Because he knew he would get his soul taken out if he got caught in the crossfire. He never likes taking care of his brother when that happens. Forgave him the first time, but hits him when he was a child, and is currently making him crossdress again (Yukio thought he was a girl back when he was a kid, and went through three tortuous months of rehabilitation. so he hates it now.)

Actually to tell you the truth, Yukio actually enjoyed that for a while. He was only a 2 year old at the time when he started, so he didn't argue that much and quite enjoyed it. At least up until he was five Now he's self-concious and hates the fact that back then, and probably now, he looks too cute in a skirt.
