ameile, "just in case lets get a good look around the other offices. This one wasn't as near the top as i hoped.
Meanwhile the letter was from eve. "Keria, I hate using this dame bird s**t. Sorry. Anyways, Veria is already on a lead for shortstraw. It's confermed they have him, and are trying to intarigate him. He's still alive. She also sent me a few places they have spechally marked for intarigation perposes. There are five citys in total they have, and he could be in either one. Each is spread out though and quiet a distance appart. For now i need you to move north to the city of Firmdale. Center of all five points, it's also known to have a major airport in which the enemy was using for those bombs. High priority. I'll send more information as soon as i can." Meanwhile as they all read the note, cresent tapped dontes shoulder and pointed, "they are getting closer. I'll get there attention, cut down who i can. you get tot he side of the tank and place a charge." Lilly nodded, "I'll cover you cresent. Be carful Master." She patted his head as soflora came around the coner of a tree and threw her tomihawk strigth into the mashin gunner ont he top of the tank, "GO!"

Cale snapped out of his dreamland as he head his phone buzzing. This was the phone given especially by Mordekai. But wasn't he dead? Cale answered the phone wearily. "Cale..." Cale's eyes fluttered. "Senpai? You're able to use a phone so soon?" There was a sharp silence. "Yeah. Seems I was reborn into an already grown body." Cale glanced over the wall then looked back. "That's what happened to your sister." There was a grunt from the other end. "Someones been messing with the Shinigami. I also heard that my sister is dead." Cale sighed. "Yeah. Something like a tragic accide-" "It was not an accident. Someone murdered her." Cale thought. "Now that you mention it, Veira thought the same thing." Another silence. "So this is my last life too, then. I see... Who the hell is doing all this. What's the significance." Cale laughed. "I thought you weren't the one for caring this much, Mord-senpai."
Evelyn scratched Kiera's cheek once she saw her eyes cloud over, and they promptly turned back. "Jesus Evelyn, stop scratching me before I set you one fire.." Evelyn chuckled. "Well, its not like you're a delecate flower or anything." Evelyn popped her head over their cover. "Hey, wouldn't it be fun to get in that tank." Kiera also popped her head over. "Screw the tank. The others are being boring about it. Lets just get past them while they're dealing with that." Kiera and Evelyn were out of their cover and dodging bullets to storm through the small amount of unfortunate enemies. Dante followed soon behind, not wanting to be left out.

((I have you know btw i finally bought what i needed to get our yokai game running and started 0w0 so soon i'll send you a demo ^W^))
Veria moved quickly from office to office, sending all the information she found directly to eves desk. Having a demon that could teliport objects and intel... the most useful thing in the world. Finally they had it all but no sign of which place Shortstraw was at. She looked to Ameile, "we will need to head to this location next." She held out a paper, "Sofethia City. As far as i understand there will be more information there. That and i started reading everyones mind int he building becuse i released a toxin into the ventage system a while back." She giggled and they headed back to the swers, "Viper come in. We obtained alittle intel we need to move to the next location. Whats the best option regroup, or move along? Also i sense a... distress in you. Everything alright?"
In no time the tank was taken care off and so were all the men. But Soflora was waving to them, "they're leaving us behind!" Cresent shied, "whatever. She don't need us i say let her go." Moon gave her a look, "come on." meanwhile Soflora grabbed dontes hand and started to rush him after keria and evelyn.

Cale coughed. "One second, Mord-Senpai. You caught me at a difficult time." He held the phone down then spoke to Veira. "I'm fine. Its just Mordekai called me. He's alive again and in a middle aged body just like Hikari was. He has suspicions about something." He looked back to his laptop. "And there's not much point regrouping to split up again. I'm still following you all as a shadow and it would increase risks of me getting cut down when you guys have gone off. So keep going. I'm following. And Charlotte of course.." He lifted the phone again. "I'm in the thick of the war." "Fighting?" Cale snickered. "Undercover work." There was a small grunt of approval. "You were never the one to get in the middle, I suppose. You're a pacifist." "Doesn't help the love of killing." "I know you don't like killing people, Cale. Don't pull that tone."
Kiera skidded to a stop and gunned the remaining down. Evelyn looked back to the others. "Seems they might have trouble keeping up." Kiera frowned. "I'm getting to Shortstraw, my way or theirs." Evelyn sighed. "I guess you don't really care about the war itself." Kiera chuckled. "I don't give two shits about it.
