Leopardstreak (( Whoawhoawhoa. What's up with Nettleslash training Whisperpaw? No. Just no. If I remember correctly, and I do, Silverstar assigned BRIGHTSPIRIT to train Whisperpaw. And I expect that to happen. I'm not mad, I just want to get my point across. I've been very busy, so before I forget, summary pleasepleaseplease? )) (( Oh yeah, don't you two forget this. [I padded from the warriors den, sniffing the air curiously. Something seemed wrong.. Searching around for my apprentice, I frowned. She was nowhere to be found. Frowning, I headed into the forest]
"Whisperpaw?" I called.

I'm not one to judge you. .__. Just be sure to stay active. If you're having trouble keeping up with all your cats, you might consider giving one up for adoption. D: Mainly only if there's an apprentice you have to take care of, or if you're a deputy/leader/medicine cat. |DDD If you ever need help or something, feel free to ask for a caretaker. C: ))

"Instincts? Uh, ok..."
[Lustrepaw meowed hesitantly as he lifted his head to sniff the air. Follow his instincts? What was he supposed to do then? He had never even caught a mouse before! How would he try to deny that he wasn't useless if he couldn't even catch anything? Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he sniffed the air harder. There it was! A mouse, maybe close by. Lustrepaw sank into his hunting crouch, though it was far from perfect - his rump was too high in the air, and he wasn't really going low enough. Still, at least he managed to stalk without cracking any twigs. As he neared the mouse, he paused for a moment, then sprang. The mouse darted away, and Lustrepaw scrabbled madly with his claws, trying to get a hold of the mouse, but it darted away - just grazing his claws. Only a milisecond earlier, and he would have caught his first prey.]

[Cindermoon padded over to Leopard.] "Get something to eat and then we can head out," she mewed and smiled softly. [She was excited to take Leopard out. The deputy hadn't trained an apprentice for a long time. It would be good to do it again and Leopard seemed to have potential.]
[Fadingkit was curled up in a nest next to Wheatear. The kit had stayed with the tom ever since he had fallen asleep. Since Moonblaze was nowhere insight, Fadingkit felt it was her job to take care of Wheatear. She hopes she was treating him correctly. The kit would never forgive herself if she messed up and Wheatear died.]

[Softpaw had again spotted another squirrel. This was her third time hunting a squirrel. She was tired of squirrels, she wanted to hunt a vole or a mouse! She thought it over and thought.]The clan needs all the food it can get.[She jumped into her hunter's crouch and padded slowly and quietly. The squirrel was paying no attention. She pounced, gripping the squirrel and killing it off quickly and quietly. "That's how you do it!" [She proudly, but softly. After a couple more hunts she hurried back to the clearin with three squirrels and one vole. She was proud of herself.]

[Sullenpaw nodded before her rump dropped down instinctively as she stalked towards the vole, keeping herself downwind and silent. she carefully got to nearly a tail length away before she leaped, trying to slam her paw down onto the vole. Her paw barely missed and the chase began. The vole took off running towards the tree roots, but Sullenpaw was on it's tail, unsheathing her claws and pounced, aiming in front of the vole and landing directly onto it with all four paws connected, breaking the spine, AND digging her claws into it's skull- talk about overkill.]
[Sullenpaw let out a proud 'ha' before she picked the voleup in her mouth and trotting back to were Firestorm was, her well earned prize held high.]
