Lin looked around realizing Leyenda and Amalirahc were no longer where they were when they first came in.
"I don't know... we left Miyuki with them," Lin murmured.

Earendil turned to Kelirahc. "You are the tallest of us," he pointed out. "If anyone could see them, it would be you."
Kelirahc chuckled softly. "Good point."
He went up on his tiptoes and looked around. "There ... near Haldia's hut." He motioned for Earendil and Lin to follow him. "They must have figured it would be a good place to wait."

"That's good," Lin was relieved.
She took Earendil's hand before heading towards the hut, mainly because as one of the shortest people there, it would be safer for her and she was less likely to get lost.

They made their way over to Haldia's hut, but before they had even reached it, Amalirahc's voice could be heard above the crowd:
"ADA!"
A gray and white blur shot between people and latched itself to Kelirahc's waist. The Night Elf knelt down and hugged his son tightly. "I'm all right," he murmured reassuringly. "Come on, let's go find your mother."

Miyuki could kind of make out her parents among the other people. She waited as patiently as she could which amounted to hopping from one foot to another. Really, she didn't like to wait, but it was probably better if she waited.

Amalirahc took his father's hand firmly and led the three of them to where Leyenda and Miyuki were still waiting.
Leyenda threw her arms around Kelirahc's neck and hugged him tightly. "What happened?" she asked, having gotten only a partial story from Miyuki. "Is Celeb all right?"
Earendil knelt to hug Miyuki. "We're back," he murmured into her ear.

Miyuki hugged back tightly, "Ada! It's all better now?"
Well at least as better as it can get considering it all.

"Yes, all better now," Earendil smiled, feeling better now that Miyuki was back with them. "And now he is going to be punished for what he did, so perhaps he will not do something so silly again, yes?"
He kissed her on the forehead before rising again.

"Can we go back and look for the shiny thing?" Miyuki asked.
Since that was the last issue there was of the whole incident and she did know it was important to Celeb in some manner.

Earendil looked thoughtful for a moment. It wasn't really their business, and he didn't want to give away Celeb's surprise by finding it and risking others finding about about it before he could return it to him ... but on the other hand, if they didn't go back and get it now, who knew what might happen to it?
"All right," he nodded. "But if we find it, we keep it hidden and give it back to Celeb, all right? And don't tell anyone what it is. It was supposed to be kept a secret, I think."

Miyuki didn't understand why it had to be a secret but it probably had something to do with Haldia she was sure of it. If so, then it was probably a surprise for her.
"Okay," she nodded at this.

"You still have the flower I made for you earlier?" Earendil asked her, taking her hand and one side and Lin's hand on the other side. "To help you find it?"
They wouldn't need it walking through the jungle, he was sure, but if the light could reflect off of whatever it was, then it would be easier to find under all the growth.

Miyuki nodded holding out the flower to her ada, "Right here!"
She was so glad she still had it, but of course why wouldn't she still have it?

"Good." Earendil nodded and started to usher her back the way they'd come.
"Hey, can I go with them?" Amalirahc asked his parents eager, pointing at Earendil, Lin and Miyuki as they headed off.
Kelirahc shook his head. "This is our first night in the village, there are people for you to meet," he told him. "The people who raised me."
"Oh!" Amalirahc beamed. "Okay!" He turned towards the others and called out, "I'll see you when you get back, Miyuki!"

"Bye bye!" Miyuki waved as she followed her ada back to the clearing to try and find the shiny thing for Celeb.
